Cyril and John are awesome individuals, they turn your stress to relief with their calm way of words and dealing, highly recommend you store here if you're in the Sherwood Park area.

Didn't use them a whole month but it did the trick for what I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cost is too much

I rented from Sentinel Storage, for about 5 months while I went across Canada. Even when I was late on payments, they were very understanding. My stuff was warm and safe & I never had to worry. Thank you so much. Moving out was a breeze too! The office worker even helped me move my flat screen into the Uhaul… ️️ so impressed!

Used this facility for about two years and I have always been really impressed with the customer service. Instead of charging me $300+ for an extra month, they worked to make sure I could get my last minute stuff out before I was charged again. Would highly recommend. Everyone has been great but most recently Sarah went above and beyond. Thanks everyone!

I was so pleased with my experience renting a storage unit. Sara was very helpful and kind after I completely misjudged the size of the unit I required.

It's okay! My stuff was secure so there is no complaints there. However there were a few instances where they were closed when they should have been open or the keypad wasn't working so we didn't have access. One guy came from out of town that tried to access his unit and couldn't. That would have been frustrating. Price was rather expensive. Over $200/month for a unheated 10x10. But again, my stuff was secure so it is what it is. Staff were nice too!

Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful today getting us set up with our storage unit. Also the person we talked to on their toll free # to get quotes was extremely knowledgable and friendly too. Sarah made this easy for us! Also the "get 4 weeks free" promotion is the best in Sherwood Park right now. Also they have the most gorgeous Poinsettia plant from last year - it's huge!

Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. They took me out to see my unit, stayed after closing time to finish my transaction as I needed the storage unit that day.
Only thing that wasn't done was they told me they Wud dust out my unit for me but because it was late I think they forgot.

They have a huge, happy, beautiful Poinsettia plant in the office that I appreciated/ loved seeing.
The plant gives the office a calming environment.
Not many people can keep Poinsettias alive all year long️️

My experience at this location was top notch. The staff are meticulous in the handling of customers and go above and beyond to provide the best service experience. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Staff are quick to inform you if you have not secured your unit or if your card on file did not process. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

They made the pro-rating process very easy to understand and go through all the rules during move in process which is really nice, walking into a storage facility you imagine it to be like a car rental, but it is far from that. Staff are patient, professional, and explain everything in detail.

Absolute top notch service. Super friendly and took the time to get me the best deal. A true 5 star experience.

Had my storage unit for 1.5 years was overall a good place to store and never had any issues getting ino my unit or any security issues

I was accidentally late a few days, so when I found out I was late, the lady there was RUDE! As if no one forgets something to do. My son was in his bedroom and heard the conversation and he came out after the call and said, boy she was sure rude! They sure are nice when your looking to store your stuff but have a screw up and the gloves are off. I guess no one ever forgets to make a payment. Especially, at Christmas. Won't ever go there after this!

Amazing customer service! I want to rate them 5 stars for their security and service with my business's storage unit. It is clean, well maintained and they take security seriously and the costs are reasonable.

I wish I could give their service more stars. Especially Memory at the front. When we had our major snow storm a while ago I arrived to get items from my unit in the morning during the storm and got stuck in the snow! Memory not only was there, she was stuck too but she spent a half an hour helping me shovel and push my car out! Talk about customer service she saved me from a cold morning in the snow and she did not hesitate to get to work to help me and did it with a smile on her face. Absolutely amazing service from Memory!

Fantastic and friendly service! Quick and efficient - I required a storage unit fairly quickly and they were able to set everything up in no time at all. Will absolutely come back should I ever require a storage unit again. Cannot recommend highly enough. Best experience using a storage facility by far!

Amazing lady with blonde cant remember her name. She's loyal, honest and she got a great customer service skills and can handle multi task very well proud of her. I think sentinel as a company should reward such employees and value what they're bringing to the table. This are people that make the company great.

Great place to store your things. They offer various sizes of storage and you pay up front monthly, although your price will be prorated on a day-by-day basis, depending on when you move out. Signing up over the phone took a while and was a lot of paperwork to go through. I talked to Cyril in the office before my first visit and he was very pleasant to deal with. He met me at my locker and when we found out my lock wouldn't work, he offered me a very sturdy one for a fair price. I stored my things there for several weeks and went back a few times. The place is not busy at all and well secured. Even after the many periods of heavy rain we had this summer, everything in my storage locker was still perfectly dry. Access is easy with keying in your code from your car window at the gate and then driving up directly to your locker. The area is spacious, so even with a bigger moving truck, you will have room to maneuver. When I had removed all my belongings, ending the agreement was as easy as phoning their office saying "I'm done". Recommended.

Sentinel Storage on Broadmoor Blvd in Sherwood Park is an excellent storage facility. It is well kept, always clean, and well run.

The people working in the office are exceptional. I have always had a good experience whenever I have needed to talk to them, and usually come away with some good laughs.

The rates are very reasonable, especially considering the level of service received.

This facility was recommended to me from someone else using it, and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for storage as well.

I found the staff very friendly. The lady working the day I rented a unit was very good at explaining the terms of the contract in language humans can understand. The location is great - just a few minutes from my apartment.

Although I've had substantial difficulty getting through to anyone working on site after renting my unit and I had to leave multiple messages and waited many days to receive a call back I would still recommend renting from this facility. Reasons are: - when I did get through to someone they did everything possible to assist me in answering my questions and solving my issues. - very friendly and polite in person and on the phone. - I am very happy receiving my first month free! GREAT PROMOTION! - The facility itself is very clean including my storage unit. I've renting a few different places in the last couple years and by far this facility is the cleanest! -Very reasonable rates! -no deposits! The only recommendations I have for the owners and operators are: - please hire more people in sherwood park. - please take the time to thoroughly train new managers and or new employees. My rental itself was fine, expensive but fine (not hard to screw up something that doesn't require much communication) however, that all changed upon our move out, i was paid up to date, i had a email confirmation of our moveout and the date we had (june 30th). I rented a uhaul truck on June 25th, showed up and there was a management lock on my unit.
I called both facilities but it was just after business hours. I left a message, couldnt find an emergency number to call anywhere, so i was forced to go buy cutters (out of pocket of course) and cut the lock off.
Its been days and STILL nobody has returned my call despite me saying it was an emergency, despite the fact my moveout deadline is still days away.

Very friendly and professional staff. Prices have become a bit high but very nice facility which is clean and well maintained.
