Simran Bath helped me by removing my old car and add a new one to my insurance. The process was so quick that I had the pink copy while we are having conversation over the phone! She showed compassion, genuineness, and speed in her transaction with me. Thank you Simran!

They charge double than any other insurance company and their service is awful. Don’t come here at all.

0 star if it allows. No one ever answered the phone or replied to the email when I tried to cancel the policy. I decided to switch to another broker and it saved me a thousand bucks a year on home insurance. Sharp just could not find me any better policy after 3 weeks of trying.

This is the second time I have dealt with Sharp and they are amazing, they just get it, quick, responsive and professional. 11 out of 10 for Joesan for the great effort.

Sharp Insurance is Amazing! And not just the coverage v.cost

Rahwa is hands down the most amazing customer service agent, like ever in my history with insurance brokers. It is the PEOPLE that make a company truly outstanding. Rahwa expertly assisted me in obtaining my permanent pinkcard just in time for Holiday driving and it's the 20th of December.

My teenage son was involved in an accident. Since he was young and does not know what to do, he gave the other party his details without getting the others'. The guy made the claim over the phone just using those details, and Sharp actually entertained the claim without even consulting me. Cutting the long story short, Sharp Insurance should be my first line of defense, instead of acknowledging the other party. Not even a report or investigation was presented. Worst thing I found out, the other party wasn't even driving his own car!

I am a sharp customer for 9 years since I landed in Canada, they are good and responsive, however being close on both Saturday and Sunday is not a very convenient practice for its customers, moreover a bigger pain point is that their on-call wait time for a new customer and an existing customer vary by a large number which seems totally unfair and feel like exploitation of existing customers, I hope they will look into this, they do charge top dollars for their service so a better turn around seems like need of the hour.

When I phone it took me 3 days to get a person to speak to (they should update their phone service and make available a callback device) that being said when Kyle answered my call he fixed my concerns promptly…. So impressed with this gentleman…. Thank you thank you

Sharp is always able to find us the coverage we need, with all the perks we want. Recently, we wanted to change our policy to a new company for a better price. After a talk with our customer experience rep Kenneth Martinsen, he was able to find us discounts we didnt know we qualified for, which brought down our monthly premium so we could stay with the same company. He was really smart and helpful, and the call was so easy. I think he knew what would work for us better than we did! Thanks, Ken!
Edit - we only waited 2 minutes on hold before our call was answered.

Sharp used to be great and had very capable staff. Not the case anymore. They don't do what they promise in regards to getting back to clients. Very slow and often do not email back or call back at all. They admit that they can't hire or retain staff/quality staff. Seems to be an issue of bad management. AVOID! A big headache.

Sharp insurance used to have great customer service, but now if you call them, no one is there to answer your calls, and if you email them, there response, we will get back to you in 3 to 4 days. What kind of service is that? Don't waste your time here.

No one works here. On the phone for hours waiting for someone to pick up. Listening to he same song over and over. But if you pick the option for new customers. They pick up right away.funny how that works.

Edit another hour later still no one answers.on renewal things are going to change.

I've always been pleased to be insured under Sharp Insurance. But speaking to Casey Epp has made me realize why I've been sticking to the same insurance company. She replies quick, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and patient. I appreciate everything that she has done. She is also quick to fix problems as my matters are urgent. Thank you!

Edit: I’ve dealt with Leslie and David/ Dave on the same day (August 21,2023) and both of them were kind and knowledgeable! Thank you sharp Insurance Team for being so helpful!

Another Edit: Just wanted to say thank you to Kyle Lihaven as well! He was super patient with me even though I was in a panic and a rush! You were awesome!

Sharp Insurance has been wonderful to me for the last 8 years ️ they've partnered me with Intact insurance and they've worked with me for payments. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Worst ever, they have just hang off on me so they do not face the fact that they messed up.
DO NOT USE THEM. They lie, twist the truth, and avoid to answer to their mistake, They do not even analyse your file.

I got a quote from Liliana, she was very friendly over the phone and very honest. I really wish insurance goes down for all unfortunately every company seems to be at the same price range however thanks for the great service!

Absolutely the worst Insurance company to deal with.
Signed a cancellation contract. And they still come to steal money from my account.
They lie to their clients.
They simply are not able to be professional in any way
