SHOVEL YOUR SNOW! Disabled people and parents with strollers have to walk on the road because you don't shovel your sidewalks and there's always only a skinny beaten down footpath on your sidewalk that is very difficult to walk down, especially on 122st. You guys only shovel it roughly 2 or 3 times a year. It is evident that the snow on your sidewalk has not been shoveled once yet this winter. Every year you make it past Christmas without shoveling at all yet. Please look up the bylaws. You're supposed to clear the sidewalks within a certain time period after it snows EVERY time it snows. You often go 2 months without shoveling once. This has been going on for several years.

No receipt at pump. I have been there three times and no receipt. Now bathroom is closed. This is not the shell brand that I want.

The attendant asked me where I was going and where I live. When I asked him why he asked me those things he said it was because I am a 'pretty girl'. It's is extremely inappropriate to ask a woman alone those things. Where I am going, where I live, where I work, etc. Is not information that

I stopped here to put air in my tire. I put money in the machine (coins) and it didn’t turn on. I then put more money in and the exact same thing happened. When I went inside to talk to the attendant she didn’t care at all and acted totally indifferent towards me. She told me that her manager said to call the number on the machine as that is not their responsibility. Needless to say I will never stop their again for gas or any other reason. Poor customer service.

I filled gas from this store many times when I asked about their washroom always denied saying that it is out of order i want to say the shell company and the owner of this gas station if you don't have money to fix it appeal for donations we will give you also staff not professional dont go thier waste of time

Ridiculous rules and hours sign says 24 hour. But only for gas and tobacco. Can't even get milk. Pretty stupid, guess that's why I'm the 15 years I've lived close I've gone 4 times. Well that and the over pricing. Guess it worked out. Mac's was way cheaper

Have always been treated well here by the staff.
The pumps are well maintained and the access is very easy, even when Stony Plain is very busy.
You can access and depart via the alley or 122nd Street.
Close to the Brewery District and Oliver Square (East/West)

Would rate negative stars if possible. I had a terrible experience at this gas station a few times already but this in particular incident tossed out all the other. Avoid this place if possible. It’s not worth the aggravation and hassle. I came in unaware that the washroom are unavailable during evening/night hours between 11pm - 5am. I asked the Clark if I could use the washroom, he took a couple minutes to decide whether or not I could use the washroom, after a couple minutes he said the washroom were out of order. Then seen me in distress, he thought my predicament was amusing and mocked me behind the glass. I phoned the manger the following afternoon to inform him that there was no signs available indicating that there no washroom available between certain hours. He cut me off and he wouldn’t let me explain, he also started yelling at me about that there are laws they follow.theres a shell law apparently. So is there a law for laughing at someone who needs to use the washroom? Why is it remaining open when they can’t provide accurate gas station services.

No use of having BMO ATM in there when you close doors at 9pm. Asked cashier but was told sorry our door closes at 9pm. This is the only BMO ATM which should be accessible 24hrs in downtown as the branch doors are closed to access ATM and Safeway with ATM closes at 11pm. I'll be taking this up with branch manager at BMO during my next visit.

Apparently this location closes after sunset due to “safety concerns”. The staff, who are quite rude, operate through a small window after dark and if you wish to make a purchase of anykind, they will glance across the counter and inform you that what you’ve asked for is unavailable - despite it being plainly visible through the glass exterior - this is laughable. Terrible service. If the store is deemed unsafe after dark, close it. Don’t confuse and infuriate customers by lying to them.

Young lad cashier didn’t listen to me twice. First I asked for Regular gas he charged me for the most expensive V-power grade. At the pump I realized the mistake he made and I went back into the store and then I asked for an exchange. He refunded all the transaction and then I didn’t have any more credit available on my card. I drove away without gas. Anybody this station hires at the cashier has to speak and comprehend English well. Location is great but I’m not returning here anymore.

Worst shell available, never open late the people that work there have know organization skills not problem solving skills. With that being said why open 24 hours when it’s super obvious of false advertisement yet still being able to being running a legit business. But at the same fall through those loop holes

Slow and terrible customer service.

This station is unable to verify gift card balances, without customers making a purchase in store.

Was also advised that gift cards could not be used in conjunction with cash purchases.

While at the store, another customer got into a dispute with the attendant over the fact that this station charges customers the full amount if they pay by debit—and it’s on customers to go back in store to obtain any change if they over prepay.

Overall, would not recommend this location.
