I recently had a fantastic experience at this Shell gas station. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visit a breeze. The guy who was working there was very friendly and also the station was well-maintained, and the convenience store had a great selection. Kudos to the excellent service and a big shout-out to the friendly staff! Highly recommended for a quick and pleasant refueling stop.

This store always attracts me as whenever I visit there I found it as a Cleanest gas station in NE. Especially the young guy who works morning shifts is a good guy, I like the way he speaks, He is very polite.

Some of the people working here are so ridiculous & rude. Had a $50 bill used almost $40 worth & the guy still asked if I had smaller bills & argued with me about using a 50 when I’m spending MORE THAN HALF OF IT. & I’m sitting here right now at 5: 58 am & the guy working today is JUST getting here? Really? 1 min before opening. Should already be here making sure everything’s good before opening.

There was a young guy day near about 1pm. He was very rude and no upsale to remember the loyalty cards. He gave 0% attention to customer service. I is carwash thats why i visit it regular but now i think so i need to figure out something else.

I bought carwash deal last May 2022, had 1 remaining out of 5 washes but it expired. I did not know that washes expire. Not sure if it is a Shell issue or this gas station issue.

Been going to this shell for so long. Its nice and clean. I like all the workers working there. All the girl employees are nice. Last week, i had some troubles with the car wash and with my card payment but the girl working their usually at nights helped me and was so patient. Really liked it.

Litterly has the pumps turned off on me here at 11: 54pm while in the middle of pumping gas. The tv still rolling, lights turned right off and pump lost pressure. Went to ask teller what just happened and was told she has to turn them off at 11: 55 every night. Even during a customer fueling up? Saturday june 3rd. Should watch the video. Staff just has no care for customers. Is this regular practise?

Been sitting 20 mins and the pumps have only filled $95 worth of fuel. The lady working was very rude saying it’s the weather… it’s only -9°C…

Not surprise that some of the most recent reviews are at 1 Star. Firstly, a lady cashier at this location was rude and lack of customer service skills. Secondly, the car wash did a terrible job of cleaning my vehicle. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

The attendant was friendly but the car wash didn't work for the bottom of my car. Was very expensive considering it didn't clean half my car.
