Sherwood Barks Dog Training, Puppy Classes & Dog Daycare

Meghan from Moto Dog Agility taught a group class in short sequence handling. I felt my level of understanding shift Her style is so calm and positive. I'd like to put her on my pocket to reference all the time. I settle for trying to hear her voice in my head.

Such a wonderful facility! I'm super grateful for Sherwood Barks' trainers who have been nothing but welcoming to me and my shy dog, Lilo. She is still very much a work in progress as far as confidence goes, but whenever I feel discouraged they are quick to reassure me that she is doing great!

After trying out several different daycares and training centers, I can confidently say that this is the very best of the best. My little Mochi never comes home dirty or disheveled and the staff are all so loving and kind. Once I came at the end of pick up time and the staff member invited me to go back into the daycare area to see my dog. Even though it was end of day and they weren’t expecting me, the space was very clean and tidy. I love the rubber floors and how they regularly take the dogs out to pee outside of the play spaces. The space is beautiful!

I love how they separate dog playgroups by both size and play style. I never worry that my 3 lb doggy will get hurt.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I redid my puppy training class here and learned so much that was not taught at my previous location. There is much support with the step by step instructions along with time to practice while getting feedback in the class itself. The follow up videos are excellent as well.

I have had two terrible experiences with daycares before coming to this place. One place sent my dog home dripping in urine and her trachea was also injured while being groomed there. Another place insisted my dog wear a collar at all times even though her trachea was injured from the last place. Sherwood Barks put my mind at ease. I trust them 100% with my pooch!

The prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. We definitely see Sherwood Barks as a home away from home!

For a beginner myself is was hard to get in a rhythm with your dog when we spent half of your hour 1 hour time sitting and being in a kennel, and my classes we're on Wednsday after the class they send us videos on what we need to work on "for the week" they don't send it till Monday or Tuesday a day or two before

I have a 1 year old pup. Her first day was on her birthday! They sent her home with a happy birthday cookie and a cute little first day report card. From calling to inquire to dealing with them the few times I have so far I love this dog daycare! It's affordable and my dog comes home ready from bed

Disappointed in the format of the class and instructor's lack of behavioural awareness of the pups. First class for the pups felt like a mosh pit, essentially a free for all for your pups. Had I known about this, I would not have enrolled at Sherwood barks.

Between the daycare and the training these caring, wonderful people will make a huge difference in your life and your dogs. Amazing experience every time, always reccomend

My puppy loves it there! Great trainers and staff, I feel very secure knowing my puppy is in good hands. They also do great training classes. We've done level 1 and 2 and they do a great job ensuring all puppies and their humans understand what to do and aren't overwhelmed.

Are you kidding me, this place is so awesome! Super supportive, very knowledgeable, always positive reinforcement. We've never had a dog before, and going through their puppy training classes gave us the knowledge, skills and confidence to train and handle our dog well. We liked it so much we've done tricks, frisbee, and lots of agility classes too. All the trainers have always been patient, positive and supportive, even when I've gotten frustrated and discouraged. It makes all the difference to keep trying. Now we have a wonderful, friendly and active dog. Couldn't be happier, and we recommend Sherwood Barks all the time!

They truly care about dogs and making sure your puppy is the best version of themselves. Aadra is an amazing trainer! Amanda does a fantastic job with the pups, too!

Our 5 month old staffie Nori is learning so much. The staff is super friendly and break down the lessons in an easy way.
