I would not give one star if that was an option. WORST PLACE to ever purchase a vehicle and/or get a service done. I HIGHLY recommend you look for something far away in any direction or you will REGRET it. Ive taken my vehicle back multiple times JUST for brakes (they have the vehicle all day too, 5 hours each time), and this happened both times I've gotten brakes done. They do not compensate for anything, not even a phone call to make sure things actually worked out after the 3rd time coming back for the same problem. Thats just one example, I wont mention the greasy stuff the sales rep AND manager tried to pull when I initially purchased the vehicle. Id rather date my ex than purchase anything from this place again.

I had an amazing time with Ricardo at the dealership. He is just so calm and collective. I will be coming back to get a new vehicle soon!

To buy out my2019 CRV from Honda, I would have had to pay 16,632.62. I went to Sherwood Honda hoping to be advised properly. Instead I was forced to “buy” a “Warranty Service Contract”= 2399.00. I was NOT advised at any point, that my vehicle is STILL covered under HONDA WARRANTY. Oh, and the additional, administrative, registering, etc fees… I am paying a debt of 20,108.48.
On top of that, I did not receive any copies of my new debt, until I requested it 4 months later.
Do not get scammed, avoid this place

Went to Sherwood Honda to look about getting my out of province inspection done for my vehicle. I was helped out by Ricky R, who was extremely personable, knowledgeable of my vehicle which wasn't even a Honda, and made me feel at ease with the whole process. My recent experience at the Service Center to get an oil change done was beyond outstanding. From the moment the service doors open to Mr. Tyler McLeod right at my door. Took me right to his work station and explained everything about the oil change as this was my first time bringing my Toyota to Honda (its where I purchased it). He also explained they do a free inspection on my vehicle which turned out in my favour and I’m beyond thankful for that inspection. Turned out they found an engine coolant leak which I had no idea what that was or even where too look. The replacement part was very expensive including labour. But the smartest thing I ever did was take out the extra warranty and not just the basics, the full warranty plan. It paid for itself when my suv got fixed this past weekend. I’m thankful for all of the technicians for finding the leak, they do there job extremely well. The actual dealing with Mr. Tyler McLeod was extremely professional and he got right down to the point of what was wrong with my suv and told me it would take the # of hours it needed to get fixed so he arranged a shuttle service ride home for me which was great as I just had gotten off my 8th straight night shift and I was beyond exhausted. Mr. Tyler McLeod kept in touch with me through out the fixing of my vehicle by text and phone calls. He truly is one amazing, outstanding employee that Honda has. Thank you Tyler McLeoud. We need more positive people like you in this world today. You go above and beyond for your customers and you know your job so well. You deserve a raise, promotion or heck a beautiful trip away fully paid for. (Come on Honda, treat Tyler well, he deserves it, he’s a key employee to your service department)

Ridiculous service. Don't go to this place. I had new battery installed in January 2020 and in March 2021 all of sudden the battery start drain and I have to do battery boost every single day. After that I went to Sherwood Honda and they replaced with new battery (god knows) but now the same problem is happening. I am boosting my car every single day even I drove the car 20 km every day.
This is worst experience. I will never recommend anyone to go here.

The staff here is really not welcoming. Specially the ones those in finance. They make us wait for more than 1: 40mins and still saying if you have to go somewhere you can come back later on other day. Really disappointed with their service.

I went with the intentions of test driving a car and left with a new car. Aman settle on a deal we couldn’t refuse. The car didn’t have an owners manual so he sat a printed the whole thing for us! I would go back.

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again because of their service department. I can't understand how a simple oil change takes 6 + hours to complete. When I book an appointment I assume I am booking a time slot to have my work completed. Not at this dealership. Maybe your vehicle is ready in 3 hours, maybe 6. They don't know and their communication is so poor that you won't either. Even when requesting to have the work completed by a certain time so that your children aren't left stranded, they don't really seem to care. They also don't seem to have any regard for mask use in the service department.

My family recently bought a new vehicle at Sherwood. We tried 2 other Honda dealerships before Sherwood, both with dismal results
(Rhymes with No Honda). Our experience at Sherwood was straight forward and helpful. We knew what we wanted, I asked our salesman Aman for a purchase agreement over the phone without even seeing the vehicle. Aman was able to provide a thorough easy to understand agreement without the usual - "Let me talk to my manager, what sort of payment are you looking for, or whats your budget? " Deal was done effortlessly and we are very happy with the service that Aman and Courtney provided. Thanks Sherwood!

I bought my car from Aman a couple of months ago and he helped me buy 2022 odyssey touring. I love my van. It is so much fun to drive. I went today to do my first oil change and he helped me with car wash and pair my new phone with my car. He is a great man. It was great to deal with courtney and shibani in finance as well. Tyler in service was quick to get my van ready. Aman thank you once again for guiding me to buy this van and helping me make a good decision. This van has made my life easy going around doing my work. All my friends and relatives and my family love it. When i bought the first car from Aman, I knew i was in safe hands and he will find me the best car that fits my needs. I was so happy with my car and then now i am here to buy a second one for my daughter and Aman took really good care of us and found a beautiful low kms used civic for my daughter. I was referred to this dealership by a family friend. Me and my family was out in the parking lot looking at used cars for my daughter and were approached by the salesman Aman who greeted us and welcomed us in. We really liked this because we had been to other dealerships and no one came out and welcomed us in. I thought right there in my mind if my daughter liked a vehicle i would give my business to this dealership for this kind gesture. We test drove 5 different makes and Aman was very polite, calm and gave us info on all 5 cars and we decided to go with Honda car. Every car we drove he made sure he wiped all touch points before we got in them. Aman also gave us a VIP card that gave us 10 percent off our future services and he also got my friend who referred us some referral bonus. His manager Darpan was also willing to make a deal and we had a fair negotiation on trade as well as a good price on the car we bought. We have been to Go auto dealership before and had bad experience with bad detailing but Aman made sure the car was spotless and also gave us a free full tank of gas. Aman walked us through all features on our new car. Thank you for being so patient when we had tons of questions for him. Finance team also did a great job in getting us a good interest rate and made sure we were in and out in less than an hour on our delivery day. I will highly recommend Sherwood honda team.

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them, honestly wasn't expecting much as it was used and I was paying cash but Peter, Jeff and staff were great with taking care of my needs really went way above what expected. Neil in service was also amazing at fixing minor Issues and great communication. Over all a great staff and exceeded my expectations for sure. Sherwood Honda is an awesome place to buy a Honda. Salesmen are honest on their info. Most importantly, Honda price is affordable.

If i can put less than 1 i will do that.the worse customer service ever.we put our car there to sell it with them and they tried to sell them a different one not ours.and the client we sent was from our side. Merv the general sales manager was unprofessional.we didn't want to refund money as we paid for 90 days to sell our car.even the general manager Quinn wasn't flexible at all.we didn't ask the full amount we asked for portion of it as we know they worked a bit on some marketing for less than 10 days.i don't recommend them at all.it is a rip off

Everyone at Sherwood Honda is very professional. Everyone I dealt with in sales and finance was really nice and very knowledgeable about their product. I called the finance department because I had some questions about my loan and the girls there were so helpful and answered every single one of questions!

We bought a Buick LaCrosse from Sharewood Honda in January 2021. Buying process was average (Yeah, average because of the sales representative Aman/Amandeep we stumbled on, got mapped to) however we were glad with the car and the deal we negotiated.
Unfortunately the happiness was short lived. I got the vehicle inspected a week after (from GMC Capital) which surfaced a major Oil leak issue. Cost of repairs were estimated to the tune of $4,000
This was a shock to say the least. When confronted SharWood Honda and they took full responsibility to get it fixed (Kudos for going above and beyond and honoring the 30 day Warranty) However, the car should should have been thoroughly inspected and fixed for any preconditions before handing over to an unsuspecting customer.

Anyways, reason for me writing this review is Aman/Amandeep (Sales Rep) He was arrogant and unprofessional during the entire sales process and it got even worse when we discussed the oil leak issue.
He brazenly refused to own the issues discovered on a week old car and/or provide any resolution. His thought were the customer once bought and is out of the door it's their responsibility. It was like going through a nightmare dealing with this individual.

Sherwood Honda dealership has plenty good folks (Nick, Darpan, others.) thus I will recommend the dealership. However, will certainly advice to stay away from Aman and his rhetoric.

Worse customer service.no trust in them.the sales manager and general manager care only about collecting money even with bad service.do no t buy your car from them ever.

This is a very slimy dealership. If you must buy a car here, proceed carefully, they will take advantage of you for a buck. Also, when they tell you that there will be fees if you pay your financing off within 6 months, know that this is a lie to gain commission.

I had been to Sherwood Honda for a car and were dealing with Aman and Merv. They were very nice and accommodating for us and offered us a good deal on the car. They were in the process of approving and due to change in my personal circumstances I had to back out of the deal. Even after backing out they were courteous and I received full support from them and agreed to return my deposit.

I picked up my brand new Honda Pilot yesterday, and I just couldn't be happier! I wanted to take my time and research all my options in the mid-size SUV category this time, having felt rushed the last time I bought a new vehicle. I thought I knew what I wanted this time, going with one of the Big Three and I was just coming to Sherwood Honda out of due diligence. Well, boy was I wrong! As I basically just dropped in, my sales guy Aman wasn't really prepared for my visit but he took charge of the situation and made sure that I was able to get a good sense of the Pilot. Without being pushy at all, he made sure that the next day I came back to take the Pilot home with me, so that my whole family could experience the vehicle (which by the way is a game changer in the Honda Pilot). After my three kids piled in the back, I don't think any other vehicle could compete. The Honda Pilot is the PERFECT SUV for a family of 5, with all the bells and whistles and plenty of room for everyone!

Now that my kids had fully made up their minds, I wanted to be sure that I still didn't want to go with one of the Big Three. My test driving experiences at other dealerships did not go as smoothly. Comparatively speaking, there is an overwhelming sense of family, camaraderie and genuine care for their clients at Sherwood Honda - which is very evidently missing from other dealerships. Aman and his manager DJ made sure that their purchase offer (including my trade-in) was the very best out there - and based on the way I was treated, the vehicle itself and the overall vibe at the dealership made this purchase a no-brainer!

As far as other experiences go, Shibani in Finance was incredible! She is very good at her job, explaining everything very thoroughly with me. I would try poaching her for my business if we ever had the need for someone in Financing (don't worry Sherwood Honda - we don't!). And Brendan did a lovely job turning the keys over and walking me through the car top to bottom before driving away.

Thanks once again Aman (and for the mug)! You and your awesome team have a new and loyal Honda customer. I love my Honda Pilot just as much as I know I will love being a Sherwood Honda customer!

These folks sell Honda's.one of the best cars. Overall, pretty good. But I think not quite as good service as Wheaton Honda.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and the service was awesome. I am very grateful to David Zhang, and Huong Quan for their great attitude and customer service. They provided details on purchases that other Honda dealers wouldn't reveal, and I would highly recommend this dealer even if it is a bit far from where you live.

I bought a Honda civic 2022 on Aug 06. We agreed on 3.99% interest everything was set. We went for application approval and got approved and signed the contract. Courtney was the finance manager and Peter Gandhi was the sales person. She explained everything about that how much is gonna be bi weekly BUT SHE NEVER EXPLAINED ME THAT I AM APPROVED AT 4.99%. SHE JUST TOLD ME TO SIGN THE PAPERS IN WHICH SHE NEVER SHOW ME THE PAGE WHERE IT SHOWS INTEREST RATE. I didn’t asked because I thought 3.99% is my interest rate as we discussed with Peter Gandhi. But When I was going through my contract yesterday and I found out that THEY APPORVED ME AT 4.99%. Now I TALK TO HER AND SHE SAID THERE MIGHT BE A CONFUSION OR MISCOMMUNICATION. But you have to pay according to 4.99%. Thats how they scam people. Its rip off borderline scam. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE FOLKS.

* UPDATE* Aug 12 They are forcing me to delete to review by offering $250 mats or $500. Whereas the difference is $1500. Poor experience in requesting a trade-in price valuation for my Honda CRV back in late March 2021. Went through standard process and details, which was no problem. The sales person looked into Carfax and maintenance history within the Honda Canada system (my vehicle was dealer maintained at another location in AB), and proceeded to contact me with STATEMENT about my engine being replaced at XX date based on 'Engine' designation appearing on file, which happened to be the latest reported service. Upon further clarifications, I found out the 'Engine' designation in their system could stand for a wide variety of components or items potentially addressed during a service etc. Long story short, text messages on hand as proof in inconsistency from salesman, with this individual then back tracking to alleviate what was said. Low ball offer still presented by dealership representative (perhaps tactic to offer a lower amount!?), as they were still interested in the vehicle! Will not deal with this type of behavior. Contacted dealer manager to express the situation and how unacceptable this experience was, expressing an internal meeting with staff should be held to mitigate this from re-occurring. This brought me a significant amount of emotions - including stress, worry, concern, doubt, frustration with a good amount of time involved. Although we've owned Honda's for over 30 years and still believe in their reliability, I will never bring my vehicle to this dealership, nor any of my family members. Nor will I ever refer this location to any individual, friend or colleague that I personally know.

The shadiest car dealership I have ever experienced. Summer 2018 I purchased a Used 2014 Mercedes Benz C class from sherwood honda. I found it on autotrader, and at first the staff we so friendly and made me feel taken care of. I truly put my trust in this business, however, things quickly took a turn.

First, when I test drove the car, the sunroof did not work properly. The sales team was hesitant to fix this, as they said it’s a European car, and it would be expensive. I said I would not purchase the car if the sunroof did not work properly.

Next, when I came back to go over the numbers, I noticed the tire was completely flat when it was out on the lot. I asked about it and they said it was just low and they would fill it.

They did not even give me a chance to speak or question price, it was just “sign here, here is the price, blah blah blah” I was young and sure a little naive. The bi-weekly payments were over $50 higher than originally told. They told me they would help me out by paying half my payments for the first year (they were cutting me a cheque for this amount). Turns out, they tacked that amount ONTO my loan! So I now got to pay more interest on more money!

They also tacked on their shady 2 year + 2 year warranty as mentioned in another review here. The warrant says if you have no claims in the first 2 years, you get 2 more years. The kicker was that you needed your oil changed every 10,000 km or 6 months to not void warranty. Even though this goes against the Mercedes Benz Maintenance schedule…. How the heck can you sell a warranty with terms and conditions going against the proper maintenance of the car?

They also sold me a tire and rim warranty. Within a month of owning the car, the same tire that was flat on their lot was flat again… I took it to a shop and there was a nail in the side wall! The shop told me due to the computer in this car, I need to replace all 4 tires at the same time. I thought, good thing I purchased warranty right!? NO! Their BS warranty only covered the damaged tire… So I spend THOUSANDS on a warranty that does not even properly protect my car…

Then the sunroof, It worked for the first month (August) then I did not use it again until the following May, guess what… IT DOESN’T WORK! Mercedes told me it was never looked at prior to purchase, even though I was told by Sherwood Honda that they had taken it to Mercedes for servicing this issue…

They also offered free oil changes… I thought great! Well… I pre-booked every oil change, and when I bring my car in, they don’t have the filter, or the proper oil. They send someone all the way to Mercedes West to pick up the proper supplies, the entire time promising me it won’t be long. I thought it would be tops a couple hours for an oil change, I was there for 8 hours. Why don’t you just send me to Mercedes for the service and pay the bill? It probably would have saved them money…

The tipping point was when I brought this car in to my new workplace (a GMC dealership) and I traded in for a new Truck. I discovered none of my warranty was transferable or refundable. Meaning It would not transfer to my new truck OR to a new owner of the car. AND I could not get any sort of refund even though I only had the car for a year.

So to recap, they lied about giving me any sort of discount, they did not properly explain their warranties, and they lied to me about fixing things that should have been fixed.

This dealership is an absolute joke. Looking on their website I noticed none of the staff that helped me are working their anymore… I know I was young and a little stupid, but they took complete advantage of me.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Unless you feel like getting screwed over and lied to every step of the way, then I guess go for it!

After going through the experience of buying two new Honda’s from two different dealerships in March 2017 and December 2018, I realized that although all Honda dealerships sell same cars; however, people are the strength of Honda Sherwood. Off course all dealerships run on, and for, profit, but it was a pleasant surprise to notice that people at the Honda Sherwood care more about customers’ experience. I have found Mr. Max at the Sherwood Honda, a very sincere person, who is genuinely concerned about his customers and ensures that the car-buyers get the best value for their hard earned money. Through my experience, I have seen that most salespersons are generally eager to finalize a deal, however, I have found Mr. Max exactly the opposite, as he tirelessly work to get the best deal for his customers’ by providing his expert opinion that helped me to make an informed decision, and no pressure at all. One example, I basically went to get a 2018 clear out deal, however, Mr. Max explained to me that how a 2019 model shall be of more value to me, and for the clear out price, he give me a deal on the 2019 model as good as for the 2018 clear out price, based on my previous Honda ownership and loyalty, even though I had not purchased my 2017 CRV from the Sherwood Honda, and it was something of a discount I was not aware of. Went here to look at a used Scion FRS with my truck being filthy, not expecting an appraisal. They did an absolutely fair appraisal, and finance worked their butts off to get a bank loan approval for me! I got my payments lowered on a shorter term, and they even let me take the car home the same day as paperwork! Specific shout outs to Peter, Shibani, Merv, Courtney and Tara, who I dealt with directly, but very pleasant staff all around, always willing to help! Not once was I nagged or attempted to be forced to buy a vehicle I didn't want (like other dealerships do). I went there for an inexpensive car, and they were okay with that. I definitely recommend buying a car from Sherwood Honda, even though I went in hating their radio jingle!

These guys are crooks, we had a car on hold pending an inspection because there was a bad front end wobble and they sold it on us without fixing the front-end to some unsuspecting poor customer and then ducked our phone calls for a couple of days.

Second time visited Sherwood Honda, first time was getting my car. Never thought they could top the first amazing experience I had and bring it up to the next level!
My car needed oil change plus winter tire. So I booked the appointment a few weeks ago on the Honda Link app, super easy and confirmation email was sent righ away.
When I arrived, the service department advisor was very kind and friendly, told me everything I needed to know, asked if I need to take the shutter bus, gave me an overall price expectation, took my keys, everything was quick simple.
Few hours later, I got a text message telling me that my car is ready to be picked up.
When I went to pick up the car, noticed that not only they packed my old tires in bags, they LOADED THEM IN MY CAR nicely AND WASHED MY CAR!
IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING experience! Price was very reasonable as well with oil change, tires, rims, installation and balance.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
PS: Their coffee machine is REMARKABLE!

I dont know how this place is rated so highly. I'm not one to EVER write bad reviews or reviews online at all for that matter with this one exception. The first time I dealt with them, I was simply calling about a recall on my civic when I was forced to hold for close to 30 minutes, then for no one to answer and a pre-recorded voice telling me to leave a message that they will follow up on.low and behold, no one ever called me back. Today, I had a girl completely freeze up and stop talking to me on the phone. I dont know if something I said offended her? I said "hello? " and she was still there but seemingly with an unimpressed tone. Nothing but a hassle with this dealership.

I recently attended Sherwood Honda to have my vehicle serviced, recall completed and last years winter tires installed. I expected and planned to leave my vehicle with them for the day, as they were very busy helping other people like me. Dropped my vehicle off early, caught the shuttle and arrived at work on time. End of day the shuttle picked me up to a friendly and helpful driver. My invoice was reasonable priced, considering there was a tire balancing issue.due to the wear issue on one of my winter tires, making it difficult to balance. With a little extra time spend balancing it they got it right, saving me from buying 2 news tire, love it saved me some money before Christmas. It drives perfect. Thanks to the service dept and I will definitely be back. I have been dealing here for years and will continue on for the great service. I read have read some of the reviews from some of you complainers. Its to bad you feel that way, but from what I read, its not Sherwood Honda thats the problem. I see it as your never happy.
