Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store

This is my first purchase at Sherwin Williams. Got excellent quality paint with 40% discount. As a DIY, got very good tips about painting from a friendly store assistant.

I accidentally ordered an asus monitor to your store and getting it back so far has been a very hard task. The people working there literally have the look of children on their face when you're talking to them, they dont even know what's going on, they look delirious and it's some of the worst service I have ever heard of or seen in the history of modern humans. I called, they said come we have your monitor, I showed up 3 minutes later because I was working a construction jobsight near, I went and they said it's locked in the back by some mysterious entity that locks the back at 4 PM

Ashley was incredible. She was knowledgeable and honest. Been coming to this location for years and will continue to do so.

This is my main paint store. I like go there because it is a "commercial" store servicing professional painters/contractors [anyone else can purchase, as well]. That means more diverse and plentiful products due to facility size, very knowledgeable staff, and discounts for repeat customers.

Sherwin Williams is our supplier for all of our projects. This location has a fantastic staff that has always given us great service. Never an issue with the numerous custom matches we have required.

Friendly staff. Suggested the best products for my current project. Mixed the paints and out the door i went.

Even though u may buy top dollar paint always check the date its been made.cz they wont say it unless asked.they got me.

Really appreciated the quick service after a phone in order and then curb side pickup within half an hour.

I dealt with a lady named Erum I think, and she had a terrible attitude. First time i’ve been in the store, and for answering a simple few questions you’d think she was doing something she hated. And if she’s as miserable to her other staff as she is her customers? I can only imagine worker morale is incredibly low. Sometimes it just takes one awful person to ruin an entire business. I’d rather shop somewhere else than deal with her again.

Parking lot for a commercial/industrial location is awful because with a trailer it is almost impossible. No thought to the type of business the store is supposed to be catering to.

I did have the most horrible experience at this location. Extremely rude, unprofessional management and little or no communication skills.
I bought 25 skids of traffic paint which turn out to be a disaster that lasted for a month.

Hard to see someone build a business of this magnitude and employ people who can’t do their job effectively.

I promise never to return to this location ever

Poor service. Poor staff. They ignore customers. And when they decide it's time to help, they welcome you with a grunt. Miserable tone and attitude. I get my product and say thank you and have a good day with a grunt back in response.
General Paint treated their customers so much better and had much more knowledge. I would not recommend this paint store to anyone and this visit will be my last.
