Sad for this location. They seem to always hire rude staff and unfortunately this location is closest to me so I end up here occasionally. Not wearing my usual painter whites (I had a day off) I brought a paint can to match from a different store where I was immediately told "I should just bring it back to that store. " However, I no longer have an account with that store so why would I do that? And would the CEO like to hear that their employees purposely tell customers to get paint from their direct competitor rather than just taking the can and matching it? Wow. Once I said "I am actually a painter, " they took me seriously, however the girl said "I don't even know what sheen this is" and mocked me when I said I would probably like it matched into superdeck with "well yeah, that's a deck product. " I said, yes I understand. I am painting a deck.
Seriously, the service at this location is absolutely appalling on a good day and I feel sad for any DIY customers who make it to this place. I understand from years in the industry that DIY'ers can be annoying with their lack of knowledge, but you work at a paint store, therefore it is your job to educate them. Not send them away or treat them like garbage, as was clearly going to be the case in this incident had I not actually been a painter.
