I called them to enquire about moving my furniture. They were really rude and disconnected the phone saying. " we are busy". Didn't even wait to listen, to what I had to say regarding the moving dates. If they are dealing with a phone call like this how would they deal if we become their customer?

Was given a hourly quote for my move. Was happy with it as we only had a load in the basement of the house stacked already. When they got there he changed and upped the hourly rate saying there was heavy stuff not included in normal moving.gouged me for over $2000! Then kept my property at their storage facility until I paid them another $800 to deliver to my rental home. Water damage and mold on my table and boxes after a short storage time. HORRIBLE MOVERS AND STORAGE! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND HOLD YOUR POSSESSIONS HOSTAGE!
