I'm going to give this location a second review at a once star rating after reading almost every customer that has been to this location has experience the same quality of service I have had for the THIRD TIME. We live in canada and deserve to have a quality of service ND cleanliness that our country requires like I mentioned before like having a clean bathroom to use when you need to go. Rather I had to go to another store and I will wipe the toilet seat with toilet paper if its dirty to sit down to do my business. But this needed to be professionally cleaned to say the least and many others also have had the same experience. I hope there is some adjustments made to this establishment in a major way because I am only one of many other people that did not feel satisfied with the services provided. Thank you very much for the understanding if there is any! Wish I took photos because it was very unpleasant and has a very musty/ rotten smell in that bathroom

If you say you are open 24 hours and the actual store is not. I went for gas and to get a drink and snacks before work at around 1215am.

They close from 10pm-6am. Not 24 hours. False advertising.
Their products are not great and overpriced. Not many ice cream choices. Slushie machine is pure liquid, not slush. Not much for candies. $7.50 for Washer fluid?
Are you ever gonna cut the grass? Bad enough the winter sidewalks are NEVER cleared, but now you have harmful to animals, Foxtail growing 10 inches, which is not good for the dogs walking by. Plus plenty of garbage and paper scattered everywhere, as well as behind the car wash. Hire the same maintenance company that does the Liquor store and Pharmacy sides. At least it's done. Been 2 weeks since it snowed. Look at the sidewalks. ICE

Went to the store. I know it was early late at 1: 00 in the morning and the doors had to be back in 5 minutes so I waited about 5 minutes they didn't. Come back so I went down the road. About 5 to 7 minute walk to the next 711 bought my stuff. There came back another 7 minutes and the door still wasn't open. And the person still wasn't there? I knocked to see if they were in the back. No one came out I pressed the buzzer no One came out and it still said be back in 5 minutes. I don't know what world their minute is in but it's clearly not the same as mine.

They just put touch screens on all the pumps that play loud ads while you fill up. Guess I'm finding a new gas station now.

Be wary of “premium 91” if you have a high compression vehicle. I don’t know what they fill their tanks with, but 91 Vpower often seems to be lower octane than 91.

Update: Filled up at another shell for comparison. The 91 V Power appears to be better elsewhere. Is this location actually providing 91 at the pump labelled as 91? Based on the fact that this location changes the prices at different times of the day I wouldn’t be surprised if not.

Went to the Shell for gas and a car wash yesterday. The left half of the car wash just wasn’t working, and so it sorta half cleaned my car. Didn’t spray the left side at all, which was disappointing. We came out and told the Shell employee. She said “I’m watching the camera right now - it’s working”. So when we asked for our money back, she just said no lol. Not sure why I would make this up, but uh, yeah, it wasn’t working hahaha. No more Shell for me!

This location is not customer friendly. I work in the medical industry delivering medication around the city. I do not have a washroom in my car but because it was 10: 01pm they would not let me just go pee. Its Dec 24 and i have been working since 9: 00am and just had finished but because they close at 10pm no cant use their washroom. This is terrible its Christmas eve and i have been working 13hours yet 1 min off from their closing time and they tell me to go else where. This person work in side is a terrible human being for showing no compassion what so ever. I will never come here again and if i had a choice i would never use sell again. Car wash wasn’t working and washed half of my car. When I went inside to ask for a refund they just said “no it’s working” and refused. Won’t be back because honestly they’re always SO RUDE.

Very poor customer service. They are rude and VERY unprofessional. Cash miles can never be redeemed at this location. Scam. Scam. Scam. Beware. Card skimmer issues as well. Use cash. It's safer at this location. But as usual.no one will ever do anything about the poor service. No response and no accountability.

Gas prices are competitive, 1 cent cheaper than 130th.
Carwash dropped a black grainy substance on our suv roof. We were given a free rewash by the kind staff inside, but results remained. Wont use the wash again.

Lazy Staff that dont seem to know how any of the machines in the building work. They dont turn the slurpee machine on even though its 4: 00 in the afternoon

The worst scammers I’ve ever seen. They jack up prices 10 cents or more a litre between midnight and 9 a.m, knowing that someone in the community who’s empty is vulnerable.

If you enjoying paying 7 cents more a liter, expensive cigarettes and a stench that takes your breath away, well this is the gas station for you! If this isn't enough to deter you, try their 1.50 air hose that doesnt work, this added feature really brings the whole experience together. Fyi coop gas station gives FREE air. Dont recommended this specific location.

Don't waste your money on the car wash. Even if you tell them it's broken, they'll "fix it" and it'll be just as broken. The gas prices were $0.10 cheaper across the street.

They jack their prices up during morning and evening when working people are on their way to work/home. Take a look at the other reviews.

This place makes me feel like I live in the ghetto since they stopped letting us regulars in the store after 11pm. I feel like less of a person.

Staff are terrible no matter what time of day. Gas pumps are consitently broken. After 11 buddy won't even open the door claiming " safety issues" even though he cannot pronounce the words and we live in the south east. Overall garbage situation. Stay away if possible. Petro literally 100 feet away. Go there Instead.

Every morning there Gas price way high then any where else. Today around 4: 20 am there regular gas price was 127.9 whereas Petro Canada at newbrighton was 117.9. Each litter 10c more. Just let my community know this place charging more then any one else near you. Not only gas everything is very high price there then nay other place. They are cutting your pocket and fill it up there's. They have the worst car was facility ever. Pleas check your car after wash Just walk around your car.

Purchased wash but did not work inside the wash. The salesperson didn't give a rewash so spent about $18.00 for nothing.

The staff here have the worst body odor you can smell them when you get 10 feet from the cash register stay clear of this place

Hi in that gas station always night time 10 cents extra per litter compared to day time.is it’s right or legal?

The male working got upset with me because the car wash I purchased did not clean my tail gate, I requested the “ touch wash” as that’s the only one that gets all the corners.so I requested a new wash due to not receiving what I paid for. He was very rude and could care less, not the kind of service I support so I will not be back to my local shell for anything.

Fuel here is almost always higher priced compared to the other stations in the community. Cigarettes are also priced higher at this location than anywhere else, over a dollar more expensive compared to places like 711 or coop gas.
On the mornings I do choose to use this gas station, I go inside to pay and usually have to stand there for a minute before the employee looks up from his cell phone. This has happened on several occasions. If I am standing right in front of you I should not have to announce my presence.
A different employee at this Establishment is the other way around. He is super pushy with sales to the point where it just seems he isnt listening. Repeating myself for the fifth time that i only want one car wash or one pack of smokes gets a bit old.
It got to the point where I had to walk away from my purchase from how pushy this individual was towards selling me more than i asked for.

I cant stand coming to this station anymore and it just happens to be the most conveniently placed one to where I live. It should say a lot about this place that I go out of my way to use a different station because of the service received here.

Have read reports all over the internet about this station raising their prices of fuel for the morning rush and lowering it during the day.yet another reason to avoid it.

If you like paying high gas prices, this is the place to go! Always the first to raise prices and highest in the city.
