Pumps are frequently out of paper for receipts. Icy patches around the pumps in the winter. Seems like there is a lack of regular maintenance by the staff.
Always stop at this Shell in the morning, always have a nice talk with Madhu, she always take time to ask how im doing and ask about my kids, best employee ever always nice to stop there and all new Pump and nice screen now
My wife hurt her back a few days ago and ran out of Advil while we were traveling. We stopped for gas and she bought a bottle of Advil from the Shell store. The bottle said $14 on the shelf, had a $14 sticker on it, but rang up at $16. My wife paid before noticing the error. The man working the till became belligerent when she asked for the difference in price or a refund. We left but made sure to file a complaint with corporate. Shell is also my company's fuel card provider and I'll be talking with our rep about this experience.
What is with those new gas pumps? They are unresponsive and make a loud very unpleasant sound like you did something wrong every time you press a button. Then they play a loud advertisement while you fill you tank. I have never been irritated while getting gas for my car before, but after going here twice I will be avoiding Shell now.
Can't tell me that all of these guys still aren't price gouging. Consistently 20plus cents per litre more then Calgary. Go to the city and get gas if you can. Also reported to provincial government.
