First off, a Big, Big Thank You to Kurtis Hicks, General Manager and Damon Egan, Service Manager. We don’t live in the Sherwood Park area but over 300 kms away. We’d purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from a Ford dealer in our area, August 2019. With the 3 year warranty about to expire in the summer of 2022 I wanted to take it in for the end-of-warranty inspection here at home. As my wife was visiting our daughter in Sherwood Park at the time she decided to make an service appointment Sherwood Ford instead. We’d purchased a new Escape from Sherwood Ford in the past and that experience had been truly excellent. Other than the warranty inspection the only thing that needed a repair was the heated drivers seat, it wasn’t working. Sherwood did a reprogramming to fix it but come winter that same year we discovered the heated seat was not working. I reached out to Kurtis and Damon about the issue in the coming months. Kustis called me and said when next in Sherwood Park bring the Explorer in for a diagnosis and that he stands behind their service. Not until December of 2023,15 months after the warranty had expired, were we able to return and bring the Explorer in. This time they re-diagnosed the problem, discovered the issue was more serious that previously thought and replaced the major parts that had failed. All at no cost to us, not for the parts, not for the labour. That’s what I call Top Shelf service! Really, really outstanding service. Again, thanks to Kustis and everyone involved. We were able to test drive multiple vehicles and explore a variety of options/packages for our truck. I have recently bought a 2023 F150 tremor from this location. I have only financed used vehicles in the past and they made my first time purchasing something new, easy and understandable.

Dustin was my salesman, he was great to work with. He was very informative of my questions with purchasing something new.
One thing I found great was their honesty in my old truck. They told me I’m better off private selling it then trading it in.

Their financing team was great at laying down everything with extended warranty and other add ons you can get.

I have brought my past vehicles here for oil changes and engine work, their service department is also great.

I will always recommend this location to friends and family in the Edmonton and surround areas.

This dealership in my opinion is fantastic, no pressure to buy no pushy sales men there was total honesty from the moment I walked in the door. Wally, Chris and Ali thank you for all the help, advice and service.

Mark Wilkins was impossible to deal with over email. Kept deflecting questions and refusing to answer anything unless it was over a phone call. Also could not bother to format the pre-written email response correctly.
