Sentinel Storage - Edmonton Argyll

Very clean, airy, well-lit, spacious, and well-organized storage facility. The processes were prompt, reliable, and transparent.

It was almost a bittersweet moment for me when I took my suitcases out of the storage. I felt like I was losing a valuable business relationship! Dillon and Abiodun were especially very helpful.

I would highly recommend this location as a worthwhile storage solution. Keep up the good work, guys!

This is the upmost terrible storage building I have ever used. I was away on vacation for 3 weeks and during that time my unit was robbed under the manager Dylan’s watch. I paid for the additional fees for insurance reasons. I had the police involved and they clearly stated it was a robbery.

The manager Dylan is so ignorant and jealous of people he did whatever he could to make sure I never got my pay out.

I would highly recommend not to use this company.

I really liked this place, it's clean, warm, inexpensive and the staff are amazing, friendly. I really appreciate that I felt comfortable leaving my belongings there.

When. I Was desperately looking looking for a place to park my RV, I found this place and the staffs, Abby and her colleague, Bree, came to my rescue.
They are very professional, friendly and customer service oriented people. I got four weeks parking free.

Very professional and friendly service provided by the front desk staff, particularly the one lady who guided me through everything I needed to know about using their facility, the full terms of the contract, any and all the questions I had and even went as far as spotting for me when I needed to back my truck in.

10/10 I will be recommending this establishment if anyone is looking for a good storage unit facility!

Additionally, it is kept very clean, there are lots of options that are available, their access hours are better than most of the other storage companies I've seen, and the location is quite convenient.

Very easy to move in and out of. Staff very welcoming and ready to show you how things worked. Unload indoors always better then in the cold.

I would 10/10 use Sentinel Storage again. They have many locations, and access to the locations are super convenient. I was able to easily access my unit, and use the storage bays for unloading. The staff at the Argyll location are beyond friendly and helpful. They always responded to my inquires in a timely manner. It’s a hassle free storage company! 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is very helpful when you ask questions and their customer service is excellent. The staff's professionalism and good service is what impressed me! The storage bays are clean and the security is excellent. I did appreciate the climate control on snowy cold days. It was so nice unloading my vehicle indoors in a heated bay on cold days. The entire process of loading and unloading was easy and their was always good carts available to use.
