Sentinel Storage - Edmonton North West

I've rented storage space with Sentinel Storage NW Edm.for close to 10 years now. As in any normal business there is staff turnover, but Sentinel hit the JACKPOT when they hired Connie Ness as store manager for this location. Since her onboarding, cleanliness of the facility has increased significanlty and the team always seems to have a smile on their face. Big kudos to Connie & Team for all the elbow grease and support offered to their tenants.

Connie and her colleague Ashley greeted me on my move in date, explained the facility rules and hours, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that I have made an excellent decision storing my belongings at Sentinel. Thank you for the warm reception and brilliant customer service. I would certainly recommend Sentinel to any of my friends or coworkers if they were in the market for a storage space. Thank you for everything!

The Staff and Service are amazing! I have been renting a unit at this location for a couple years now and I have not had an Issue at all. Connie the Manager is very understanding and Very accommodating. As a Matter of Fact all the Staff are very accommodating. I highly Recommend.

Required a storage space when moving from Red Deer to Edmonton. The entire process from start to finish was super easy and the staff were fantastic. The drive up storage unit was clean and easy to access. The site security was safe and convenient.
Definitely will use again!

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge our twelfth anniversary with Sentinel. Our business has used the 128 Ave.location as our base of operations with the flexibility of adding on extra storage to accommodate the ebb and flow of our sales and manufacturing business.

Having capable Sentinel office staff available to deal with delivery companies and look after our mail has been an integral part of our business success in today's tight economy. When customers from out of town occasionally have to pick up an item it's so reassuring to know they will be dealt with respectfully and with efficiency.

So, many thanks to all the staff over the years who've given us so much support. The current manager Connie and her assistant Ashley do a remarkable job recognizing the needs of our small business and going "above and beyond" in caring for small details. Their friendliness, kindness, and competence are second to none.

Amazing amazing service! I stored my belongings for free for first 4 weeks. The kind management lady also offered the 5th week free for me as well at no request. Will recommend to anyone anyday!

During one if the most stressful times of my life the ladies at my storage location went above and beyond to help me and continue to help me with what I'm going through and my need for their services as they arise. Truly a couple of great women and I would suggest them to friends/family any day:)

The ladies that work here are super awesome. They are so friendly, I enjoy going into the front because we chat and have some laughs. They were also very quick to help me make some changes to my account.
The yard and inside the building is really clean with easy access.

If you're looking for a reputable storage facility, then I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage. It was incredible easy to book a storage locker and the staff work extremely hard to earn your business. Connie Ness, the store manager, is super friendly and experienced. She took the time to walk me through the process, explained all I needed to know and had me setup no time. The storage facility is very clean and secure. I am completely blown away at the service I received from every member that at Sentinel.

We were so happy with the service provided by Sentinel Storage. We needed to store the majority of our possessions while building a new home. It was easy to sign up, they offered ideas for packing as well as supplies. The facility is very clean and very assessable. We simply drove our vehicles in and unloaded quickly into our secure space. We highly recommend and would use them again for any storage requirements.

Had a fantastic experience at sentinel storage, dealt with Connie she was knowledgeable and professional. Had a small problem with getting a door to close she dealt with it promptly. Would recommend this place for sure.

I visited Sentinel Storage Edmonton North West for the first time today. On arrival I was warmly greeted by Connie. Connie handled my inquiry in a professional/expert manner and exceeded my expectations. In addition to the awesome service received Connie was very sweet to my 4 year old son and let him play with one of the mini Christmas trees on display. If any one is looking for a storage solution I highly recommend Connie and Sentinel Storage!

Used this facility for a year, no issues at all. Friendly staff. Very helpful as well as I once forgot to lock my unit properly and they called me to immediately come back and lock it. 10/10 will use again.

Great customer service very friendly and helpful. Called me and let me know that my lock wasn't secure, came with me and made sure everything was still there. Very clean and well kept. Thank you Connie. Would highly recommend.

First visit on site everything was explained good and i rented.during my visits to my locker i am always greeted friendly.i had a few requests and they were all addressed, and explained so i got the best deal for my money, example ; when i emptied half of my locker and sized down.the only issue i had was before renting i tried to set up everything by phone and there was a bit of confusion on my side.once on site all went and is going good

Lovely and helpful staff. Nice units, easy access. Our only concern is the lack of carts. Usually only one can be found and it is not in great shape.

We don’t have any concerns with our time at Sentinel Storage while building our new house. I had a fairly large unit for about one and a half years. My husband had a smaller unit for the last 4 mths. It would have been nice to get a discount as committed renters, especially since the fees went up February 2021. We appreciated the ground level heating and quite close to the doors for loading and unloading our possessions. I would recommend Sentinel Storage. Their friendliness and accommodating process is to be commented.

There is never anyone around to help. The parking lot is a death trap and they over charge. I am not a fan of sentinel, but my company deals with them, so I don't have much choice. Read your contract people before you ever sign up with these people, and get your own insurance for your things, because they do not cover, flood, or water damage.

Nice clean units and easy paperwork to apply. I like the 24/7 access and the competitive pricing. Perfect for what we needed.

Very friendly and very helpful people. Peter, behind the counter, helped me find a locker that fit everything in my apartment. He showed me the unit before hand and walked me through the registration process. Very pleased with the service!

The 4 week cycle rather than a payment monthly is frustrating. Aish pays 1 time a month, so inconsistent dates sucks. The best part of access storage was the wonderful woman cathy at the front. As she constantly was positive and understanding of my needs, and barriers. She helped me load my uhaul and kept me from getting additional very large late charges added because policy states once I became late I had to pay in full and everything had to be removed from the premises by 5 pm that day.she remained late to ensure I got the rest of my things. Especially knowing that all access was what people got to my unit. So thank you, Cathy.

Good storage. Very poor with missing due date payment. Late charges are applied even when a payment date is agreed on

If there was a no star option I'd use it. Access Storage is one of the worst ones, and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Stay clear of them.
