Says its 24 hours but nobody was at the store when I tried to fill up on gas. Sign on the door says no staff for their safety which I understand but then don’t advertise as 24hr.
The level of customer service here is like nil. If there could be a negative star, they’d get it. Like I’m positive the guy behind the counter is somehow living without a pulse
Used the link shell sent. Doesn’t work. Returned again to this Shell this evening 20220401. Same guy, same level of non service. Like aggressively bad. It’s like you walk in and it’s a bother. If he doesn’t like his job, then leave. No smile, no speaking at all. Like total silence. I can see having a bad day, but EVERY single time I’ve gone, it’s like this
Pretty useless gas station, none of the gas pumps works. The staff seems helpless, not sure why it was kept open. I come here more often to fill gas, today I visited this location in the evening. I tried to use gas pump 3, that's did not work and tried at next gas pump that did not work either, I saw other drivers having same situation. I drove to the husky which is just opposite to this shell. Won't be coming here from now on.
Terrible customer service, the cashier did not even say hello when I got to the cash register. He rang through all my items without saying a word, dropped my drink on the floor, didn’t say sorry and didn’t offer a bag when I had 2 bags worth of stuff. He had a terrible attitude and lacks common human decency, I regret spending a penny here. Don’t give your business to this place.
Went inside to buy gas and use the washroom. I'm not good enough to use their washroom so they aren't good enough to sell me gas. I recommend the Husky across the road.
Went to the location on 14st and 13ave SW to get some gas as well as snacks. Picked up a chocolate milk, opened it up only to realize that the one I got was sour. Went back to switch it out figuring it would be no big deal. The employee was very unreasonable and refused to allow me to switch out my sour milk for one of the others even though they were fully aware that they sold me a bad product.
Coca cola products were 2 for $3.75. The cashier ran it through, but charged me the full amount instead. I asked him if he could change it, but he did not know how to. "What the computer shows is the cost. I don't know how to change it". I didn't want to sit there until he figured it out, so I paid for their mistake anyway. He had no intentions in fixing their problem anyway.
