Do NOT book for any makeup services. I spent $120 and looked like a clown. I had to wash it all off and start again. They were late to finish, putting me behind for the event. The make up stations were not properly cleaned and they did not have enough space for the amount of people booked. So disappointing and such a waste of money!

I had the most amazing experience at this store! Everyone was so helpful and Princess, the makeup artist really helped me find what I wanted for my style of makeup. She is the most cheerful upbeat person and made me feel so comfortable even with makeup I know nothing about.

I just had to most wonderful experience with Jewel today (Dec, 30th). I came in looking for recommendations for quite a few different products I was wanting. I’m not a very big makeup wear-er but she was so kind and patient while helping me. They made sure to pick out products that would look good on my skin and match my complexion. I would recommend this store to anyone and will be back next time I need something. Hopefully I will get to communicate with Jewel again when I return.

Came in yesterday around 6pm to pick up a couple surprise gifts for my lady and Shelby helped me pick out some items was extremely professional and super outgoing and courteous helping me pick the right products and colours, safe to say the lady’s happy with what I got her

I called in with waaaay too many details on why I didn’t like an item I bought and ANUPREET was an absolute gem in listening to my concerns and also pulling up my account to confirm details and make sure the advice she offered was correct and helpful. I will 100% shop at this location forever! I love the ease of access and the staff are such a breath of fresh air in terms of being welcoming and supportive. 12/10 would recommend. Absolutely great service at Sephora south trail location. I was treated by Vaji who was a truly amazing person, she was more than happy to assist me with my shopping needs! Vaji had a beautiful and enthusiastic additude, and it was clear that she was passionate about her work. She made my day a lot better as well as my shopping experience. Thank you so much Vaji, this will be the only Sephora location I will be coming back to! ️

I must've picked a bad time to visit this new location. Employees just stood there with their arms crossed looking miserable. I was looking for a nice perfume but they couldn't be bothered. I wasn't even acknowledged.

I was so excited to visit this location as I live out of town and it’s much closer for me. To say the staff was uninviting and unhelpful would be an understatement. I had to return a couple items due to a reaction and was treated almost shamefully. Return policies are in place for a reason and a customer should not be treated any different because of it. The only reason why I’m not giving 1 star is because the girl at the front welcoming people in, was very sweet and helpful when I asked her questions.

I had an excellent experience at this sephora location. It is a clean and organized store with helpful employees. Staff, Jewel, was very friendly and ensured I was buying a product that I would enjoy. When I showed her what I was looking for she did not hesitate to look in the back to see if they had any left, something other sephora’s did not do for me. I will be returning

Really gross service they will be nice to you like normal at the front and then follow you around the store as you look for items and just stand their watching you. Worst customer service I have ever had in a store would never go again.

I have an amazing experience at Sephora with Princess who did an awesome job with my make up!
My first time to do it at Sephora!
She is Very good with her work and so accommodating.
I feel so relax and comfortable with her.
Sephora is sure very lucky to have someone like Princess.

Had an amazing time! Was helped by Shelby, who really knows her stuff, I’m going on a trip and she made sure to grab all the essentials that were travel friendly, will be coming to this store again

My daughter had a makeup application appointment for her birthday with Kailey and she was so happy with the results. Kailey was so helpful and knowledgeable, i would highly recommend this location for makeup services.
It smells VERY strongly of perfume though, just a heads up for anyone with scent allergies like me.

Excellent service at this location! Alexa did my makeup for a holiday party I was attending and let me tell you she did an AMAZING job! I haven’t felt this beautiful and confident since my wedding, as I struggle with vertigo which can make makeup application difficult. Her passion and techniques truly made this experience memorable. Its been a week since our session together and I’m starting to feel more and more comfortable doing my own makeup. Thank you so much I will be coming back to this location.

Great store, and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. The only problem I had there was when I went with some of my friends. One of the older female employees was following me and my group around. We are all 13 years old and most of color btw. I wanted to buy some blush bc I just got some money to spend and the woman was following me and my friends around the store the entire time and was giving us some looks. She went exactly rude to us but she was giving us the look like she was saying 'im onto you guys". I think she might have thought we were stealing? But that's just me great store overall!

I’d just like to share my personal experience and thoughts about the Sephora on 130th, I have been in to this location multiple times and sadly get the same experience every time. The staff are uninviting and to put it nicely not helpful at all. You could spend 20 mins walking around and still not one employee would come over and ask if u need help or how you’re doing. Instead they collectively gather and talk to each other and look at you instead of coming over to help you. Would recommend going to a different location if you’re looking for any form of service.

I always have such a positive experience going to this location. Super close to home and I get to avoid the chaos of the mall. Everyone is super helpful; offering recommendations and informing me of sales. Jill and Marisa were especially helpful at my visit recently!

I wanted to pick up my birthday gift at 130 Ave.location. I was told that they did not have any stock. They said that I could call the store to check when they were going to get stock or that they could ship the gift but I would have to pay for shipping. This is disappointing.

I dropped there yesterday & had a bad experience, all I wanted was to relax & try products of my choice & this sales associate kept pushing her opinion on me. I was testing foundation & she came & she was like it’s too light do you need shade matching, I kindly replied & told her no I don’t, foundations tend to get darker on me, & I want to see how this shade will oxidize, she stood next to me & kept saying 4 times it’s too light very loudly! & repeated do you need a different tone, I will get you another one, I explained 4 times the same answer! I was confused which part she didn’t understand! Can Sephora educate their employees not to force things on customers! Those associates do not know anything about anyone’s needs or wants or even skin but they show up suddenly & start judging thinking they are guru professionals & know everything just for being hired by sephora

Having just finishing chemo, I’ll lost my eyelashes and had zero idea how to use glue on false lashes. I got the 30 minute session with Kailey, who showed me how to do nice eye makeup and how to put on lashes along with how to care for the lashes before & after using them. This session gave me the confidence that I wasn’t getting from videos. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m almost a pro at putting them on! This is my go-to Sephora now.
