This Shell gas station with two restaurants KFC and BURGER KING is a one-stop shop for fuel, delicious fast food, and convenience. Clean facilities, sitting area, public washroom, friendly staff, and tasty options make it my go-to spot. Moreover, this gas station is 24/7.

These guys had the opportunity to create what was looking to be a beautiful service station. Instead they built a mostly empty convenient store with dirty bathrooms and food that takes an hour to make. And to me, probably the most ridiculous part about this gas station, is that they still do not have squeegees at the pumps. They have to be the only gas station in Canada without a method to wash your windshield. I would have to say that the “just opened” grace period is over, and they should hire someone who knows how to run a gas station. This place is shiny and fancy on the outside, but once you get closer you will wish you would have carried on to the next service station.

Over the past months we have stopped here randomly. On each visit to the store, restaurant and washrooms, we have found the bathrooms in a dirty state. DIRTY as in feces on the toilet and cover. Urine dried on to the underside of the toilet. Sinks and mirrors are dirty. No change tables for baby in the womans washroom
Newly built building that has broken toilet paper holders, locks are still missing off the doors. My husband has said the men's isn't any better.
The food area has very little seating and usually what seating they have is in need of cleaning. Lastly there is a hugh tripping hazzard up by the checkouts. The plug is one of the ice cream machines but strung a little to the plug in. Very accessible to little hands and definitely a shock hazard.
If you can avoid stopping here, I'd recommend it. Definitely not up to shell standards

I’m done with stopping here. Every time it takes 5-15 minutes just to get noticed at the front till and the employees are obviously not happy to be there working. Save the time and effort and just keep driving by.

Avoid at all costs. There is a better gas station closer to Edmonton in Kim's, and there is better food in evansburg at Sammy's. And those places are not this brand new and yet somehow decrepit filthpot.

Bare bones construction is whatever, but this place was a disgusting mess on my brief visit, trash on all unoccupied tables, the floors, the back service area.

The selection in the convenience store is smaller than your average domo - which doesn't usually have a store.

The men's bathroom was a warzone, with broken pieces of the toilet paper machine scattered, an overfilling urinal with a motion sensor pouring out more urine onto the floor should you make the mistake of approaching it, a lake of water over the hand washing station and piles of trash overflowing from the bin.

An appalling disaster zone that I hope tourists don't assume is representative of the province.

Stopped here to meet friends for a visit and was far from impressed. Staff from KFC and BK as well as gas station attendant were sitting at the tables for the customers and a family of 6 would have had to eat in their truck with 4 small kids had my family not finished and left quickly. Very inconsiderate staff.

How rediculous that they have no baby changing station at this gas station on a National Highway! Had to change my baby on a small space between two hand washing basins which was nearly impossible because of the limited space and extremely unsafe. It was either this or the dirty floor.

Terrible. Has only been open a couple months. It's run down, dirty, terrible service, probably should have the health board called on them. Some of the dirtiest bathrooms ive seen. Food is not cooked properly, frozen food in store is not frozen. And when buying items at store the attendant attempted to sneakily scan a little lighter sitting on his till which added an extra $18 on my bill. When asked he said one of my $4 items wasn't scanning and that the $18 lighter was the same barcode and that was the proper price.

Excellent location- open 24 hours! It has a Burger King, KFC, Tim Hortons so lots of food options. Clean washrooms and lots of sitting options.
