I got my eyebrows done by danielle (dani) and i can say that was the best experience ive ever had getting my eyebrows done! She was so thoughtful and caring with my brows, took every comment i had into consideration and did my brows how i wanted them done, not how she thought they should look.i was very very pleased and will definitely be coming back to see her! She was very kind and helpful and a very easy person to have conversation with!

It's really difficult to find someone who will assist you throughout the store. Some employees are incredibly polite, while others are downright rude. I didn't have high hopes for Sephora. I only walked in to accompany a friend because I don't wear makeup or shop at Sephora. But my experience here was eh, and my friend was dissatisfied with how things were handled.

I walked into Sephora a few days ago and was greeted by the most wonderful, friendly and outgoing Sephora associate, Romy, and I knew I had to write a review! Romy seemed very interested in sharing about Sephora’s services and I could tell she was very passionate to represent Sephora. Not to mention, she had some amazing makeup on. I’ll be back to this Sephora at Southgate to hopefully see her again! So impressed with the service here.

I usually don’t come to the mall often, but i’m glad I went yesterday. Laraib helped me within less than 10 minutes. She was so kind and respectful of my choices since I can be picky but she knew what to do. Great client service!

Coming into the store I was greeted by the staff member that stands at the entrance to the store.
I was asking her about a promotion I was interested in when we were rudely interrupted by another staff member who was extremely rude to her colleague basically telling her to move out of her way so SHE could stand at the door.
Her coworker asked her a question regarding the promotion and she didn’t respond in a nice manner. She wasn’t interested in helping her coworker or me as she pointed her hand towards the checkout area with an air of boredom and turned her back towards us.
Also the products I received were not the products the staff member told me I would receive so it was a very disappointing visit.
They need to train their staff in basic curtesy towards their colleagues and customers and DEFINITELY improve customer service.

Poor customer service. I said hi to the tall lady, who was supposed to welcome everybody comes in the store, but she rolled her eyes up. And the cashiers were standing behind the counter chit-chatting for a long time then noticed there is actually a customer waiting to pay.

The cashiers at this store are the reason I shop online. I have been VIB Rouge for over 10 years and there is always some incident at the register.

Last VIB sale I spent $300 and was asked if I wanted to use my 20% discount… obviously lol. I said sure, so I paid and left. Upon driving home I discovered the discount was not applied after just being asked if I wanted to use it. No big deal, I ordered everything I just bought online with my 20% off vib discount.

I went to the store the next day to return all my unused items since I re-purchased them and there was merchandise in my bag that wasn’t even scanned. I was essentially returning items they gave me for free. The cash desk at this store is a disaster, check your receipts!

I was purchasing a product I’ve used for years from an amazing brand. The staff member began blatantly lying and trashing the brand I was purchasing. Co worker overheard and chimed in, further lying. Spoke with a flustered manager that tried making excuses for staff claiming they were ignorant, then expressing they had more serious problems with staff than dishonest comments, and gross language. Whole experience was so greasy and abhorrent I needed a shower afterwards. Will never shop there again.

I really appreciate exceptional customer service. I shopped at the Sephora Southgate location. Do you know who has warm customer service? Shopper's Drug Mart Beauty Boutique. I'll sacrifice the variety of products available for great customer service any day.

I'm giving this place a one star because I came in to this place with a friend, she asked the greater at the front Where the cover up was. Well Apparently nobody there knows what cover up is cause she went to ask another girl for help, Well that girl didn't know what that was since both went off to the side to use their phone and search the answer. Long story short they both made her feel stupid Cause apparently they Call it "foundation"

Maha (short girl with the Hijab) helped me so much with finding the products I answered my questions with clearity and professionalism, and was extremely kind and friendly. She was even willing to go search the inventory for Tom Ford fragrance I was asking about. This lady is an absolute gem and her positive service is an incentive to come back to buy more products from this location. Lisa was amazing and wrapped my perfume that I bought, also another employee by the name of saltanat or Sultanat (so sorry if I misspelled it) was extremely friendly and displayed excellent customer service, love this location and the service they provide.

First and last time. I walked in finally found someone that was willing to help me to the Benefit display and then she was gone. There were 2 workers standing at Benefit display looking at products talking to each other. I waiited for them to finish but they ignored me so bother so I left.

I give the stars not for the products nor how I generally experience the store.
Today was a different story. I am a customer who only buys cruelty free products and after researching, I had chosen my line up to go purchase. Was greeted with a sales lady who said what I had chosen was ok but come look at what she uses. I said cruelty free is very important to me so if this brand isn't, don't bother. It is cruelty free she says, ok. I still had my original purchase in my basket and took a smaller size trial of this other brand, thinking hey, I'm open. Up to the till I go and asked the cashier, get is this cruelty free, she looks and I also look, not in the least so I said great, I'm not taking this and I kept with my original purchase plan. What I'm not impressed with is the boldfaced lie or simply didn't know. Just say, not sure and I'd have looked it up. All for the potential sale, I'm hoping it's a one person issue.

They were the only store left that I knew of that sold Cover FX cream foundation. When I asked the girl there if they had any, she looked at me said they never sold it. So she more or less called me a liar as I bought my last 4 compacts from them. I won't be going back there again.

Love this place for all cosmetic products, they have great range and you'll love the shopping experience. This place is in southgate so makes it easy to shop multiple things together!

Disgusting customer service, if i could give u negative to negative star i would be happy, owner needs to hire some mature staff because they are not serious about their job, if ur girls don’t wanna give customers service actually and help them with their some issues then why again and again asking to help them if after treating customers badly and rudely standing in a corner with other staff making fun of that customers and laughing, need some training classes how to treat people wisely, very bad experience

The difference between Italy and Canada stays in the service and attention you get from staff. They sometimes seemed annoyed by your questions. I asked for help to choose a scrub for my face and I had no clear choice or opinion. At the checkout I wasn't even told if I had my fidelity card and I had to ask if they had discounts. Moreover I was given NO SAMPLES AT ALL! I WILL NEVER SHOP IN PERSON AGAIN. Ar least online I get samples.

The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help you find specific items.the cashout area is so organized and there are a million little items to browse through before checking out.my only complaint is that for some reason, the front of the store frequently smells like raw sewage & this definitely deters me from enjoying or shopping in this specific location.

Came in here to return a perfume my boyfriend had bought for me. I hate perfume shopping. I always struggle to find something that’s not too overpowering, or sweet or alcohol smelling. The girl who worked in the perfume section, Jasmeen (sorry if that’s not right) was amazing! She was so fun and on a mission to help me! I’ve never had such a good experience in Sephora. We had such a blast and I actually found a perfume I love! Thank you so much.

They're always super friendly and helpful here. I love all the clean skin care options, and Lightweight makeup skincare hybrids (like the tarte Maracuja Tinted Hydrator)

The Pickup In-Store feature is great, especially for during, Covid. So smartly thought out! They are on top of that and I love that those orders can be handled right at the entrance, not the till.

I'm loving some of the Shop Green options right now like:
MILK Electric Glossy Lip Plumper
Sephora Lip Sleeping Mask
Saie Glow Highlight in Sunglow

Winter in doors with the heat turned up = dry and needing recovery for my skin. So far these options have been great at just giving my face that extra bit of healthy oils and nourishing vitamins etc.

I emailed into customer service to ask if they would let me return something I had purchased back in December. After trying multiple times and not being able to match my shade, I forgot to return a bottle I had not even opened or used. I emailed in and they said yes, please return the product in store, we will allow you to return it.

I had to go to this location because the location in SEC doesn't have the foundation brand I want. Lance, the manager, didn't believe my email, and had to call into customer service himself. He said he wasn't able to do the transaction as the system won't allow it.he got off the phone and yelled: I'm going to let you do this this ONE TIME but we aren't allowed to do it past 60 days. I knew that- that was the whole reason I emailed them- to ask them if it was ok to return. He also said that the customer service rep said it was up to the stores discretion and he would let me have it this ONE TIME. Ok so which is it? Your system wont process the transaction or is Lance, one of the managers there, a liar?

Terrible terrible experience. He embarrassed me infront of other customers and made me feel like garbage and for what? Customer service SAID I COULD RETURN IT just HONOUR YOUR OWN COMPANIES WORDS.

This Sephora location is hands down my favorite! The store is so clean and I received phenomenal customer service from the staff there, Dani and Ashley especially. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I had the pleasure of briefly speaking with the Manager, Olebia, which was awesome. Definitely worth the drive!

My first time in this store.staff were friendly, professional and very patient with me. I went looking for Tom Ford Tobacco Vanilla as a birthday gift but it was quite pricey (as expected) so I asked for recommendations that came close to that. Their specialist was called in to help and we got dizzy sniffing all the ones recommended! In the end I left with a perfume and some sample gifts. The great thing is that the perfume can be returned or exchanged in 30 days which is a huge help cos I’m not sure if the person getting the gift will like it. The gift receipt and the assurance of a swap possibility made this venture worthwhile! I’ll be back!

I went in there looking for skincare products as I'm struggling with acne. This nice lady named Nicole helped me out alot and didnt make me feel like I was bothering her at all. And the products she recommended are actually helping clear up my skin.

Very rude and bad experience, i went to return item, Store manager Brandon and Skin care expert Dina did not accept the return.
I was told that the items were not the original product! By the supervisor/Manager Brandon and Dina, I had to explain that wasn’t a possibility and prove myself for a simple return. Very humiliating and degrading.

I got my brows done by Brittany at the Benefit Brow Bar and her work went way beyond my expectations! I thought my eyebrows were hopeless but I love how my eyebrows turned out she did such a great job at shaping them! She has lots of experience and is very knowledgeable about makeup and aesthetics I would definitely recommend her!

Other than that the staff here are very helpful and actually approach me and ask if I need help which makes them stand out compared to other locations!

I went here to get my makeup done for the Luke Combs concert on October 11th. I was thankful they had an empty slot open as it was super busy this day. I ended up getting paired up with a sweet lady named Anam she was very polite and professional. I was feeling super down that week about my job and my self esteem as I have pretty bad eczema. She didn't even bat an eye it was like I was a normal human being to her. I want to give her praise because not only did she treat me like royalty she did an amazing job on my eye makeup. I just want to thank her for turning around my week and letting me have the amazing night at the concert. Would highly recommend this place for shopping experience.

As someone who does not use makeup on the daily, I was pleasantly surprised when my younger sister and I went to this location! Customer service was phenomenal! Noah was amazing and helped us find the perfect makeup for my sister and gave tips and recommendations! He went above and beyond and my sister was so thrilled by the experience! All the questions we had were answered and the staff really pulled through to make us feel comfortable! Super happy with all of our products! Great job to this location! We will definitely be back!

Everyone is absolutely gorgeous, nice, helpful, legitimately everything makeup related they can help you with. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. If you need to learn how to do eyeliner, they teach you and do it for you. Eyelashes, they got you (but you need to buy their ridiculously expensive ones). If you want to try a new eye look, they'll do it on you for free. (Most Sephoras probably do that but still)

Well organized, and clean, staff are very helpful. Of course a lot of their product is overpriced, and staff often sell the newest and most expensive items, but that is what capitalism is. They offer free 15 minute trials which can help you make a good decision.

Other than the friendly girl who greets at the door, all other staff are just too busy chatting to each other.
This location’s shelves are messy and lacking in stocks.

Charged me twice for the same item. When I called to the store to see how to get the refund the girl on the phone said just to come (no other instructions). Visited Sephora today, and then no manager in the store and no information about me and my phone call. Thank you for wasting my time.
