BEST PLACE I FOUND! Recently moved to Sherwood Park and decided to find a dentist out here then the one I had in Edmonton. I GOOGLED best dentist in Sherwood Park and this is the one I picked. Best decision ever! Staff are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and the dentist I got is AMAZING! He too VERY FRIENDLY and always explains what the issue is with my teeth and tells me my best option. And does so for me to understand easily. I would totally recommend this company!

The staff is the kindest and most professional at Sherwood Dental. They all work together as a team for great customer service experience. I have never had a dentist so professional and gentle like Dr. BETTY PAN. HER and her assistance's took seriously my past oral history and where so gentle with my teeth sensitivity. She focused on long term goals and used such knowledge to help my tooth pain leave, it was because of a pressure issue tooth on toith. My children received the most professional care, bruises free, and after tooth extractions same day pain free. I'm so glad I finally benefited from a wonderful dentist visit. I won't be going anywhere else ever again.

I have been visiting Sherwood Dental for many, many years and in all that time, and with a few different dentists, I have never had a bad experience! Having had a complete variety of procedures done, there hasn’t been one I wished I wouldn’t have had. Most recently Dr. Holtsman has been my dentist through many procedures, and most recently he prepared me for upper dentures. What could have been a nightmare was completely avoided! He is quiet and patient and explains everything, never makes the procedures feel rushed. From the front desk ladies to the dental assistants and hygienists, you can’t go wrong at Sherwood Dental.

Staff have all been extremely friendly and helpful, walking you through everything they are doing and answering questions honestly. Very glad to have started coming here and don't plan on going anywhere else for dental work!

Dr. Milne is an amazing Dentist, very knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. He takes the time to make you comfortable and at ease, explains the procedure and why he's doing it. Dr. Milne has gone above and beyond to help me and I am so grateful to have found him!

This is a super dental office. Dr Ghai is so caring and gentle and every hygienist I’ve seen has been fantastic. The office is a well-oiled machine and I always feel very taken care of.

I am one of those people that does not take to freezing very well. As a child going to a dentist was the worst thing every. The dentist we had would not believe us when we said we could feel everything. Now for the last 20 some years I go to Sherwood Dental. I am still scared, but Dr. Ghai at Sherwood Dental is the most compassionate and kind dentist I have ever meet. He is getting me through it, always asking me can you feel anything. No one has every done that before. I highly recommend them.

Such a professional and friendly office. I called to book a new patient appointment and was having some trouble with my gums, they were very accommodating. They got me in the same afternoon. Everyone from the front desk, the hygienist and Dr. Yeung were genuinely caring. What a great team you have there!

They always accomodated me when I worked out of town in the oil industry, fitting in check ups and cleanings on my days off. I moved ~45 mins from their office but stayed as a patient because they were so awesome.

Liz and the whole team were fantastic. I really like how I connect with Liz and she is great at what she does! Doctor Holzman is always professional and I love how he explains things at my level. Great staff and service!

Dr. Milne is so kind, practices preventive procedures and took the time to ensure I was comfortable. Carmen, my teeth have never felt SO clean.

In the span of a few months I have been called 123 times.and keep in mind.that doesn't include texts. I've unsubbed from them. I've blocked their number 3x and I'm still getting getting calls to book an appointment and not cause I owe money. This is ridiculous. Steer clear unless you like being harassed

Very pleased with timely response as my need was urgent. Before the procedure, I had more questions and Dr Holzman took time to re-examine my situation and we both agreed to proceed. He eleviated my apprehension and we had successful results. Extremely pleased with his manner and knowledge.

I am done with this office. After spending over $4000 between my 4 family members, this office has consistently overcharged my credit card, and even charged a credit card I asked them to remove from my file. I have had nothing but problems with every single monthly payment they took during my scheduled payment arrangement. Every time they overcharged me it's been a hassle to get my money back. Warning to NEVER set up a payment plan with them. As much as I liked the dentists and am sad to be leaving them, I can no longer deal with the stress of the incompetent office management. Goodbye.

Hygienists at Sherwood Dental are amazing with children! My 5 year old and 7 year old have never feared a dental cleaning because the staff have always been soft spoken, gentle, and thoroughly descriptive with each of the tools and treatments. Absolutely recommend for children and those who have had a negative experience or anxiety with previous dental offices.

As a long time patient of Sherwood Dental I have had numerous interactions with them and I’ve always been very satisfied with the high quality service they have provided. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant and the dental services are of the highest quality.

Had an emergency apt for a tooth infection with my original dentist Dr Patel (did my veneers and absolutely rocked them) who referred me to Dr Pan who could see me sooner and while I have nothing bad to say about Dr Patel I absolutely fell in love with Dr Pan. She was considerate and sensitive and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Root canal x2 (same tooth, wasn’t finished draining first time) and 4 cavities done by her in the last month (I am not a model dentist apt citizen) and I can honestly say I was so pleased I no longer feel dentist anxiety and will actually keep up with my schedule with her. She was also working with a new assistant my last visit and while that might have made me nervous initially, Dr Pan communicated with her amazingly so I was not worried whatsoever. My cleaning lady was also an absolute doll (I think Lisa?) and have never had a better experience with that. Highly recommend these ladies if you experience dentist anxiety like I do!

Our whole family loves Sherwood Dental! We have been coming here for 20 years now. Dr. Ghai is so gentle and kind and wonderful to deal with. We find all the dental hygienists to be thorough, knowledgeable and helpful too. The receptionist are also very efficient and good at their work. We are always looked after with any of our concerns and have no problem getting appointments when we need them! We would highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a place that they can depend on.

Kind of a funny story. My sister referred me to her dentist and I thought that was where I was going. As it turns out her dentist is across the hall from Sherwood Dental and I had accidentally booked the wrong dental office and didn't realize it until I saw the other office when I got off of the elevator. Making the best of the situation I kept my appointment at Sherwood Dental and was very glad I did. The office admin team were really efficient and quickly processed my "first visit" paperwork and also processed the invoice with my benefits carrier directly when I was done. Direct billing the benefits carrier is the way to go! Dental assistant, Madison, dentist Paul, and hygenist Marissa were all super friendly and I felt like my mouth was in good hands (. Good hands were in my mouth?)! I would definitely recommend Sherwood Dental. I will be going back (just don't tell my sister)!

I have been avoiding my dentist visit for quite sometime because of the pain and discomfort it causes during and after the treatment which is kinda normal.
Biggest thing is how well you are treated. This place is at another level with a bunch of some really cool staff. Met with Dr. Henry.
Debra was very polite and helpful.
Liz cleaned my teeth and made the entire experience amazing.
I will be happily visiting this place in future.

Friendly staff who execute their work efficiently and guide you through the 'how and why' of oral health. We moved to Edmonton from Sherwood Park and still come back because Sherwood Dental is worth making a trip for!

This dental practice is fantastic. Been coming here for a few years and have been seeing Dr. Ghai, who is fantastic. Very patient and explains everything and is very kind. Recent interaction was for a cleaning then a tooth extraction. Reception was helpful, accommodating and very efficient. The place is very well run with staff that are professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Holzman did my extraction and he was a magician with the freezing and extraction. As a highly anxious dental patient, Sherwood Dental goes above and beyond to make every experience as easy and stress free as they possibly can. Highly recommend.

Sherwood Dental has been our only Dental Clinic for the past 7 years. Myself and my children have been regular customers. The staff are friendly and always helpful and our Dentist Dr. Ghai is Amazing! We will continue to go to this Dentist and I am always telling family and friends about them!

Dr Patels dental team is very easy to talk too and if you have any questions they have all the answers. Excellent place to come for dental work. When you sit in the chair it's like you were at home. Very relaxing.

No need to fear the dentist here. Did the annual fang clean and check - and, as always, happy with the experience.
I should point out I'm in a large powered wheelchair, so some finesse (and patience) is required to get me safely situated in the exam chair and to get my chair out of the way or out of the cubicle. The hygienists haven't been brave enough to drive it yet - but I'm working on it. Their sense of humour and sensitivity makes it a lot easier.
I really had a really hard time finding a new dentist after Dr B.retired - I'd been with him for over 35 years - and it's taken years - but Sherwood Dental is my permanent place now - usually Dr. Ghai is my guy (bad pun). But this time I tried a new hygienist and dentist, so got in quicker - love that they have Saturday hours.
Cleaning by Ashley - cavity check by Dr. Yeung (yes, bad pun intended). And they worked out great!
Awesome Covid protection and sanitizing protocol. Made me feel very comfortable. They will happily and thoroughly address any concerns you might have.
Don't neglect your dental maintenance.

On Saturday, the interior handicapped door wasn't working when I left - when I called Sherwood - they were right on it to call mall maintenance and have it fixed. Additionally, they were genuinely concerned that I was inconvenienced. As a matter of fact, my only criticism is with the building (mall landlords). Handicapped parking and ramp access was not well thought out. If your vehicle needs room to drop a ramp - you have to be lucky to get one of only 2 stalls that will work for you. If not the, option is to park in the other parking lot, roll across, and hope that you can get to the ramps which are actually placed in the side of the stall. Very frustrating.

Dr Patel is the kind of guy who makes you actually want to go to the dentist. He's hilarious and super knowledgeable, so you know you're in good hands. Courtney was my hygienist and I highly recommend her as well, she did a heck of a job and is very personable and kind! The front staff is always accommodating and helpful, there was barely a wait to be helped.

They've amped up covid protocols so it's very clean and safe to go. I've been going to Sherwood Dental for years and I don't see myself going anyplace else!

Dr. Lucas Milne is an outstanding dentist I see a very bright future for someone of his age to have the abilities he posses. Friendly, professional and level of confidence and expertise that was beyond a pleasant surprise! Office staff and dental assistants are all top notch! Very highly recommend.

This has been my dentist for years and they’ve always done an amazing job. The dentists and dental hygienist they’re all very professional and friendly. I particularly liked my new dental hygienist Courtney I thought she was great. And with the new Covid precautions It felt very safe and organized. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone on the hunt for a dentist. Super fair prices with great expertise. They actually want to help you, not just take your money. Incredibly friendly staff, loved my hygienist and dentist both. Hands down, best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Both wife and daughter had issues that should have been taken care of, initially didn’t get done, went to other dentist and were surprised that the procedures that were done were very careless and unprofessional.
One dentist did not want to finish procedure because it was end of the day and weekend. We had to find a dentist on the weekend. Because dentist wanted his weekend off. My wife was in extreme pain, he did nothing.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for years now at Sherwood Dental. Everyone who works here - the doctors, the hygienists, the receptionists - are all so welcoming and kind. I am the first to admit that I do not go to the dentist for cleanings as often as I should (I often go 3+ years without visiting the dentist. I know I know, that’s horrible) but they never make me feel bad about it. Usually they will just make a witty joke about it, which I love - I love that they have a good sense of humor. I live in SW Edmonton and am surrounded by dental offices but still choose to make the drive to this office because of how amazing it is!
