In my opinion, buying a home can be one of the most stressful events in life. Especially when you are moving from another city. My partner and I have owned multiple homes over the years and have had many great experiences with realtors. Selling his home with a realtor in the city he moved from was a seamless, very positive experience. Our lack of judgement in choosing the wrong realtor to purchase a home was the biggest one mistake we made. We never met or spoke to Shauna but were introduced to a licensed member of her team. We were then referred to a mortgage broker by this person. You would expect a certain amount of confidentiality between a realtor and broker. We were shocked when our realtor made comments about the financial information we had given our broker. How much trust should you put in a realtor you don't know? You are putting very important information and decisions in the hands of a complete stranger. In my opinion I would strongly caution people to do some research first. Find out how long the individual realtor has been licensed, ask for some references and meet in person first. Our misjudgment and the lack of experience, professionalism, and guidance by this realtor and recommended broker made the purchase of our new home the exact opposite of what it should've been. We could not wait to put the entire experience behind us.

Shauna and her team are nothing less than the best of the best! My son bought his first house and they were incredibly patient and professional and walked him through all the steps to give him the smoothest experience. I've heard a lot of people say Realtors will tell you what you want to hear just to get your listing but then only care about themselves. We never felt this way with Shauna. We always felt like she was working for us and what was best for us. She'd lay out the facts but would always listen to our thoughts as well. She was not pushy. In Fact we walked from negotiations during a buyers market. Shauna went the extra mile for us, had people to recommend for services when they were needed, and was always in contact. We never felt like the property was just listed on MLS and that was it. Very satisfied with her and highly recommend. We do not have any future plans to sell or buy again but with us you just never know. If things change we would contact Shauna again. She really is a realtor that will go the extra mile.
