Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Yesterday picked up the paint because of the promotion and today went back for more while promo going on but they can’t provide same price reason her computer isn’t working for the discount. What a joke.

I called your number and they told me it auto reply, we don’t do anything about your concerns. Haha you guys fooled me again.

Great customer service and quality paint. Very knowledgeable and willing to listen to what your project is so you have the right paint.

I was in the store today looking for assistance with picking out a neutral paint colour that would match my trim. I came to this store with hopes that it would be an easy process (smaller store size and many great reviews). The gentleman that served me was not very knowledgeable and had to use the computer to provide his one recommendation which was a very dark navy blue colour. He then encouraged me to just pick some paint samples and take them home. I left this store feeling frustrated as I was really looking for some guidance and suggestions from a knowledgeable staff member. I phoned the store this afternoon to discuss this situation to see if there was a better time to come in, they took my name and number to pass on to the assistant manager and I did not receive a phone call back.

Quick service but it is more like a contractor store rather than going into a busy hardware improvement store where it might be difficult to get someones attention unless you go at a busy time of the day. They can do more with the paint selection range at Sherwin Williams if you have a professional decorating need, and they keep computer record of your past paint.

The prices might be nuts for a do it yourself but it depends on what you are doing. Just want to refresh the rooms? Probably don't come here but you can get unbelievable results from painting. Trying out this paint selection is a long process. You have to accept their testing criterion and select in your price range. I've used Lowes' Valspar exterior paint and it is okay, not horrible on exterior trim on the lower parts of a house.
