It's pretty good she'll gas station, tims, and car wash. My only complaint is none of the staff understand the carwash cars and app use. Shell has failed with this system. Fix it.

I rate 0 stars Went to get gas on Feb 23 about 515pm gas bar was busy I went in to pay for my gas, was a little busy inside too I get to the counter and this lady not sure of the spelling of her name some like seena or what ever but to have the audacity when I got to the counter for the upmost professionalism states to me Word for word "what do you want " I'm thinking to myself what kind of bs is this customer service, I'm thinking this person needs to have a customer service evaluation to the fullest and read a book on manners

Ps after reading all the comments it seems that the staff need to be revamped big time

Paid to use the vacuum in their parking lot right next to their carwash but it didn't work. I asked the clerk for a refund and they bluntly told me it wasn't their problem because it's managed my another company. Not even as much as a "sorry".
