! DONT LOSE MONEY!

Guys be careful buying gas from here.

After I gave all the card info and before pressing the nozzle, the meter starts running. I got wondered. Literally I didn’t got gas but the machine charged me. I informed the cashier, he said the money will be reimbursed but nothing happened yet.

May be it’s the machines problem or it’s the way the machines are set. I don’t know. Something fishy. Everybody be cautious while buying gas from here.

Most of the employee are friendly and okay. The gas station is okay and the store is clean but they have 1 employee I read his name tag Rahul is very rude it was -30 when I stopped by the window and he asked me to wait 2 minutes and he can finish mapping the store.

The Indian boys that are working at the cash register need to be more welcoming and less scared or afraid looking.

Allways been good to me never no problem if they let one person in at night then everyone wants to know what ya want when you go there no problem comes down to safety i guess

I was just at the shell buying smokes. The young guy there, wearing a turban was really rude too me. Thro my change. Rude!

I was very uncomfortable as soon as I walked threw the door. I could tell I was being judged for the clothes I wore and was followed around the store. It's not professional or courteous to treat paying customers with resentment or judgement because of previous experiences. Due to this experience I wont stop there ever again unless I have 0km gas lol not lying.

Things changed at store now if it's like 9,10 o'clock at night you can't get into the store. You stand outside where you can be mugged or harrassed for change or smokes staff opens a plexiglass door on their side of a box, you shout what you want, staff guy closes his door and depending what you want he goes to get it. Then you open your side of the box and put in your money and close. He opens his side of the box, takes your money, closes door, gets your change and what you bought and puts them in the box. You then - and not before - open your door and take your product and change. I understand it's an anti theft procedure but it's ridiculous, I am NOT standing outside in 30 below or pouring rain where I can be mugged for this foolishness, All because Shell's too cheap to hire a 2nd staff. Go to 7-11 store 2 blocks west peoples, much cheaper prices as well:)

It’s a gas station with a convenience store. No big surprises. Easy access to fill up your vehicle and then if you’ve got the munchies this is the place. Gassing up is easy especially since all gas purchases are prepaid, so it’s easy to gas up and go. I did not deal with the store staff so no comment. The gas price is okay, in the middle of the road. The location was clean and tidy.

Evening shift guy is just plain rude and lazy, come here often for cigarettes he cant be bothered to follow directions or even look.

This place is horrible on several occasions, I was browsing with my gf trying to figure out what we wanted to eat and the guy rudely told is "excuse me get out you cannot wait in here" I assume he thought we were homeless even though we looked nothing of the sort I told him I was a paying customer just trying to find what I wanted but he refused to hear it I was not aloud to buy. Also just now at 620 pm the door was locked and he said he was closed it was freezing outside today and I walked there again to make a purchase I confronted him and said you can't be closed but he rudely told me to leave meanwhile others were pumping gas hmmm doesn't seem closed this guy should be fired for his judgmental attitude

The worst place you will ever visit there personal is rude specially the one his name kachiach.anytime u ask for washroom key he say someone took the key i think same story all the time.i don’t recommend you using this place

Their bathroom is always "not working" that is until the overnight guy puts up a "will be back in 10 minutes" sign while he takes a number 2
