Shawarma Palace

This is the worst shawarama I ever had so far. We usually order from their location in falconridge and they
serve the best food. The chicken added was stale and we have diarrhea in the morning from eating that. Please make sure you serve fresh stuff to your customers. Thanks!

Small place but delicious Donair/Shawarma. People coming back for their Donair. And reasonable price too.

Not only their food quantity and quality is excellent but they are those few who are honest too… my wife forgot her purse in shop they got it and kept us for almost a week and then returned.will recommend them always.

The employees are very respectful and helpful.very good food.and especially how with one of the best cooks Aman everything is very delicious. Tank you for the excelente food

Shawarma here is really good, except for falafel.
Their falafels are super dry! Their falafels are pre-made, and once they get an order they simply heat it up in the microwave and serve which makes it all the more dry and powder-y.
Otherwise, it’s a good restaurant. Their quantity is really good too.

The spits are rotating and the meats are delicious. The service is great and the flavours are delicious. Not my favorite place to dine in but the food is worth the trip.

Only downside will be the lack of Variety but it’s okay if a place think they are good at one thing so they should stick to it it’s good thinking too.

Best flavor Shawarma I've had in town. Not as big portions as some other places, Donairs are $13+ and platters are $17+. Be prepared to wait in line 10-20 mins, it's quite popular because it is so tasty.

So I've been here a few times and let me say the food is great, flavorful, and healthily portioned. But we did a late night trip and I'm not sure if the workers were just over tired, frustrated because of something else, or just rude, but the service was absolutely terrible. Not a single smile. I had to repeat myself multiple times and STILL recieved my order wrong. The fridge was not fully stocked and missing one of the drinks my friend wanted. Disappointing customer service overall.

I never stay to eat in here just a grab an go place for me. But the staff are friendly and FAST! You won't wait long here so don't be afraid if you see a line up. Prices are on par with similar places.

What can't I say about this place, the food is to die for and the service is great. Anyone that love shawarma, I definitely recommend this place

I liked the other donair shop down the road, but they closed. Sweet sauce was thin and peppery. Going back to Macleod and 75th

Quality of food has decreased and they are selling medium size shawama for large presently.

I ordered beef donair wrap normally they make the meat like a slice but for me, he cut it like a Small piece when I ask him the cooker guy what is this he ignore me that's unprofessional service I have ever seen in my life

Awesome, was passing through calgary and decided to stop her, i hadn't eaten here in, probably 13 years, maybe more. The food was exactly the same, perfect.they even still had lamb, so great.the wrap brought back so many good food memories.the service was fast, the ppl were great.a true gem of a place in calgary.

Very bad experience. Will never come back to eat at this location. I came to order for my family around 12.40 last night. The lady at the counter was quite rude when I told her not to put the hummus in of the mix platter as I forgot to mention earlier. I know it’s closing time, they were in a rush to close kitchen but it does not mean she will be rude to the customers. I have been taking food from this location so many times but yesterday was really a disppointing experience. Very bad customer service. Owner should train their staff how to deal with their regular customers otherwise they will keep loosing business.

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. This would have been a 5 star review in the past but as of lately the overall experience has been really bad… my very last visit to this place, we ordered two platters, and they put very little meat.but the person behind us ordered and spoke their language and got triple the portion for the same price. It would make sense if he got extra meat but nope. It’s been a trend the past few visits so that will prob mark my last visit there. 1 star at most with this type of service
