The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent i would definitely recommend this location!

After a bit of miscommunication, everything was sorted out quickly and without issue. I would definitely use their services again.

I have stored a vehicle for the winter months at this location for several years. The staff have always been very professional and helpful. It has taken some time for me to adjust to some of the less customer friendly policies that Storage Vault implemented when they bought Sentinel Storage a few years ago but I still store my vehicle there.

Very good customer service, went above and beyond. Me and my buddy were having a hard time to bring in my tool box in the unit and Sabrina helped us to lift/ push my tool box over the hump and after i was unable to put my big tool box into the room due to small hallway, but she helped us find a different room so it is easier for us to bring it in. Very professional, quick and reasonably priced. They explained everything to me in detail and gave me all necessary paperwork. When I moved out, they only made me pay for what I used. Would highly recommend this location!

I would not recommend to anyone for going to this place. We have very bad experience with them. Our stuff stolen from their storage but they have no camera footage for that and they show like nothing happened. Even the way between lanes so bad our car tires always get so much dirt. The main thing is that they did not show any responsibility about our stolen stuff.

Best of luck getting to your storage unit. There's massive mud puddles across the laneways which have been there for weeks. Nothing is being done to fix the problem. I haven't been able to access my unit for two months. Have had to wash my truck each time I go there to see if my unit is accessible. Nothing but excuses from the staff in the office (yes they are friendly but how tough is it to get a load of gravel in and spread over the mud? Is it a question of not wanting to spend the money?).

UPDATE: I should point out that Sentinel reached out to me and tried to assist. That included spreading gravel and grading the laneway. They were prompt and seemed concerned.

There is no pavement, we got our unit in the winter when there was ice on the ground. Everytime we come to our unit there is a lake/mud hole in front of our unit. Every. Single. Time. We have had to get our vehicle interiors detailed because we track so much mud into them when we have to come to our unit. Would definitely not rent here again.

It is a good convenient storage place. My only comment would be that the roads in front of the storage units are not paved It's very dusty and it goes into the storage unit.

Great service, Saurabh Gore is the store manager and he was excellent to deal with. Check in was smooth and simple, and the check out was just as efficient.

I found Sentinel to be very professional and attentive. Unit was clean and well-maintained. Lost one star for size of unit; it was advertised at 10x10 but was actually 9.5 square, meaning I couldn't store 10-foot materials in it as intended.

My wife and I needed storage last minute when things went south in our lives and sentinel was by far the cheapest and most available at the time. It’s easy to sign up and the staff are very friendly. I didn’t like the fact though that every so often prices would increase for renting storage with not a lot of reason. Especially during covid when you’re down on income it definitely doesn’t help and then you feel like affording a storage unit becomes tougher and tougher. There’s lots of different storage companies out there. Phone around and always get the best price. This wasn’t my option but I encourage you to do research. All in all it’s not a bad company but pricing was the reason for a lower rating

I had used storage many times in other province, this Sentinel Storage in Edmonton 33 Ave is the best among all of them. It has clean unit, fast respond and super helpful management teams. The rates are excellent as their customer service. Will definitely come back if I need storage service again.

I have been treated with the utmost respect. They helped me during a very difficult time and worked at a standard of excellence, to be sure everything was taken care of. I cannot thank them enough for taking incredible care of me.

I would not rent from these guys. Trust me, I myself got ripped off large by these people. Strongly if you need this area badly another better place a block away. Take it from me, for real!

Poor ownership of the company. This site has been broken in many time this summer. Company states the have cameras everywhere which is not true. There are sign up stating that they 24 hour security cameras everywhere and that not true. Sentinel ended the security company coming to the site at night to check on things. Sentinel is in it for the money not for there clients. With the Covid-19 going on and people losing there jobs Sentinel has up everyone rent. This company should be ashamed of theirselves. I would never recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone.

This company isn't honest about thing. My father inlaw got his storage unit broken into this summer and nothing from they. He had insurance on it but never heard from the insurance company. Heard from other that rent there this has happened lots this summer. On the website its states that each unit has an alarm. Why haven't they got the people that have been breaking in. I'm starting to think there is no alarms system or insurance that my father in-law been paying for.

The road inside is V shaped so if two uhauls are passing each other the tops grind against each other

The online request system and subsequent turnaround time for an agent to call back was excellent. The contact was completed electronically and without delay.

I have been dealing with Rebecca at sentinel storage for about a year now and i have absolutely nothing but good things to say. Her communication is great, her ability to help out with incoming mail is fantastic I will definitely be continuing to utilize their services for years to come.

The site is clean and conveniently located. The best part is the super friendly and helpful staff, Rebecca at the location I go to is really awesome!

Very poor management very poor structure

My particular situation being; a young single mother who has never had to get set up with a storage unit and when proceeding to do so for the first time letting them be well aware that this is my first time and I have little to no knowledge on how processes like this would go fully knowing my situation the company proceeded to drain me of my money being on low income making it unable for me to do a payment plan of any sort this company does not value or respect their customers and strongly believe this was the worst experience which is unfortunate to say

This is a very professional operation and each one of he staff members I encountered was cheerful, capable and willing to help. In addition to storage space they have moving supplies available.

Horrible customer service. The two staff members who are on shift right now (Friday afternoon) were very unwilling to do work and it came across that they were already "checked out" for the weekend and did not want to do anymore work. I will definitely be renting a storage unit anywhere but here!

Sentinel storage worked great for me. I stored a classic car there. I had a code for the gate and could acess my car at any time of day.it was all good!

Amazing staff and great accessibility. I have had multiple lockers at this location over the past few months and the staff have been so accommodating. From meeting delivery drivers to ensuring we had the type of access we needed Katelyn and the whole team here went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be back and I would strongly recommend this location for anyone needing storage help in the area.

I showed up with a 72' semi and they aren't really designed to accept this size of unit. However the local staff worked out my problem and provide a space that we could unload the truck. No up charge as the unit was a little larger than we requested. Worked out perfectly! Hat's off to the local staff.

Just booked my first storage unit with Sentinel Storage and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was really friendly, explained everything super well and we got a really got rate for the storage. Definitely will go there again in the future!

Not super impressed with the customer service here. Not only did they have a sign up at 11: 30am saying "Back at 10: 30am" but the woman was inside at the desk on the phone and the door was unlocked. The first time we went up to the door, she ignored us and we went left thinking that nobody was there. The second time, we walked in and waited while she talked on the phone (no acknowledgement of our presence).

After this, we asked if any drive-up storage space was available. The response was no. No upselling or trying to offer us another locker, no offer to call if one comes available. Nothing. So we went to U-Store-it next door. The difference is night and day.

Helpful staff, a variety of unit sizes and good rates. Had a good experience storing my things here.

Katelyn and the team at this location have been absolutely amazing to work with, right from the beginning of my search when I was quoting/ shopping around, during the move-in process, and even a pleasure to deal with while coordinating the move out. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for an amazing, friendly, easy, seamless service! Thanks Katelyn and team!
