I have been staying here for a month and I must say it has been the best decision. As a single female it’s absolutely safe and gated, the ppl that work at the convenient store are top notch! I ran out of propane the other night they shut their propane services down at seven. I did not know. They reopened to fill my tanks so I would have heat through the night. This is customer service. We can all learn from. Thank you for going above and beyond when you did not have to so much appreciated.

Three customers had to wait while the “attendant” messed with the computer outside his work area. He didn’t even acknowledge our presence.

THEY ADVERTISE INCORRECT GAS PRICES- I stopped by to get some gas and I noticed the sign was 149.9 (approx 10c more per litre than calgary) on the road sign. When I went to the pump it was $172.9. I went inside and let them know they should change the signs to let people know what they were actually charging people. I drove back and they never changed the sign.
So that means if you fill up a 100l tank, you just got ripped off by $23, after already paying an extra $10 for convenience. I think this is very sneaky and unethical.

This is the worst place. Do not stop unless you have too. I arrived at 8: 30am to get my motorhome propane tank filled and they said they open at 9am. So I waited til 9: 07, still no one. I called and asked what's going on and I was met with ''wait or go somewhere else'' Wow. Zero customer service. They can hardly say hello when you walk in the place let alone apologize for being 10 mins late! Believe me if you were not the' ONLY' one selling propane in Cochrane I would go somewhere else! They are the most expensive gas and propane in the area. Avoid it if you can.

Asked if they could top off my propane tank. At first, they said I need to prepay flat rate fee then said he would adjust price if it didn't take 20 lbs. Once it was filled, I asked how many lbs. He said he didn't know, and he was charging me flat the rate anyway and ran off. I told him he shouldn't lie to people. Unethical: Don't do business with people who intentionally cheat you. Felt like I was doing business in a third world country.

Super friendly, excellent service, you won't find a better convenient store anywhere! Prices are reasonable, definitely for the location! I highly.recomend this store!

Friendly and efficient propane service for RV. Paid for actual fill-up after filling inside office. I’ll come back!

Very rude man on the till. I asked him a question and he yelled at me then laughed. Very strange. I will not be using this gas station again.

Solid convenience store and gas station on route to many camping destinations.

The bays on the gas station are super wide and high, so well suited to most trailers and RVs. Plus the parking lot is huge.

The store offers a wide variety of goods, including a wall of beverages, loads of snacks, a coffee bar, and some hardware and camping items.

Other amenities include well-kept washrooms, ice, firewood, and propane.

Two things would make this place better:

1) No slurpee machines. This was a shocker given the location borders an RV park.
2) The propane filling policy needs work, as you have to pre-pay which means often paying more than the value of the fuel you actually get if your tank is not completely empty.

Best location. Here in this store you can find everything. Neat and Clean store. Amazing and helpful staff.

If your children go here please go with them, my children were corner and force to pay for rotten expired milk shakes. They mad my son cry and my daughter have a panic attack, while they were keeping care of a 4 year old. Expired foods and so dirty. What happen to customer service now people just think they can do anything. I supplied shell customer service with the information they required, and there has been no response. So it’s nice there was some response but nothing came from it.
