Easy set up and quick access. No hassle. Great location and glad we used this business. Felt secure everytime we were there. Liked the loading bays where we could be inside loading and unloading. Did have one incident where an individual was blocking the bay when clearly they were done. The rules are clear. You load unload move out of the way for anyone else who might need to do the same.

Sentinel storage provided flexible and easily accessible storage. Heated loading bay was especially useful during cold winter days. Staff were helpful and accommodating when we had questions or concerns. We rented the storage for a period of about 7months we no issues.

I got the best service here from Simer here. He guided me through the process and make it easy for me to use as I’m using the storage for the very first time. So, it’s a highly recommended place for the storage.

Had a storage unit with this place for around 2 years.when I went to move my stuff out there was water damage from water coming in the unit. I showed them the damages they asked me to write down what was damaged. I told them I wanted to know what water was leaking in the unit, they did not tell me for a couple of months tell they got knew management this was October 2020. I also found out I had stomach cancer about a week latter. Needless to say I did not worrie about the unit tell after my surgery. Had surgery Jan. 6 2021 I called them around Jan. 9th to tell them I would be in after I get out of the hospital, they informed me they sold my stuff because I did not get back to them. Never use this place they were very badly managed.

The place is clean (doesn't smell like older locations) and staff is quite friendly. I feel confident to store our belongings there

The staff were superb on the argyll and Ellwood drive locations. They know how really important the customer to the business. The building and the units were so clean. Easy access on the storage units you can feel that your goods and stuffs were gonna be safe in their buildings. I also love that they were offering storage units of different sizes based on what you need and most of all units were all inside a secured and weathered control facility. It's our first time to use an self storage and we didn't expect the excellence of sentinel. More power guys! Keep up the good attitudes towards your clients/customers. Hello. I visited my locker last Sunday (Jan 3rd, 2021) to find that it was broken into and my valuable and pricy possessions stolen. Thousands of dollars worth. In fact, the adjoining lockers next to mine were also broken into. I spoke to the onsite staff both on that day and I went back during the week and got no support in following up with the insurance process. I was told they would contact me and I waited days and got no phonecall. It was not until I called the main customer service number did I get any support. The indifference displayed by management is appalling. No support whatsoever. Not even an effort to look through the security cameras. I wonder if the owners of the other broken into lockers have even been contacted.

I didn’t like how they increased the monthly rent by $22/month, especially not in the middle of a pandemic when people aren’t working. It’s not a goid business practice, even ore-pandemic. I rented from another place before and they never increased it.

This was my first time renting a self storage unit and everything went well. The security in the building made me feel like my belongings were safe and secure at all times and I liked having access 24/7 (though I didn’t really need it). The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because I didn’t like the automated lighting turning off while I was in my unit. The sensors are too far apart to detect motion and would constantly turn off while I was in my unit digging through boxes looking for something. A light switch or more motion sensors could go a long way!

Nothing but excellent service from everyone at the Ellwood location in southeast Edmonton. They have notified me by phone that my locker wasn't properly closed and have always been helpful on the phone or on site. Reasonable rates and clean office and grounds. Covid protocol in place. Strongly recommended.

Love this facility, nice to have my items stored indoors in a heated environment with 24/7 access for a very reasonable price.

Also the Manager Paul was very accommodating with my extenuating circumstances which helped me more then they will ever know! If I’m back in Edmonton I won’t hesitate to use your services. costs money and it does cause time issues.

The facility is clean and well kept. I love that there are elevators and 2 huge loading bays that you can drive right into, meaning that you can load and unload comfortably, even in the winter. I never had any safety concerns and would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for long term storage

Used Sentinel Storage for just under a year and the sign up was very easy. They contacted me with my password and kept in touch via email for updates and billing. The facility was clean, except for some small garbage left by people who couldn't be bothered to pick it up. They have dollies and two bays for parking vehicles while you are moving items back and fourth. The reason i cancelled is because I moved into a place where I was able to store all my stuff at home.

My friend refers to this place as we need storages for our business and said plz see Balveen but unfortunately we could not meet her and other lady is very rude and doesn’t want to help us at all.
