Worst service in calgary. Came to fill up the car, was in line and got a ticket for parking. When I asked why, heard back to look for gasoline elsewhere.

Horrible humans and Horrible people, can't believe what saw/ seen and was treated. Never in my life at any gas station have I been treated like garbage after spending money. They should be shut down

Yesterday night, I came into to use the washroom, I took fifteen minutes because I have a medical condition. I also tried to flush the toilet and it didn’t work so I told the clerk that toilet wasn’t flushing, and that I have a disability and he told me he didn’t care about my disability. Then today I called to make complaint to the manager and the person who picked up hung up on me. You guys gotta do better.

Always closed washroom, as a regular client of a shell, I will never use those gas stations ever

It was more convenience than anything why I go there. The past three days I have gone there in my way to work and the door is locked. People are at the pumps, the lights are on etc but the store is locked. It has been in the morning and in the afternoon. I spend near 80 dollars a week there, in store…. Guess it’s Circle K for me now.
UPDATE: Went yesterday as I saw the worker and was told that “when worker fills the cooler, he locks the door because of homeless people. He said, it takes an hour or hour and a half. ” Ummmmmm WHAT? I get the issue they want to remedy but is there not a door buzzer? I have seen multiple people leave as well when I am there. A money loss for sure.
Soooooo…. Today I went back, AT A DIFFERENT TIME OF DAY again…. And it was LOCKED. Not sure how I can time multiple visits at varying times and be locked out every time. That is bad business. I am now going to take the extra ten mins and go elsewhere. Not worth the frustration!

Today, guy who works there was rude and disrespectful. I will never return back to this station.

Extremely rude staff at this Shell gas station when I was there on 02/20/2023 at around 10: 00am. The staff talked to me in an unfriendly attitude in a foreign language. I ask him to speak in English so I can understand what he is talking about but he got upset and tell me to leave and not serving me. I will definitely not going to this gas station again.

Not good place, they don't allow their washroom to be used if someone doesn't buy anything from this store. I always fill my tank here. No more from this location. Bad customer service. They lie that our washroom is out of service.

Customer services guys especially the person who was working morning is always a roughy person always have a problem with customer
