Just went up to Grande Prairie could not believe the Hwy Robbery gas price of 148.9 for unleaded when there is nobody near charging that price

Overpriced. Their gas station subs should just be called buns. Nothing is on them for $10.

Use to Be a Great store. Then the brown people bought it. Every reason we use too stop has disappeared. Another good business ruined. Such a shame. Will not support this dump any more. Garbage over flow, bathrooms are disgusting, foods turned to junk. Shame shame shame

This place is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude and disorganized. Playing on their phones instead of greeting customers. Not waking hands in between making food and touching non food related items.

Store is quite big and lot of option in food. Deli staff is pretty nice. Leslie and Jaswinder they both are quite helpful. Prepared a veg panini for me…

Hello! Have been there for having my breakfast! Its was very delicious and it reminds me to go again and again over there!
The staff members were much more cooperative and friendly!
Even it was so hygiene environment!
Waiting to visit again soon

This place has absolutely gone down hill big time! The bathrooms were disgusting, there was no tissue, no hand soap! The floors were disgusting and dirty, we will not stop there again! Crazy how it used to be such a nice place to stop for a quick bite and bathroom break the new owners have no pride in ownership or appearance!

Was my favorite place to stop with the cleanest bathroom but after today I will never stop there again. The bathrooms were disgusting, the coffee area was covered in filth and the man working was extremely rude. I would imagine it would fail a health inspection.

Very good Costumer Service. Staff are very nice always welcome with smile. I went to store yesterday it’s clean and food was delicious.

I stopped yesterday feb21/23 to fuel up. Price for fuel was outrageous and now my fuel tank has water in it. I am disgusted shell. Do better. I'll be contacting head office in the morning.

Awesome store but very dirty bathrooms… which is lame cause these used to be the cleanest bathrooms ever!

I was just in this station 30 minutes ago and asked the young lady in the deli about a muffin. It went from bad to worse. I am calling shell head office.

This store has really declined in cleanliness and over all organization, they have a great selection and it's a great little stop but consistently their washrooms have just been quite dirty, like the toilets especially and the toilets area. Staff are always quite friendly but honestly disgusting bathrooms.

It's really sad to see how this store has gone from being my favorite spot to stop with the cleanest bathrooms I've seen at a gas station to literally one of my worst public washroom experiences with absolutely disgusting washrooms and when I had brought this up to an employee they didn't seem to care saying that they were just in the woman's washroom and it was fine and that there was no men staffed to check it. My girlfriend had used the woman's washroom at the same time I was using the mens and we where both appalled.

Their claim to fame in 2013 was the cleanest washrooms in Alberta. Obviously this is not a priority anymore.
The hot food isn't too bad.

Staff are Friendly. But I am giving only a three star because
1) Highest gas prices between Edmonton and Grande Prairie and highest in Alberta.
2) No longer best washrooms. Last time I was there and I have noticed before. They are not well maintained. Dirty, paper products all over the floor and you never never get hot water out of the taps.

It's a beautiful stop.more so then most other gas stations you'll be to but I think it's gone down hill from when it first opened. Still better then the majority of any other gas station out there.

As a truck driver I have been stopping at this place for quite some time but after tonight I'm not sure that I will it is hardly worth the time to stop at after 6: 00 in the evening as the hot food is all gone not a real great selection of cold stuff and tonight the two young persons working told me that they stop serving coffee at 11: 00 p.m. When asked why this was even though they are not closed until midnight I was told that it takes too long to clean if you're not fully open you might as well be fully closed

Bought a bowl of chilli, except no bun or bread included, very disappointed ️, noticed people in back making sandwiches, I asked if I can have bread and said I’m willing to pay for it, staff was rude and said no it’s not available? I’m never coming here to buy food again, I’ll go to timmies next door!

I think this gas station has become a standard stop for anyone travelling this stretch of highway. Very well stocked with a range of food. Lots of variety from cheese to homemade sandwiches, pizza and more. Veggie cups and salads and the like are also available for those travelling days when you’re tired of eating junk. This place is always busy but there are always multiple staff working yo keep up with the crowds. And, as everyone knows: nice clean bathrooms.

The place is going downhill and tries to rest on the laurels of previous successes. It still is visually appealing but my recent experience is that workers are annoyed at serving customers. Simply asking them questions about their hot food seemed to terribly upset the young angry white boy. Overall they have enough selection of snacks while stopping to grab a bite to eat, but the gas prices are inflated compared to other stops along this long drive. Another disappointing element to the store is that no staff were using basic COVID-19 safety precautions. We all want this pandemic to be over but it is such reckless choices that will prolong this whole thing for everyone. Next time through I’ll go to the competition as it seems like filling up my tank with gas and buying $30 of snacks seems like it inconvenienced the staff here.

Here's washroom is so BAD! So dirty. Hopefully someone work here able to see this. And go clean it.

You have a person who steals from the registers working for you guys. She’s done it at McDonald’s and Timhortons in Spruce Grove Alberta just letting you know

I stop here everytime I go through Valleyveiw, I love the options of fresh food and the staff is great. I've had nothing but great experiences.until today.

I went in to get some hot food and my sister and I were looking at the cold food showcase, where they keep the pies and cakes etc. And as were perusing, the one lady whose worked there for quite a while, shes older with red hair and glasses, says to the girl shes standing with "Maybe they'll just go away. ". I dont know about you but, that didn't make me want to buy anything from her, because she clearly didn't want to be bothered.

I stopped to use the washroom: very elaborate and clean. However, there is a lot of everything here. A great place to stop! I'm not sure if there are many rest stops that are as truely great as this one. It really is a gem. I could have stayed longer, but we were just passing through. So many cool things to see.

Great selection of essentials and very clean store. Only thing I couldn't find was cough medicine in pill form. Really nice bathrooms - check out the pictures or look it up!

I stopped here because the signs advertised there's were the cleanest washrooms. This particular day must have been a real test, all of the stalls were busy except. I took advantage.

This stall also has the change table. Although it was in the upright position, the pail full of loaded diapers.no lid, put my nasal hairs in the upright position. The piles of unrolled paper on the floor was further evidence that cleanliness wasn't even a distant thought. Consider the irony.the posters proclaiming the awe and wonder of this beautiful space, to greet the weary traveler as the enter.

On the way out, I took advantage of the food counter and requested a dozen breaded chicken wings. I was directed to a cashier's booth to pay for my purchase. I handed a bill and offered a "thank you" upon receiving my change. Then, I heard the strangest response. "Thank me", said the cashier.

This is a "Shell" station. If a weary traveler wants a break from highway 43, try the "flying j" in Whitecout. They don't brag, but they maintain cleanliness, and they have good eats, too. I like the pizza, but the onion rings are also a "ringer".
