Today I bought 50 dollars of gas, I was at one of the pumps with a "continous flow" latch so you don't have to hold the handle while you pump. I sat on my car seat and waited. (I get dizzyspells/gas smell can make me dizzy). I have a medicine for this exact issue from a doctor Long story short, the attendant shut off my gas and told me to stand whilst pumping. I started the gas again and sat on the edge of the seat with the door open (again feeling dizzy). The attendant (long dreadlocks) stopped my gas 7 times (each time I had to stand to restart the gas flow. I had an anxiety attack and drove away after getting most of my gas (left about 2 dollars still on the machine). Even though It was paid for. I couldn't take it anymore I have dealt with this gentleman before, always negatively.but today was almost abusive
Terrible service very rude. I’ve loyally been using this shell to fill up all of my family’s vehicles for almost 10 Years and also using their Convenience store for all of my small or needed purchases. Last week my wife needed some change and went in to ask the employee if he could help her. He refused to break a 10 dollar bill without purchase even though we just filled up (using pay at the pump) so she bought a small item and away we went. Today she went in to purchase a small amount of candy for our children about $8 worth and he refused to take a $50 and said she just wanted change. She insisted she was there to make a purchase, after he refused to take the money we put the items back. We will never return for any future Business including gas. Very sad as I like the product shell offers. My loyalty will go elsewhere. All we wanted to do was buy something and support your store.
