This is the best gas station I went there yesterday morning and there was a lady named Paveent she was really polite and professional. This gas station is the best because of the customer service that Paveent provided. It was honestly amazing. She helped pump my gas because it was my first time pumping gas. She also give me few advices about which gas was the best. I’m going to be the regular customer from now on. Thank you so much Paveent. I would recommend this to anyone.

Shell does not concern themselves with customer service. They would rather let the profit bean counters in corporate run the show. Let me explain. I cannot use the Shell app and get a paper receipt at the pump. I have to go to the counter to get a paper receipt if I use the Shell app, this forces me to walk past all their junk that they’re trying to get me to impulse buy. Sad part is I complained about this a year ago and you fixed the problem now you’ve reverted it back. Greed is not pretty. Good customer service is gorgeous.

Wow, I would totally agree with the 1 star of the previous review. I had a horrible experience just now.

I live in the area and use Shell for work all the times. So last day of the year, the sun was shining, I felt cheery and took to my bicycle to ride around my neighborhood and come check out this Shell station and pick up a couple lottery tickets as well. I came to the store and noticed no bike locking station at all at the front. So I thought to myself, that's OK, I could just take the bike in with me as there is no warning against bicycle inside the store and that it would be but a few steps from the front door. To my surprise, the young lady behind the counter was yelling at me to take my bike outside right away. I told her that there was no bike locking station. She just ignored that and kept repeating in angry high pitched voice that I needed to take the bike out immediately. I was appalled and stunted by such an attitude. Before I could even recollect and react, she ran around the corner to my bike, yelled at me some more, opened the door, and shooed me out again. I insisted that there's no bike locking station outside. I invited her to come out and pointed me to the bike station in case I didn't see there was one. To which she sneered, "I don't care. That's not my problem. " I replied, "but this whole thing is your store. " She grunted, "SIR! YOU CANNOT TAKE YOUR BIKE INSIDE". And shut the door on me.

So I said to myself "So be it. I'll be quick. Hopefully, it would still be outside when I'm back. " It's my touring bike. It has a lot more sentimental values than its monetary cost. I went back inside to the counter and asked for the special ten dollar for 2 lotto tickets. She's not pleased and told me there's no such thing! Now I didn't know about this till another Shell station suggested to me that couldan buy a 10$ special for 2 tickets comprising of a Lotto Max and a 645. I have asked for that 10$ special lotto tickets ever since, all across Canada without anyone questioning, let alone sneering at that. I explained to her what I wanted. She then grunted that there's no such special, a 649 for 6$ and a Lotto Max for 4$. Then, she begrudgingly proceeded to sell me the 2 tickets for $10. I asked her to scan my Airmile card number on my phone. Then she said, "Don't give me attitude, I don't need to see your ID. " I realized then that the screen was flipped accidentally. I flipped back to my Airmile card. She said, "I don't get paid to deal with your attitude! " all in a firm voice, uttering word by word. I had enough by then and asked her name. She mumbled something like Jason (!), or Jessie (?). Anyhow, it's around 12: 30pm on December 31,2023, and this young lady was the only one working at the counter. What a terrible, most earth-shattering situation I felt, surpassing everything within my half a century young age, all throughout Canada and other countries of the world.

On a side note, I had taken my bike inside many stores before and was always welcome, especially when the stores don't have bike stations outside; the latest being the Mark's in Tamarack. They had a bike rack outside, but that day, I happened to forget my lock. I and my bike were welcome inside. In this day and age, I feel like we should encourage more bicycling, not the other way around.

Diesel was overflowed but i was able to stop it. I tried to explain they should check into the dispenser or the pump. But the female staff was extremely rude and telling me my van has a leak. My wife tried to calm her down but the staff would not listen.

BE CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR PUMP and YOUR OWN SAFETY HERE!

Staff has no customer service skills, very disrespectful. We got a car wash and it basically sprayed water and tiny bit of soap and that was it DONE. When I brought it up to the staff, he told me to get my car washed at another place. I will not be going to this gas station ever and I won’t recommend this gas station to anyone. I would have give 0 start if I could.

The person who works here and stocks the shelves and can go behind the counter decided that he was important enough to park his large suv in the handicap stall. This is rude and inconsiderate, and quite lazy. Jeevan1. I will not be giving you station my business any longer.

Worst gas station I've been to. Air machine takes your money but doesn't provide air. Go somewhere else. Ask the employee for help, and they say it's not their problem. Would highly avoid.

This place is a big big big joke! Called asking the price of sandbags to put in my truck, the girl told me that I Had to drive come, which is 10 mins from home for her to tell me the price of sand bags! The audacity! Pls ma’am keep your sandbags as per your shell’s policy!

I really wish to give no star, but It would not allow me!

Poor service and no customer service skills.they do not even let you buy gas from your air miles.very bad and terrible
