Very nice staff and great service. The sales lady that attended to me was very professional, she answered all my questions, helped with the information I got wrong and even helped move some of my purchases out to my car. I felt highly satisfied.
Extremely rude manager and staff 14th st location is sooooooo much better to deal with. They lost my business today for good. I called a head of time to get the paint premixed so when I went to pick it up it was ready. They did not have the curteousy to call the account owner to verify that I am able to use the contractors account. When i arrived there nothing had been started they said we need to call the account owner and verify it. Then I waited for 10 mins while the staff member served someone over the phone. I ended up walking out it would be faster for me to call the 14th st location and pick it up there. Manager of the 32nd ave location is sketchy, I've never seen a store owner treat their clients like he did today. I will not be doing business there anymore. I felt like a stranger when Ive been going there for 10 years. Completely unacceptable.
This lacquer was sprayed in my house without ventilation (windows closed and only a door open). It lead to migraines and feeling extremely unwell.
I was told this was one of only two locations in town that supplies this product. I was concerned for my safety and that of my family as this is AN EXTREMELY TOXIC CHEMICAL THAT SHOULD NOT BE SPRAYED IN SOMEONES HOME ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DO NOT KNOW AND DO NOT HAVE PROPER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
I called this location, someone answered the phone and when I asked to see the product data sheet and safety data sheet, I was asked what my contractor number was. When I said I not a contractor but only a concerned retail customer I was then told that "I don't know where it is. "
After which I demanded the safety sheets. From there, I asked to speak to the manager and was told I was speaking to the manager (likely a lie). Following this I was told the employee was too busy to deal with my concern. I have filed a OHS report on this and if the employee was not in fact the manager, I suggest you educate this employee.

Customers jumping the que as managers speak there language. Lady staff Karen honestly told me that clients have relationship with management. What a surprise. I stood there more than half an hour just to pick up last week pre-ordered 2 gallons of paint.
As a contractor I had so much problems with this store I actually stopped going there for years, I only gave 3 stars instead of 1 because I see new staff and hope they're better.
Bad store in Calgary they do not Reginazed the prices on the shelf All its deterrent prices the price was on the shelf is 6.29 and when I stand on the chair it was a different price why they do that with the customer and they are very slow to served people
I purchased a couple of gallons of paint to cover my deck. The service was prompt and polite, as I was used to in my previous visits to this store. I will continue to go there to satisfy my paint needs.
We're fixing up the house, preparing to sell it next year. We brought in a small sample of the colour we need a week or two ago. I am writing because I am very impressed. If that is not a perfect colour match, I don't know what other word to use. See you again soon!
I felt like I was being very disrespected! the East Indians only talk in their language and I walked in without a mask and the guy at the front counter said he can’t help me and just walked away and I’ve been dealing with you guys for the past 15+ years. I definitely will tell all my painting colleagues and I will never go there again!
I'm giving one star for the staff, not for the products, because not sure about the products, I went today evening to buy four gallons paint, I asked the guy in counter if he has Bright Red paint, he said, you have to pick up the color, I told him again Bright Red, he replied I can help you, then one more guy showed up, it's the same attitude, then I told him, show me your Bright Red color what you have in the store, again he said, no I can't help you with that, i said thank you and i came out of the store. I went to Lowe's and purchased Bright Red color from there. I am just wondering, those sales guys in Sherwin-Williams in Northeast are there to sell products or push the costumers out of store.probably the owner doesn't know whats going on over there, very bad attitude of the sales personnel, I will never go again there.
Poor customer service, cashier gave me attitude for requesting to apply a legitimate coupon after I showed her the terms and conditions that proved her wrong.
First trip there, they got our colour wrong. Second trip there we were greeted by a man in blackout sunglasses who told us to go match our colour against one of the colour slips, and if we couldn’t he’d try to help. No offer to call another store to find our colour, no offer to try to check on our file, no offer to try to match the paints himself.

The customer service and knowledge of staff was very helpful! Everyone seemed to be happy to be there, and they answered all my questions and more. I feel like I received excellent service, and left the store with a smile on my face.

This is the 3rd Sherwin- williams store I've been to in the city. I must say their service was absolutely amazing and refreshing! I had Sam and Darwin, they were both professional and so helpful. Got me the right products and sent me to the right places. And this is my first painting project, they were sooooo helpful! Thank you guys. 100% recommended!
