Shaganappi GM - Corvette, Buick, GMC, Chevrolet since 1976

It was super hard finding a vehicle I could see myself owning. Every dealership I had been to wasn’t up front about anything, didn’t pay attention to what I wanted and didn’t stay in the price range of what I was comfortable with and they always showed me other vehicles with out options I wanted. Came to Shaganappi GM knowing what I was looking for at this time and my absolute highest price talked to Cater the salesman took the vehicle for a test drive and began working out a deal I did have two vehicles picked out at different dealerships. It all depended on the price and the services I was receiving at the time of choosing.
Carter at shaganappi GM was by far the best salesman I’ve ever and I mean ever dealt with! He kept in contact didn’t try to sell me other vehicles he respected what I wanted and didn’t pressure me into buying the vehicle I looked at. I like how he took the time to stay on top of everything and made a connection not just to sell a vehicle (that’s hard to find in today’s date). After purchasing my new vehicle I had a few blurbs but nothing serious so I won’t get into details but when I brought my minor concern’s up to him and general management. Carter and Shaganappi GM team went above and beyond to make everything right which made everything feel prefect. The overall experience made me feel like I made the absolute best choice of purchasing a used vehicle from Shaganappi GM and I’m so glade I went with their dealership.
Hands down definitely a 5/5 experience and one of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with and bought a vehicle from.

First service on my new 2024 3500 AT4 - they treated me well - went through the options and even explained why I might not want to do some things yet while the truck was still breaking in. Nice waiting area - truck was serviced quickly and professionally. They even quickly addressed a warranty issue for me.

I have been to Shaganappi GM twice now both for an oil change.
All the staff from sales rep to mechanics are respectful, professional and have treated me and my car well.

They are fair on their pricing and I will continue to take my car here for oil change and other maintenance.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE! I had an extremely bad experience here, they sent me an email with a quote for how much my vehicle was worth and when I went in and looked at a vehicle worth 58,000 they would not honor the quote saying "I don't know who sent it and or where they got that value, but here is what we can give you for yours". Which was 6,000 below quote. I even showed them the email that came from them and takes you to their website for the prices. I will NEVER deal with them ever again! They don't honor what they offer and wont budge on their new offer.

They were very nice, friendly, polite and honest. As a single woman its a challenge when you need help with a vehicle. These folks were wonderful! I dropped off my car, they got me to work and picked me up. They were very honest and did not take advantage of me. They went above and beyond, even looking for my car for me when I was there and ready to go. I am very happy to have found a company like this!

I Have come back for yet another Silverado, Pierre Joyal, made the buying experience seamless and stress free. No pressure answered my endless questions. And got me the exact truck i wanted! I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars, service could not be topped.

My interaction with Shaganappi Buick began with an online request. I received an answer very promptly, with all the information I requested. I went ahead and booked an appointment with a sales agent. Mike was so nice and relatable. Not at all like the stereotypical used car salesman.

I chose the vehicle I wanted, placed my deposit, and management went out of their way to accommodate a slight timing hurdle.

When it came time for me to “pick up” my new to me car, Mike was incredibly awesome and actually delivered it to me! This was a mountainous feat of service to me as I live 2 hours south of Calgary and had no way to get it otherwise!

Recently purchased a Sierra 1500 from Perry - what a great experience! We had a terrific first class experience at Shaganappi GM, finding and purchasing the very hard-to-find Silverado we had been searching for. 'Nav' Ahluwalia lived up to his name, navigating the details quickly and professionally, from wandering onto the lot, to driving off into the sunset in record time. Friendly and knowledgeable, we recommend him highly! Manager Justin Migneault was excellent to deal with as well and treated us like VIP customers, as did Jodi McIntosh who got us through the paperwork and rolling in record time. We had a great experience buying a used Tahoe from Jim Ayer. He showed us a few vehicles and went through the inventory with us. He did not pressure us and made sure to show us around the dealership with a "to go" package. You were right the glass cleaner is the best. We will be back one day!

Nav was the best guy I’ve ever dealt with in buying a vehicle. Asked all the questions and really used a consultative approach which was refreshing. From Justin to the finance team, just class.

Had my car for 3 weeks with no resolution to the issues. When I picked up my car, they had a dirty face mask on the front seat and left their McDonald's coffee cups in the holders as well too. I'd appreciate if your company won't fix my vehicles issue your service department would at least learn to clean up their own messes. To top that all off, there was a brand new crack on my windshield directly in front of the drivers seat. Extremely poor service, and just a general lack of respect for people and their things by the looks of how they treated my vehicle and me.

This dealer sent my wife and I two e-mails about a discount for an oil change. Twice I asked questions on this topic by e-mail and never got a reply. Today I went to the dealership, spoke to a woman about the questions we never got a reply to and the woman I spoke to did not seem very bothered by what I said. So we will not waste her time by returning to the dealership anymore. We found a place that was actually happy to deal with us, the same place we bought our new tires at.

Pierre is a very professional, informative salesman who answered all my questions in a timely manner. It was nice to talk and deal with a salesman who provided all my entitled benefits rather then excuses of why they were no good. Had a pretty catastrophic engine failure on a 2012 gmc terrain that I thought should have been covered under a tsb that described everything that happened. After going back and forth with head office for weeks they ended up denying my claim. But with that being said I cannot give enough praise to Patrick in the service department and his team at shaganappi GM for going to bat for me on my behalf and help me out huge. While I'm disappointed in a lot of this process, them helping out and being as good as they have been goes to show the level of customer service you are sure to receive when you bring a vehicle in here for service.
