Went inside to grab something, there’s a lady (worker) who just stands there and does NOT even speak any english. I asked her a question and she just looked and asked the dude in their language to help me.

Why do you hire somebody that cannot do their job? Having a little bit of english would work wonders.

AVOID THIS SHELL BRANCH AT ALL COST. I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR YEARS SINCE THEY OPENED BUT THE GUY ON DUTY TONIGT JUST LOST MY BUSINESS WITH THEM. HE WAS SO RUDE, IMPOLITE, AND VERY ENTITLED. IF YOU DON’T LIKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB/BUSINESS, YOU QUIT! I RATHER HAVE ME, MY FAMILY, AND FRIENDS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Don’t buy from this shell— bought a bunch of gift cards and spent a ton of money getting them.
For them to claim that they are all declined and have nothing on them. Mind blown. They still have the GLUE on them.

Be careful when walking around there fell on the ice they don't salt. Another customer was nice enough to ask if I was ok. Told the teller to salt and they said the front door only was salted and that I need to buy better shoes. No respect for customers

We ordered some late night snacks- chips, etc for movie night from here a couple nights ago and they sent us chips that were expired in JANUARY. It is now almost MAY. Gross. How hard is it to sell products to your customers that are actually edible? Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Went to get a car wash and I asked for the $11.99, he pointed at the sign to confirm which waah and still charged me for the most expensive wash! I ignored it as I figured my car could use it, well after going thru the car wash I get out and only the front and back of my car are washed, both sides are still covered in dirt! Don't waste your money.

Nice gas station with a car wash. It's kinda a tight parking lot if u have a larger vehicle but other then that it was good

Glad to have this business in the neighbourhood! Have never had a problem with this Shell location and really appreciate the fact they are part of the Airmiles program. Only issue I have is the car wash is hit and miss, one time it does an amazing job and the next time it does not. Overall this a great gas station!

EDIT 2021.called the phone number listed and no response or went to a fax.guessing still not open for people who have differing hours of work.don’t say 24hrs open if not the case!

2020. Not OPEN 24hrs as advertised. Went to the store that says OPEN! Door is locked. Guy tells me to come to the window. I tell him I want to get a few things, snacks, etc. He asks me what I want and he’ll get it. NO. I want to shop in the store that says OPEN! I had a few things I wanted to get and did not appreciate being turned away when the store says OPEN! He did not care. Paying your employees for nothing. Keeping your store open for no reason when it’s technically not OPEN! I will drive across town instead of walking across the street Iike I just did. Ridiculous

This place is a joke. Theirs no one ever working at night. Pretty well had no gas left so stopped in to get 20 worth. No couldnt do pay at the pump cause i am poor. Not a single employee to be found. Waited and waited. Finally left and ran outta gas before i could get to another station. Thanx
