If Shaw spent as much time fixing my Internet service as they do trying to gaslight me into believing it actually works, I'd have working Internet! 10 months of runaround garbage and counting. Scammers

Excellent service from Brenna at Southcenter mall, Calgary SW. Saved us almost $50, gave us upgraded internet speed & a new modem. Same channels as before with home phone service.

Exceptional customer service from the team at Southcentre. Trish went above and beyond to help us out with our new phones. Not often you get that kind of customer care in any industry. So thank you Trish we will be back to see you and be sure to tell all our friends and family as well!

Unbelievable how Shaw has changed - Long story short, shaw upgraded their network in Calgary, and made my tv set top boxes obsolete, and as such, my tv stopped working. After more than a week of trying to solve the issue, and the CSRs all telling me how "I needed to cooperate" I told them enough, and cancel my internet and tv service. They simply said "OK" no retention or any means to try and keep a customer. I now know what I am to Shaw - just money. Sad what we have to deal with here in Canada.

Very Frustrated with Shaw. Signed up for home internet and they offered a free mobile line. Beware when you cancel with them they won’t tell you that the line has to be cancelled separately and will not care if you get charged multiple charges. They just say it is separate and can’t do anything for you. Customer service was very rude. Don’t go with Shaw mobile if possible.

I had a great experience at this store. Devanshi helped me with setting up an internet service and a cellphone service with shaw. Her customer service was excellent. She is very knowledgeable about every option and package shaw offers. It was very easy for me to make a decision as she showed the comparison. She was very helpful. I recommend everyone to contact her who wants shaw services for your home or cellphone. Thanks to Devanshi for a 5 star service!

I'd think twice about getting Shaw mobile. Been on it for a month or two now and I'm dropping calls like it's 1999. And it gets even worse when I'm in BC

Went here with a whole lot of questions and frankly low expectations. Maybe it was because of Covid and low traffic, but these people were very helpful and I felt went the extra mile to solve my issues. I left happy and pleasantly surprised. THIS is where I will go now for mobile issues. Thanks folks!

Their prices are over the top. Telus has a better package deal for 140.00.the package at Shaw is 171.00 and you get less channels. Great if your a sports fan or a kid. I am neither. I can hardly wait until my contract is done with these guys.

Trying to communicate with Shaw mobile is like pulling teeth from a 20 year old.
Horrible mobile service inline. They tell you nothing if you are picking up cells in store.

Staff were fantastic at helping me find a device and plan that best suited my needs. Staff weren't pushy and were more knowledgeable than other phone sales staffI have encountered.

This store obviously does not value any level of customer service. 1 not allowed to enter store. 2 no effort to help in the return of their device. I mean no help at all! Actually all I received was sarcasm from the manager! No one needs this, and Shaw you are not the only provider. Truly disappointed

Wow! Finally a mobile provider that makes the process simple and customer focused. I went in to the retail store and had several changes to make. They were all completed and quickly too. No "we can't do that" or "just let me call the main office" like the other guys always seemed to push onto me.

I managed to get the information I needed but their customer service at this location needs improvement. Person I spoke to was not very knowledgable and had to be corrected several times regarding the details of the current sales and offers. Thankfully I did my own research beforehand or I would have been misinformed.

Today, my husband and I went to switch our cell phones from another carrier to Shaw. When the service representative was about to process (she spent few minutes on answering our questions earlier), I was asked to leave the store and wait outside (my husband stays) as they got another customer coming in and their capacity is 5.ok. I said nothing, but pushed my stroller went out and waited outside of the store, until another couple who came in after us left the store, then I went back.excuse me? ! We came in first (there were no customers at that time), shouldn’t first come first serve?
