I love this storage facility. Staff is always extremely helpful, and friendly. The whole place is clean, and easy to navigate. The units are warm and safe for my items, so there is nowhere else I trust with my personal effects. Thank you Senitnel Chaparral!

Quick easy and modern! This facility has a great garage style entrance so weather isn’t an issue when loading and unloading.

From the first time I went to ask about renting a storage locker, I was treated like I was already family. Every staff member was professional, helpful and really nice! The facility is very clean, easy to access, and has endless choices of sizes, from quite small to large. They also have a great selection of moving supplies, and the prices are good.

I have rented many storage lockers in my lifetime, and this one by far is my absolute favourite and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them; and if I ever require storage again, it will be with them!

Excellent and professional customer service. Very pleasant and helpful office personnel. Convenient location, clean storage areas and really affordable rates. No any hassle to book and use the storage. Clients can use storage until 9: 00 PM every day. Plenty of the storage space. Also Sentential often has monthly discounts and clients can get great deal for the first 4 weeks of the rent. In conclusion it was great experience and we will highly recommended to our friend and coworkers.

Great storage facility with lots of units sizes and a convenient loading dock. Also a bonus fed ex pick up and drop off centre.

What can I say … It’s been an amazing experience so far: the people, the facility, the convenience, and the ease of the whole experience!

Well-organized and well-laid-out storage facility. There are 4 bays for customer drop-off or pick-up, and I never had to wait for a bay to become open. The storage lockers are clean, dry and pest-free, with a roll-up door to access. A few glitches with the alarm system, but that's to be expected with a new facility. Very friendly front-desk staff, and security and cleaning staff as well!

Alma assisted me. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and quick with a smile.
She explained everything thoroughly. She was extremely professional and I enjoyed the process of renting a Unit.
As for the facilities they are clean, bright and secure. Each unit is secured with an alarm.

I found the storage was excellent, clean, and accessible indoors. I was able to use the storage free for one month. The billing was a bit confusing. You need to pay the day before it is processed. And even your vehicle is indoors while unloading or loading it.

Great location they have a huge loading bay and easy loading of your stuff in the unit. The ladies in the office are very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

This is the first time I have used a storage facility and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized this place is. Alma and Ena were so helpful and made my move-in and move-out seamless.

Ideal location for our move. Nice to use in the winter months to the summer. We used this location for 6 months and had zero problems. Ladies are great in the office and keep the place running well.
