Don’t get your car washed here! Went to wash my car and it was not extremely dirty. The car wash completely missed my right side view mirror and a couple little other pots. I told the supervisor Harjot and wanted a rewash which he refused, was being rude and said he hasn’t heard any other complaints from other customers about the car wash so it’s my cars fault? … Completely unprofessional and will not be going back here. I always get my car washed at shell locations and never experienced my car being the problem as to why the car wash couldn’t fully clean my car. First and last time I will get my car washed at this location.

Avoid at all cost! The supervisor Harjot is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Got my car wash done and it wasn’t clean so I asked for re-wash to which he declined and told me to call shell and complain. He didn’t care. I wish we could give zero stars

Attitude problems, guy that works at the til doesn’t know how to talk to costumer with respect, will never fuel up here again

I left this station today to fill up at a Shell station down the road, about 21 cents less! Don't let this station rob you. They often have higher gas prices.

Nearby Shell stations are usually $0.20 cheaper. This location price gouges. Check prices online.

If you are going to post your hours maybe you should be open on those hours. Store was locked up tight before 11 pm tonight?

Gagan (hopefully is the right spelling), you act horible with Shell customers! Rude, rise voice and ready to fight with me because I didn't see a sign. Shame!

Terrible customer service. The Customer Service Representatives were rude and not helpful at all. They told me that Shell has no longer take Shell Gift Cards and all the Gift Cards that i purchased are pretty much have no value and i have to call Shell to ask for refund. One of the Representatives told me that he would do it for me just for that time and were so rude about it as if i was getting something free from him.
I went to different Shell location few days after and was told that that information was completely false. I will never ever come back to this location.

Shell is a self serve fuel station with a small convenience store. I stopped by to fuel up my vehicle so did not need to go inside.

Came for ice. Used to come here all the time. Got tired of the staff not listening to me. Not even saying hello or offering extras.

Touch less car wash only worth 3 stars, needs to be serviced or updated in my opinion. Rest of station ok as well.

If you need a car wash go to the 111 street Shell. As you can see in the pictures my car did not get cleaned here. The soap was extremely thin and only one application was done. On the 111 street they give you two different soap application. Also this one only gives you 45 seconds for drying the car where as the 111 street one gives you 60 seconds.

Closed and had systems shut down 30 mins before the posted time of store. Refused to take my cash payment for fuel. Not the first time I've had issues with this clerk.

Worst car wash ever. Got a car wash done turned around and came back within 10 mins. Showed the guy my car still dirty. The guy said doesnt look like i had a car wash done. Well thats why i am back. Told him to check his camera’s as a proof. Says he doesnt have access and that he wont be doing anything. Very Poor customer service.

Arrived at 10: 30 on a Monday and the store was closed? Didn't see a sign anywhere, and the attendant was still working but wouldn't serve me.
