documents online. Highly

The staff in the office were super friendly and helped me choose the best storage option for my situation. Only issue we had was that the locker could have used sweeping. Had some garbage on the floor but otherwise all good.

Lori and Richard have great customer care service and always go above and beyond for the clients and customers, if you're looking for storage in the west side of Edmonton, I 100% recommend them!

Richard was very helpful. Showing me units to make sure I had the right size the first time. Made sure I understood all Sentinel's policy's. A great experience!

AAAA+. Richard Dendwick was extremely helpful. He took great time to explain the contract to me and then took the time to explain some things to my wife who was sitting outside in the car. Then as I went to my storage unit I had problems understanding how to open up the garage door and then how to properly lock the door. Twice he came back to my unit to show me how to do it, and I know it was almost closing time and he was so pleasant in helping me. He works there like he owns the company. Thank you Richard!

Great experience going through the sign up process. Have less stress going into our move now. Would recommend anyone move with strict times and being a planner to get storage here!

Our circumstances were difficult, being 3000 kms away and trying to coordiante a move back to Alberta and building a new home. Laurie and Richard are EXEMPLARY customer service experts and just plain great people who went above and beyond to help us.

I have never rented storage before, no idea how it works or what to expect. I have seen Sentinel properties around so I looked up a number and contacted their head office. The experience at that end was what I expected, helpful but a canned speech.
I left some information and was called right away by Richard at the west Edmonton facility. Richard was extremely welcoming, listened to my questions and told me everything I needed to know.
I decided to drive over, meet him and look at a unit or two.
The welcome in person was even better than the phone if that was possible.
I found a unit, they had some good pricing options to choose from. Richard was able to point me to the best value for my needs.
I left 30 minutes later with a storage unit, a lock and everything i needed, I almost feel like one of the family.
Too bad I can’t live in it, great landlords.

First of all Richard was fantastic. He s very kind and polite. I would deal with him again, and I would recommend people see him when they get there. He explained everything so well and he answered every one of my questions. I also liked the prices of the storage units. I really got a good deal on my storage unit. Fabulous place if you need a storage unit for anything. I loved his energy and patience's.

Excellent service! We use the storage for 3 months since we arrived in Alberta. Richard, explained to us all we needed to know. Fast answers from the team by email or by phone. We were in peace about letting our belongings in the storage. Thank you for everything!

Very friendly and helpful staff.
I reserved the unit serval weeks in advance online (without having to pay) and when the time came it was still available. Very easy and straightforward process.
I also had a discount on the first 4weeks and was able to just pay for one week after that, rather then paying for a full month again.
Unit and facility were very clean and kept tidy.

After speaking the The Manager Mrs Olulan I am very impressed with the way I was treated. I recommend Sentinel storage to anybody thinking about secured storage. They are equal to none.

Great customer service. Richard at the winter burn location does his job so well and is super polite with that cool attitude! I would recommend this storage to anyone! They went out of there way to make sure I had the cheapest for size! Love you guys and gals at sentinel!

If I could put negative stars, I would. They don't honor payment arrangements, updates to account information and are just thieves. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Beware.

All my dealings at this location have been with Mary. I have found Mary to be an excellent person to deal with. She is curtious, friendly, helpful and accomodating. I had my storage units booked with her and then shortly after I found myself in a situation where I needed to cancel my units. It was no problem and I didn't have to pay a penalty. She is willing to work with her tenants, which I found to be very valuable in my situation at the time. As I can only comment on my initial communications to book and unbook my units, I would definitely recommend calling this location. Based on this experience, I would rate them 5 stars.

If I could do a negative review it would be A negative 5 terrible service, doesn't respect customers at all and called on behalf of my storage unit to be paid to be paid got told it was no problem and then got several unprofessional emails from Keith and Marry.and taking a unit illegally, I would highly suggest to stay away from this place. There are no where near professional.

Very friendly staff made it incredibly easy with my move-in and move-out. I will definitely use Sentinel again in the future! Affordable prices, delivers exactly what they claim, and again, friendly staff!

Fantastic experience. I booked the unit from Calgary and schedulled a pallet delivery of equipment to Sentinel. The team there took the shippment into my locker for me, and put a lock on until I could get there. Snow was always shovelled, billing on time, and everyone super helpful!

This is a very good outfit. Friendly staff, reasonable rates, great attention. And the storage access times are excellent. You can come very early in the morning, or way late at night. Highly recommended.

My experience at sentinel was great. Friendliest and most helpful was Judy. I recommend anyone to ask for her.

I have nothing to base other storage companies on, as this is my first time requiring a storage facility, but everything with Sentinel went very easy, from signing up to having access to my belongings, there has not been one issue.

Amazing staff and great manager he was very polite and did all he could to make sure I was pleased with the service I received. Would definitely go again for long term. I forgot my lock while out of town but he was very understanding and patient.

Easily accessed with sizzor lifts even pallet jacks and pallets along with rolling carts it took no time at all with also the huge industrial elevator to access my unit. Friendlyy service clean surroundings I find it 100 percent better than my last facilty

I was very warmly looked after by Judy. She got all the paper work done quickly and efficiently, walked me out to my unit and shovelled and got the ice out of the doorway so I'd be safe. Thanks, Judy.

All the staff a very nice and helpful i would recommend this storage facility on winterburn road as my experience was very good.

The day I decided a need a unit was the day I got one. They made it quick and painless and the deal they had on for the first month was unbelievable so I went in paid for my unit was given a very informative tour and was on my way, they make it so easy to move in as well with carts and lifts easy to use freight elevators. I have never had a storage unit in a better place.

Very pleased. First month was free and that's all I needed. No backdoor costs when all was said and done

I used storage at the west end location and a very nice lady named Judy helped us. She was very friendly and courteous! As well she was very personable and down to earth.

Safe, reliable storage units. Price is a little high in comparison to other storage facilities in the area.

They are friendly clean secure but decieving and are cold crooks who don't care about you just your money and or property. Always read ur contract carefully and beware their are no real laws set in place regarding ur property or what they can do to take it from you if ur not careful

The staff at this branch of Sentinel are so helpful and friendly. The very best in customer service i have come across.
