We moved here from B. C. Shelby organized our storage needs ahead of our move, guided the moving company, secured our furniture and kept in phone contact with us, all sight unseen!

The women in the office are very nice, very helpful, there was a problem with pymt on a different card we used and they gave us a month free for the mix up,

It helps us a lot to store our bulky stuff. The price in first 4 week period is reasonable. Of course also the staff are helpful!

The staff were absolutely incredible! Not only were the staff so pleasant and helpful, but they made every effort to make sure we were getting the best rate possible for our needs and saved us money in the long run. We would rent a locker from them again for sure. Lockers were clean, lit and well maintained!

I rented less then 2 weeks. On a 4 weeks are to be free. I called the day before saying moving my stuff out. The day I arrived all important storage unit was broken into loss on all. Is it a free for all on them cause free storage payment.

Sorry to say, but the storage rates continue to increase quite drastically for the same services. Also, we did the refer for $100.00 and never saw the money.

Over 40% increase in 2 years. Also, dont listen to their referral program, they just don't pay it, then they ignore you when you ask them about it.

This is a great storage location, secure and clean. It's been a life saver for us. The ladies at the office are great, my family and I couldn't be more thankful. Highly recommended!

The lovely ladies at the front desk were helpful, friendly, and eager to help with any issues that arose (which were minor and mostly my errors). Downsizing my container was a breeze and done in very short order. Would highly recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone looking to store items.

Location is good. Not happy that the cost has gone up so much in the last six months. With every new name, the price jumps. Enough already.

They have a clean storage area. The people I worked with are very friendly. We had a little mishap but they gave us a month free for it which was much appreciated.

When you move.close or from afar. This here company shines like a star. Answering the phone live and fast. Makes Sentinel storage easy and a blast. Clearly saying all the facts of security ad FREE storage. Insurance, rules, clean, access until 11 pm Even morage. I know it's not a real word but you can't go wrong. They will protect and de-stress us the in limbo throng. Moving is no party it's dam hard work. But that's where Sentinel kicks in and never sherk. Amazing reception and complete storage care. Chose Sentinel: had my back moving from here to there.

I came into this location of Sentinel Storage to look for boxes for moving and was welcomed so warmly, the office was clean and inviting. They priced out some units for my needs with a smile. When I need to store my stuff in the future, this is definitely my choice!

Staff has always been very courteous. The site is clean, well-maintained and secure. Pricing is better than the place we were with before as well.

The girls at the Sentinel location are amazing I'm very understanding. I feel safe putting my stuff there while I work out of town

The most accommodating and easy going people who run this location have made my first few weeks using their facility so nice! Everyone is smiling and easy to talk with, the facility is tidy and easy to access, and the prices are great! I'm really happy with my decision to use Access Storage.

Access Storage in Lethbridge is a great place. The employees are nice and efficient. They explain everything to you and are always willing to help and the prices are great prices. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to put their belongings in storage and the security is very good
