I have called about 10 to 15 times over the last year and nobody ever answers 15 to 20mins each time then on line 5 to 7 time’s trying to see about up grading my system as it’s be coming obsolete again! And they get confused and want to know why I have to upgrade I tell them I got a email send me to upgrade and I’m running out of stations and they are still confused? Now I can’t watch anything and paying Monthly payments and still can’t get a hold of anyone to cancel it! When only Shaw owned it was excellent customer service now it’s garbage!

To talk to in person, you need to have infinite time on you. Though nothing new, it is a known fact.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sharron. Customer service rep in store. She was able to assist me in getting my internet sooner, and even got me a technician booked. It’s been a struggle with Telus for two weeks, even in store the reps have zero interest in assisting. Therefore, I highly recommend Shaw and going to the local retailer. Friendly, efficient, and don’t oversell on things you don’t need for your home.

Had Shaw for over 5 years. At renewal time Telus offered better deal. Called shaw to match it. They said we cant u should switch. So we switched. Then they call us to switch back and they will match telus. Plus they started sending us other extra charges like modem charges even though modem was in the mail back to them. Had to call them 5-6 times get the extra charges removed.
Like thats going to bring me back.
So glad i switch to Telus. So much faster.

The absolute worst. Had my email incorrect even after telling them to correct it multiple times.

After not even having an account with them any long for at least 6 months they sent a collection agency us for equipment not returned after claiming they sent notices via email…. Of course the wrong email. Even the collections person had the wrong email same as Shaw but at least they called.

I do not recommend.

Connection Speeds are terrible 80% of the time. Cant ever Do school work, play Games or Watch Tv will Be switching to Telus

Love the lady who works there. We paid our bill and she told us we have the fastest internet available with the best price. We will always deal with her as she has such good customer service

Internet speed is terrible, service cuts out constantly and they take forever to fix problems with the lines

Sharon at the Shaw retail store at Beacon Hill Drive in Fort McMurray was a great help this morning. After getting the run around from several representatives on November 13/22 to get internet hooked up, Sharon made this super easy and painless to get our internet going. Thank you Sharon and Sherri for hearing my painful story but making it work out in the end.
