The worst. Tech support were troubleshooting my wifi not working by vaguely saying "ya signals are bad" and left me without a solution after a 1hr phone call, said they would follow up with me two days after, its been 5 days and nobody called me. What am I paying for? Where is my 1gb internet? Its disconnecting 3 times a day at least, every day.
Kira at the Calgary Market Mall location did a great job. Very good customer service. We upgraded our internet and mobile with Shaw. Kira not only helped with great advice on the upgrade but helped with an issue with my iPhone.

Walked into the store and all three employees working where just sitting around playing on their phones. They couldn't be bothered to look up and help me in my inquiry about my shaw services so I left without being helped. Employees shouldn't be playing on their phones during working hours.
Shaw installed internet service in a building I'm in, and they mis-installed the WiFi so that older devices won't work. No 2.4GHz WiFi support whatsoever, and 5GHz-only won't work with many devices. (This is in the Grizzly Building, 101 Montane Rd in Canmore.)
Ali was so helpful, supportive and caring when I was having trouble porting over my phone # from Virgin. He really went the extra mile - going to see if he could get me a wheelchair and going with me to the Virgin Kiosk to see what was holding up the process. I am so very grateful to him!
Pamela is our lady agent in the Shaw store at the Market mall Shaganappi NW Calgary. She helped us to have a better choice of upgrading our phone. She was highly recommended to be at the service counter when needs help and assisting customers. Great service keep it up the good work.excellent job

We drove from Airdrie to go to the Market Mall store as we had heard they had good customer service. We were not disappointed. We walked right in and were looked after by Sam. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In a short amount of time she had given us the information, switched over our phones and we were done. Everything was seamless and we now have Shaw Mobility! Thank you Sam for you amazing customer service!

I am shaw home internet user. This location has fantastic staff. I had to make a return of a new iphone 13, it was a little complicated but Trixie and Pam were thorough professionals and courteous and helped me readily with the issue. Also a special word for the manager he went out of way to accomodate me. Thank you guys for all the help.
Rachelle provided excellent customer service. She answered all of our questions, improved our cell reception, and got us faster internet for the same price. All around great place.
At this location, it's a hit and/but mostly misses for service.
First time I went in the person was very helpful but made a mistake. I had the wrong modem for my service so I had to return the first modem by Canada Post (because they can't take it back at the store) and get the correct modem from the store.
Another time, I went in to look at upgrading 2 cellphones and a group of associates (about 6 of them) chatting in a corner, one talking to a friend on a seat and one behind a computer (busy doing something).
One did greet us from the group but went back to the chatting with the others. On the way out asked if we needed help. Nope.
Went to the south location and they told me that most phones were out of stock at all locations.
Conner was very helpful - service was quick, thorough, and I felt like he was on my "team. " He offered a discount I didn't know about, and made sure I had the customer service hotline. Thanks, Conner!
Last night my husband and I went in to inquire about Shaw internet, cable and potentially cell phones. Emily was the employee who assisted us and she was amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable and she laughed at my husband's jokes (he thinks he's hilarious). We were able to walk out with the tools to set up new internet and cable with Shaw and we even were able to get new phones. Emily and her coworker Rachelle were super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend you to see them.
Emily was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking at switching to Shaw. Very fast, efficiency, and communication about our new plans was perfect. Absolutely wonderful customer service.
Shaw has not met their service obligation. Mobile connection is not reliable. Text messages do not arrive and sending often fails. Internet coverage is non existent in most areas though its decent in parts of Calgary.
The staff are dishonest about the network coverage that Shaw has. They showed me a map that supposedly has their coverage, the coverage does not work in many cities in their "coverage area". My contract came with Galaxy ear buds, the buds did not work. After 5 hours of support calls and visits they replaced them, the second pair did not work. When I returned the second pair the store staff said the buds rarely work. I never did get ear buds, the staff did they didn't have any left so I just wouldn't get what I paid for.
Banff, Canmore, lake louise, Kananaskis do not have coverage but the sales team promised that they did.
Many calls to support and a couple of trips to their market mall store have not improved the situation.
I'm switching back to Bell. Shaw mobile is unreliable at best but more like a scam.
Called at 2: 00 and left a message to ask if i can drop off eq before heading there never got a return call. Was there at 8: 00 only to be told they cant take it. In addition no rush from workers even though some one was waiting 1.5 hours to get help.
Just a complete circle. They said u can speak to customer service about my problem and customer service told me to go to them. Also for verification they asked what my password is and to say it in person. I thought this was a security risk. Why the hell would I tell my password out loud in a mall? Complete lack of service. Also had to wait 35 minutes in lineup
