I enjoy a good road trip. I have used gas station bathrooms from here to Southern California and from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and I can say pants down that this is the nicest gas station bathroom I have ever encountered. The staff were friendly and polite as well. So if you can't make it home when nature calls, check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Customer service is the best! All staff are attentive and kind! Kudos to Anna and Harmeet for being so helpful!

Mandeep and the other Employees make this Shell feel like my old small town mom and pop gas station. Always happy to come here!

Edit: Im editing this comment 4 yrs later to say that Gabrielle is an amazing example of great customer service. He remembers you, engages in conversation and always has a smile and wonderful tone.

Ive been here before at late hours and its taken a bit for someone to answer but thats always okay with me because ive lived in the area for 5 years and know that all the staff and even the owners work very hard.

The store is clean, especially the bathroom, and the car wash does a great job if you know how to wash your car properly. The 1 star reviews should be deleted as they are not from customers that regularly come to this store. If you did, you would most definitely give it 5 stars!

I don't feel welcome at this store or like they don't want my business.

Last time I was there I was bringing a 20Lbs propane tank in for trade that was in good condition but didn't have the tank traders label. They straight up told me no they will not trade it, even though I have traded at other gas stations with the program with unlabeled tanks in the past and tank Traders does not state that it has to have their label, only be the same size as the one I'm trading for.

I also contacted tank traders and was told they accept any 20Lbs propane tank regardless of brand and date as long as its in good condition.

I have had other interactions in the store with some of the male staff that has been unpleasant as well.

I went in once to tell them that they were out of regular gas and they talked down to me like I was inconveniencing them by telling them.another time they had an old promo up that led me to believe something else was on sale that wasn't.when they showed me it was partially under the product I wanted to buy which is why I assumed it was on sale and it said so in very fine print the size that was on sale. I said that was a little misleading and they starting talking down to me "Sir calm down" in the middle of the store like I was was making a scene but it was them drawing attention to me that made the scene. I felt very uncomfortable.

But I see by the reviews that I'm not the only one that has issues here.

Needless to say I try to avoid I this location, I mostly go to the next Shell just on the other side of the Henday.

The staff, Kashish, was very helpful. She attended me with a smile, very welcoming. I called the gas station at 50th street and millwoods road in Edmonton, alberta, in advance to make sure its open as i got no response evenafter lot of knocking and buzzing from anyone at the previous gas station at 23rd ave and 17th street, in Edmonton. Kashish was so accommodating that she answered the call very quickly this late in night, too. She made my experience easy, quick, and delightful. It's hard to find someone smiling on a graveyard shift. Also, at millwods gas station, the windshield washer at the gas pump was so fresh and new. Not like other gas stations, dirty and pitch black. Big thank you to Kashish.

This store is so clean and hygienic. Everything is so perfect and the employees are so friendly and calm.

Gas station is really clean and customer service is superb! I even recommended it to all my family members.

They close doors at 11pm but each time I've gone there after those hours, there is supposed to be a person available. There's a buzzer and phone number to call. No one ever comes to help. I've waited 30 mins one time because I needed gas.
Also, I keep getting over charged for gas. I ask for 10.00 regular gas and find out while filling that I've been charged 15.00. I ask for 20.00 and find out I've been charged 25.00. This happens over and over.
This has caused some problems.
Today I went inside and asked them to have the owner call me. The guy who said he was the supervisor today did not want to give the owner my phone number (which I wrote on a piece of paper with my name) if I didn't tell him what my complaint was about and who I was complaining about. I said I would tell the owner. He said then no he would not give my number to the owner. He would not tell me when the owner would be in the store, so I could not speak to him in person either.

Not impressed.

Not my experience but I will advocate for my niece and nephew who are minors! They were accused of stealing which they did not but how the store handled it was so poorly. They did not contact their parents or police or a loss prevention officer but took it upon themselves to lock them inside the store and search them themselves! Unacceptable behavior especially for a big franchise such as SHELL. These kids are now reluctant to go into any store because of their poor actions and should be held accountable for putting trauma onto them. Will proceed to advocate for them as necessary. Staff at this location, please be ashamed of yourselves! Trying to hand out free store items as a way to "resolve" their "protocol" is bad enough. These kids deserve more than an apology and free slurpees!

Just picked up a jug of 4 L milk for $ 9.99. Unbelievably expensive
Would not recommend this store

Car wash is not that busy but I can see why. The high pressure rinse is not very strong. Their equipment is not up to date. I would recommend going to other car washes.

I came two times around 1 am store is closed every time and i tried on intercom and calling store as well and waited for 15 min no one came.

Scam, slyly charged me tax for exchanging money so I can get coins for their car wash (Which is taxed separately, owner will pocket the first time I paid it and I will report this to the tax authority as well). Owner stood by quiet when I asked why I was charged tax. Their vaccum wasn't working either. Would drive to the other carwashes form next time to avoid filling their pockets.

The staff here is very friendly, every time I visit here, they always have a smile on their face, I would definitely suggest this place to my friends and family.

Stopped here for a coffee and WOW. Very unfriendly people work here and $4.07 for a coffee. That’s outrageous
Will not be coming here again

Its fairly cheap there's a lot of options and they're very nice when you walk in everything u need in a shell. - four stars
