The Ladies in the Office, Diana & Joyce were very accommodating as to finding the Right Size of Units on short Notices when I needed them. They ALWAYS showed respect and their Customer Service Skills were beyond just doing their job. They were Personable in EVERY Situation or concern that I had. They never made me feel like I as just another customer. In fact, They both went out of their way to make My moving n storage experience less stressful. I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage to Everyone & Anyone who is dealing with Moving & Storage concerns to contact them. Especially when You have no clue about the Size of Unit or which type of Unit would be appropriate for You or Your situation.

The ladies at Sentinel Storage are always friendly, helpful and informative! I had to rent 3 storage units while in the moving process and they had me set up in minutes. I highly recommend this place, the property was always clean and accessible, the gate and code pad always functioning properly. You won’t be disappoint I surely wasn’t!

Joyce at the front desk at the Petrolia Dr location in Red Deer was extremely welcoming and friendly. She provided excellent customer service and helped me feel extremely comfortable using this location to store my seasonal items. I haven't even put things in my storage unit yet and I'm already 100% satisfied I have made a good decision just by Joyce alone Thanks Joyce for your kindness we need more people like you in the service industry

The storage facility is just the right place for storage. I just moved in to smaller apartment and a friend recommended the place for storing some of my articles after downsizing. It was a great experience, the staff, Dee and Joyce gave an excellent service. No wonder it was recommended for me, I will surely recommend the place to someone too.

Experiences have been excellent. Interact mostly with Dianne who has always been excellent; helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. She is an asset to your organization. Give the woman a raise!

Took forever to get the paper work together and the Locker was really dirty. Other than that easy peasy

Good experience at front desk - friendly and informative. Promotion incentive was attractive - unit was clean and tidy. Need to install car window accessible keypad for entry though.

Very friendly staff, clean buildings and units. Biggest drawback from other storage companies is the ‘billing cycle’. Sentinel uses a 28 day month which basically adds a whole extra month per year into your rental. Ask around when choosing a place. I looked past that point because this location is close to my office but it still kinda bothers me.
