After having an incredibly terrible day the staff member that assisted me was courteous and kind. Especially kind and it made me feel she cared. I was in such a terrible mind set I can't recall her name and I'm so sorry for that.

Easily accessible, clean, friendly staff. Used as short term storage for about 4 months. Large elevators and carts for moving things. Very secure. Would use again.

Staff are Always welcoming and pleasant. Willing to help. The building is clean With the indoor Temperature always warm and dry keeping my Storage space Safe from damp & Critters.

Konstance was a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to show me a few storage spaces and thoroughly explain all procedures and policies. All of the areas look clean and organized.

Highly recommend using sentinel storage for your storage needs, specifically the Windermere location. It's clean, secure and well managed. I personally have used them on and off for years and have never had a single issue.

Best place for storage. Had talk with kiana she was awesome made me laugh during our conversation. She answers all my question and made everything so simple and easy for me.

Constance was super friendly and very good at her job. She even pretended to laugh at my corny storage wars jokes! Very clean office and facility. Definitely a very secure facility I'd recommend storing your stuff here for sure.

Awesome Sentinel Storage very clean & spacious, huge elevator love it. Justin helped and walk me through all the way to the processed she was very clear and on point explaining the policies. Nice and clean but break and enters were not notified to me. I noticed odd things to know.

Sentinel storage was my 1st choice tobrenting a storage unit for our move to our new house in a month they made the process easy quick and painless Justine was super helpful showing my unit and explaining the policies and responsibilities of the renter of the storage unit, I would highly recommend Justine to anybody who's thinking about renting a storage unit for the 1st time.

If I can find my "that was easy" button.this whole process deserve would got multiple smash.

The facility is very well organized and clean. Bree is amazing and the whole team is very helpful.

This is a fantastic facility. Very clean with many security measures in place. Very easy to access the units on your own time, with dollys available to easily bring your belongings to your unit. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, definitely feels like you're being taken care of. Would recommend!

John is awesome and very hardworking and very supportive and very helpful and treat customer very well. He is such an amazing asset to sentimental.

Facilities were clean, easy access to unit, elevator always worked. Bre was a great customer service representative. If I need storage again I will be using Sentinel!

I've liked the unit, and I don't think they know how to manage busy times. Often one moving truck will take all of the dollys and let three other people who are in the loading dock wait 30 min for them to be completely freed up. It's a very nice unit and difficult to use at my own convenience. You should have customers with big loads and uhauls and moving companies reserve time slots. Or something

I have been dealing with this location for some time. I have to say the facility its self is clean and secure.

But to top it off! Michelle has to be one of they best people I have dealt with. She’s kind, caring, very personable and to top that off very professional and helpful! Thank you Michelle for your hard work and everything you have done for me in my time there.

New, very clean facility. Customer service representative toured me around the facility, showed me a number of storage options and set up account within minutes. Great service. First time using facility everything worked flawlessly.

I called booked a unit was told on the phone it would be 25 down and the unit was mine for 4 weeks when I got there they said the one I reserved was none Promotion unit and it was over $200 to rent would not recommend it was a run around and a hassle

Walking into Sentinel storage today July 21/21, well going through a separation is very tough. But moving into the storage today was such an uplifting feeling. The kindness as I walked in the door made me forget about separation and feeling empowered. They are not just a storage but a team that is a family making sure myself my property and security was absolutely going to be treated with the upmost respect. Way to go and the young man the and wonderful woman made me laugh so much I forgot about what was happening and the positive future ahead. I recommend stopping by and checking out the amazing facility. That itself is jawdropping. Thank you so much.

This is a good place to store your belongings until you are settled. It is clean, the staff are helpful and the building is 'secure'. For us, it was worry free. There are plenty of carts to assist you when moving items in/out of storage. I highly recommend this facility.

I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly, and no-hassle service I received from the customer service representatives at this Sentinel Storage location (ie, Rabbit Hill, Edmonton). I was very pressed for time and needed storage quickly, and Sentinel came through for me with flying colours. I highly recommend this business!

Staff was very helpful. Clean storage facility, easy access 24h. The elevators are always available and big enough to move big objects. I would rent here again.

We recently rented a unit and the experience has been great. Very friendly and helpful service. Very clean and we are extremely satisfied so far!

The staff are very helpful and always seem to be there for any question or just to say "hi". The facility is clean and it is very nice to be able to drive right in to the building to avoid unloading my items in nasty weather. I always feel safe and at ease in accessing my unit. A state of the art facility.

I had been going through a Divorce and selling my home since April.
Several offers given and I thought I could secure a place. Many offers fell through. Finally in late August I had a buyer.c

Now I could safely secure my storage. Shannon was the young woman who assisted. I had my original paper work and it all worked out. I appreciated her efforts for going the extra distance.
Is a nice modern building. I think I will have peace of mind with what is secured here.

I have rented storage space at Sentinel Windermere for years, & just recently signed up for a larger space. This facility is extremely clean, security is great & staff goes above and beyond. The lady that helped me was so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage!

Staff are friendly and helpful throughout the storage process. The building is excellent with a wide array of storage options. Indoor loading bay and two large elevators. Could use a few more dolleys than the eight that they have but its not a big deal.

SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE! I honestly cant get over how friendly and accommodating the staff are there! The place is clean and secure. Big elevators, wide halls, and lots of carts so moving on a non-ground level floor isn't actually a hassle at all.

This storage facility is amazing. The staff greets you and helps you get set up with such professionalism. They are pleasant, cheerful and treat you with respect. The facility is very clean and has equipment available for your use to make your storage experience fantastic.

I love Sentinel storage Windermere location. We moved in today from a different storage and we're super happy. From the moment you walk in Mary the lovely lady at the front desk, she makes you feel welcome. I recommend this place 100% for your storage need.

Been using the facility for a few weeks now. I used to send from gateway Blvd location. This new Windemere location is amazing. Literally locked down like a fortress. Best part is, being indoors, I don’t need to worry about my stuff being affected from rain days, cold winters, and things like that.

They have easy elevator access, flat carts for transportation of your stuff, and easy codes access into the building. You can pull your vehicle right into the garage bay for easy unloading and loading.

When I initially signed on with renting a unit, it was quick, efficient and the ladies are the front desk/office are extremely organized and friendly. I got a quick tour, was able to chose my own storage unit, and within 20 minutes I was up and ready to go!

Highly recommend. Literally zero complaints from these guys!
