If I can rate this station zero I will. Customer service/attendant (Kaur) was very rude today! I went to buy lotto ticket and stayed a couple of minutes just waiting, and she asked me to leave the store and she said that she will locked the door. I felt embarrassed and misjudged, same thing goes with the previous customer that she allegedly accused that his card was stolen! Who is she to say that! Does she even know his name, not at all. So this incident is not only for me but to the other customer who experienced same treatment today. This is unfair and not appropriate at all.

Do not waste your time with this location, prices on shelf dont match computer and store will not honor. Store need reminder who buys merchandise from them. Avoid and go to the next station.

I stopped by after work to grab some pop and as I was approaching the door the worker came to lock it in front of me. He proceeded to tell me the store was closed even though this shell is open 24/7. Didn’t mind coming here since it was close and convenient but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere since the staff is so rude

This guy insulted my mom and and said my dog was ugly. Rude worker. Also took my shoes and threw them in the trash.

Bad customer service and most of the pumps have faulty nozzles that trigger the auto stop prematurely. Impossible to get a full tank by only getting 0.1 litres in the tank per attempt before it shuts off. This has been an issue for months on multiple pumps

The service at the Chinook Shell station is great. The staff and manager, Raman, are very friendly and helpful.

I just went here to pick up some stuff I have not seen this Rude customer service in my life, this thing will not harm me, but this thing will definitely harm your business, day by day your customers will be decreasing, please improve it.because SHELL brand is a very big name i am using it from last 10 years.

The most horrible car wash experience ever. The whole car wash thing doesn’t make any sense and would damage your car. Please avoid.

Went to get a car wash yesterday at the chinook location. The car wash is broken and the rollers in the back cracked my backup camera. Do no go to the car wash at this location! Beware!

The night guy told me the choices available of chips and drinks through the window nicely and was very kind. Will come back for sure

The night staff are lazy, they'll tell you they don't have something when you can see it from outside the store, of course that is when the be back in 5min sign isn't up for 45min, I had to wait for that guy to finish his nap or whatever he was doing, I pushed the gas light too far and it died and I had to coast to the pump. It's handy when you need gas and you're going up MacLeod TR. But don't expect anything from the staff, other than a grunt and count your change.

Attempted to get a car wash here. Took several minutes to get the belts to coax my vehicle in, when I finally did there was no water in the machine; all it did was spray soap on my vehicle then blow it off. Went to see the clerk about it who berated me for using the car wash wrong then refused to believe my car was not actually washed. Since they refused to give me a refund I went through again for a second attempt only to meet the same fate. Absolutely garbage service.

Worst car wash ever. Instructions are unclear, and even when clarified, still couldnt get it to work. Took three tries for it to register my code, and then wouldnt work anyway. Gave up and left cause it's fairly obvious from reviews that refunds or replacement washes arent given. Probably a plus given how much gravel was in there.

I went to the car wash and one of the big rollers scratched up part of the tail gate on my SUV…. Absolutely awful car wash. Don’t ever go here!

The washroom is out of order every time you come here. It’s understood that the washroom is meant for the customers and the staff. I was a customer and I experienced the same thing more than twice. Terrible attitude from the lady at the counter!
