Careful people!
You need to check your bank statement after you fill up the gas because they charge extra money on top of your gas. They charged me $250 more!

I will not use this shell location anymore. They lock their doors at 8: 30pm and do not let anyone in to wash their hands after filling up or use the bathroom. They then try to sell you anything through a side window. Really? Can you wash my hands and go to the bathroom for me at your side window? ! I called and spoke to the manager after not letting me into the store and she refused to give me her name saying she was the manager. Ignorant unprofessional staff on top of ridiculous door policy. If your open to the public then open during your business hours otherwise close down and get out of the business. I do not recommend anyone to use this shell location.

I dont ususally write reviews but the girl there behind counter named Preet was so helpful I thought I must. She was pleasent, friendly and helps with all queries.
Top marks for this service station.

$2 for a bit of air in you’re tires

There’s penny pinchers then there’s this.

No excuse could justify this.

I almost always use the self serve pumps, as I have the Shell app which allows me to quick pay at the pump. It is, as the name implies, quick and easy to use and saves a lot of time. If not then I still use the pay at the pump, but then I swipe my AMA, Airmiles and Credit cards. It takes a few seconds more, but is still a time saver. This station us well lit, clean and conveniently located so you can usually drive up, fill up and be on your way in no time! Now if we could just do something about the outrageous price of gas (not Shell's sole problem) I'd be a happy motorist!

One of the better Shell stations in Calgary. Drinks and snacks have always been fresh. The staff has always smile and are friendly.

The only negative they charge $1.5 for 3 minutes of air and you could get more air pressure if you used a straw and blew it in.

I'm not sure his name, but he is an older brown gentleman. I only buy my lotto tickets and gas from here because of how awesome he is. We have been talking about life for years now, and he is the reason I always come back here!

Over several visits to this location an employee has never once work a mask despite the mandate. This employee is also on the phone every single time I have been in the store and barely interats with the customer during the transaction. I believe his name is Rahul.

Shell used to turn the air compressor on so you didn't have to pay $1.50 to put air in your tires. Now they won't and ask you to pay for it. Nickel and diming clients.

Horrible station. This place price gouges huge. They will change the price just in time for your trip to work. Shell stations are starting to get a bad rep in the city all over for doing this. Check out the photos of gas price change in one day.

Horrible experience here. Despite claiming to be open 24 hrs, this location will not allow you into the store after a certain time of night. I was treated like a criminal when just out to get some late night snacks etc. Do not support this type shoddy business practice! Simply take a minute and drive down Country Hills Blvd to the 7-11, I have always be greeted with open doors and a smile there!
ps: Before being told that I was not able to enter the store, I had to bang on the door for no less than 45 seconds for this guy to come out of the back room! Ridiculous!

My coworkers and I tried to use the bathroom here one night at work. The sign says open 24 hours, but only if you want to wait outside for whatever you need

This is more on the expensive side, but the only gas station in the royal oak shopping center. They have lots of pumps and it is very rare to stand in line here. Very friendly staff.

I live in the area and frequent this gas station as I have two vehicles. One cargo van and one new SUV.
Normally this station is very good, service and speed are great. Except today.the debit/credit terminals were down so clients had to use the ATM.which for some reason was up and running.
If you need a new internet provider or debit terminal provider please reach out to me as I know many small business owners in Calgary who offer solutions to whatever problem you’re facing (this isn’t the first time this has happened).

Great little gas station friendly staff good if you want to grab a pop or something small and get gas
