Went to get a car wash, waited in line for 30 mins, when I finally got in the car wash covered my vehicle in soap, stopped moving and the exit door opened. I called the attendant who reset the machine, apologized because it had been happening all day and sent me on my way with soap still on my vehicle.
I asked if he could politely tell the person in line what had happened and let me skip the line but he said he couldn’t do that and just left.
If you’re looking for common sense I’d look elsewhere!
VIRDI is extremely rude doesn’t know how to talk to customer politely or professionally and not to mention he was talking on his cell phone while he was talking with me which is extremely disrespectful and rude behaviour maybe he need a little bit of training on customer service and on top of that he had the nerve to say that I didn’t had any AIRMILES point where he didn’t even bother to look at my point when I was showing him he just ignored me and argued with me for no reason.
