I went there today. The girl at the front counter doesn’t know anything about customer service I think. She didn’t say hi or even thank you or anything. I asked her something she didn’t reply.
I had no idea your front counter staff could be so miserable. Not one word spoken from your side of the counter, just scowles and smashing of items. Pretty terrible experience.
Stopped to fill in gas and my wife took our young son in to use the washroom. They wouldn’t let him use it. What sort of pathetic operation doesn’t allow the young child of a paying customer to use the washroom. I stopped the pump where it was and went to another place to fill up the rest.
Staff is friendly. But 1 particular employee always says he doesn't have change for cash purchases (a $50 dollar bill). It's frustrating and a waste of time. How do you not have $20 in your till for change? If you don't want to accept cash, just post that. Being the closest store to my house I frequent it often. Happens every time with this employee so I will go to Husky next door from now on. Don't expect to pay with cash unless you have exact amount.
