Just bought a new Nissan Frontier and I could not be happier with the service I got at this dealership. From start to finish the customer service was amazing, very knowledgeable, informative, honest, and not pushy at all. The whole experience of buying a new vehicle was made extremely easy and stress free by my salesman Peter and finance man Sean, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

On top of all that I was told it could take up to 4 months to get my truck but these guys managed to get it in about 2 weeks! Overall couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely come back for any future vehicle purchases.

I was assisted by Gordon during my recent purchase. He asked pertanent questions related to my vehicle needs and recommended the Murano. We took a comprehensive test drive to demonstrate the safety features of the vehicle. He went through the rest of details of the Murano, making sure I understood everything. Went in with a pre approval after checking multiple dealerships and finding nothing I loved. Walked away with a nissan sentra and a great interest rate. The staff made the whole process incredibly easy, and were up front about every aspect of the contract.

EDIT: the staff were great until it came to exercising my tire warranty and trying to get an appointment.it has taken calling multiple times a week, over the course of 3 and a half entire months to get a leak in one of my tire fixed.in fact today it remains dedlating because i can not get through to Nissan service dpt ever. Feeling like a big waste of 5k to pay for warranty i can not use

I was very disappointed that I traded my newer car here. I checked on the website shows they are re selling my car is 8000 dollars difference than I traded! My car was new and had no accidents only had a window shield Crack.
I will never trading my car to this dealership.
By the way Sales person Thomas was very friendly and great customer service gave us. I am the only one traded mithubishi car in October. You should be able to find it from the list easily.

I should have saved myself the hassle and gone straight to Sherwood Nissan. While I was deciding what kind of car I wanted, I talked with A LOT of other dealerships and my experience mostly ranged from poor to terrible. Big shout-out to Cooper who made it such a positive experience. Right from the beginning he was professional and friendly. He kept in contact with me throughout my search and was never pushy or harassing while I was deciding what kind of vehicle I wanted and how soon I’d be ready to buy. He and the rest of the team (Andrew, Sean, Bill) all clearly love what they do. They made buying a new car a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I couldn’t share enough positive feedback about this dealership. Every associate I spoke with made me feel valued as a customer and more importantly, as a female. Initially, in May, I went to test drive a Kicks and determined it wasn’t a vehicle suited to my needs. Following several rounds of exhaustive appointments at other dealerships and having been treated less than desired at each one, I went back to Sherwood Nissan where I eventually purchased my gorgeous blue 2020 in pristine condition Qashqai:). I had my first oil change recently and I couldn’t be happier. Start to finish, the service I have received has been second to none, friendly, courteous, professional and sincere. I am from out of province and bought my truck new in 2015 from Sherwood Park Nissan in Alberta. Every two years I drive back to have it serviced by Sherwood Park Nissan (and visit family). I am treated like I just bought the vehicle. I always get it returned looking better than I dropped it off. Like all times the staff were polite and friendly. I kick myself for not remembering her name (never been good a remembering names), but the young lady/woman/person that checked me in and arranged additional services for me along with my first Uber ride was amazing. I am sorry I forgot your name. You provide exemplary service and it was a nice touch you remembered my first name hours later.

Received a notification ahead of time from Nissan. When reached the dealership service area was approached by the service person, she was courteous and set the expectation for the work that needed to be done with the the vehicle and expected lead time, she also checked if I had a ride.

I had such a great experience buying my first car! Thomas was so friendly and personable, a great person to assist me in the process. His manager Bill helped me find the right vehicle that fit my needs and was in my budget. Lastly, I have never had so much fun learning about finance and warranty than I did with Andrew. He was thorough and was happy to explain every detail and answer any questions I had.

Let me tell you if you want honest go to this place! Mario is a stand up guy and his crew are awesome! Joe, Andrew L, Andrew Q, Harry, and Mario are awesome to deal with. When I was drinking the coffee and laughing it felt like a family environment. Did not even feel like the normal car shopping experience. No pressure no hassle, just an honest approach. I’ve never been to a dealer for service recall before, and will never go to these guys again for anything. Despite the fact they did not have any loaner cars, they had an Uber service for customers to use. When I dropped off my vehicle, I had been informed that an Uber would be ready for my pick up time which was 3: 30. After calling 2 times, I finally got someone on the line only to find out that I was supposed to call when I was ready to pick up. Then, once I got my vehicle, there is a scratch in the rear passenger door on the right that you can feel with your finger. I only have my suspicions but I feel as though it was caused by the “cloth wash” machine that spins to clean your vehicle. Find somewhere else if possible.

Instead of asking the usual million questions as sales people usually do, he asked which vehicle i wanted to look at then went out and grabbed it. Honestly, worst service department I think I’ve ever witnessed. I called multiple times and left messages and no one called me back. They were very bad with their customer service. Made us wait 30mins to drive car into the bay when we tried to leave them our keys and they could of easily moved it. I had issues with my car they could of fixed but did not because it wasn’t the issue I had originally taken it in for and they were not super great at communicating. Do better Nissan Sherwood Park

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received when I purchased my used vehicle here. Mark, Cooper and Greg did an incredible job of providing information, giving me the freedom to explore financial options - all with out being pushy or overbearing. Even after my purchase, there was an issue where a spare tire was missing. The team went out of there way to replace it for free - they could have charged me, or ignored my request but instead it was ordered and even delivered it to my home. For anyone shopping these days, you know there is an unending stream of contact that comes from different dealerships. One of the main reasons I chose to buy here was the ability of this team to be responsive not oppressive. I would recommend anyone looking for great service to come here first - you won’t regret it!

The gentleman who delivered our vehicle did it in a timely fashion with his tilting deck on his trailer that included protection from debris. We walked in without an appointment to discuss a problem we were having with the clock on our 2020 Nissan Rogue. They took us in to look at it right away and within as hour had assessed the problem and ordered a new clock. The service I received at Sherwood Park Nissan was much better than the service I received at my local Nissan dealership.

I recently booked an appointment for an oil change on my 2020 Rogue. The advisor I spoke with was attentive and listened to my concerns when I mentioned a noise coming from the front of the vehicle when making a turn at slow speeds. He noted this on the work sheet and when I picked it up later that day everything was repaired to my satisfaction. Well done.

I contacted sherwood Nissan to trade in my 2020 Nissan kicks, sales person Peter has been emailing back to back and I was busy to go to and meet him, and finally my wife had the chance to meet and he took all our info for pre approval and said will contact us back the next day, for few days we didn't hear anything and my wife had to call back talked to the GM and he said they are still waiting for pre approval and will call us back the next day.and that was like two weeks ago but haven't heard anything from them yet. I believe since our loan is still new we couldn't do a trade in but my concern is they should contact us and let us know, specially Peter who was emailing back to back when he was trying to make the deal but when the deal got postponed or can't be done he is now silent and this is not professional behaviour. You guys should follow up on your customers anyway even if a deal will be done or no, or at least save the customer for the future, which you guys lost now because of this behaviour. We will change our vehicle in few months when we are able but not with you guys cause you really disappointed me!

Poor quality parts with known issues on my Titan XD. Part failed, as many have. I was told it would be warrantied, had it towed to the shop, and after numerous calls with the shop and Nissan Canada it was decided they wouldn't warranty it. They did tow it home but in the mean time wasted a full week of my time.

Matt Kitchen was very patient and honest with me despite me being annoying and indecisive while car shopping, he wasent pushy and didnt give me some stupid reason not to go to other dealerships to test drive other cars after test driving their vehicles. Given the situation of narrow time I had, they still delivered earlier then I had expected. Granted Matt wasent in the automotive sales industry for a long time and I possibly fell asleep, he was more then helpful, honest and understanding for my needs not trying to upsell me and even showed me a vehicle that was cheaper to save me money. If you are going to buy here, Matt Kitchen is your guy! 10/10

When one Northern dealership didn't value our business or time I pulled out the good old Yellow pages and called Sherwood Nissan (at 7PM) and explained our complex situation and that we live nearly 6 hours away. They got to work right away. Everyone worked very hard to get us into our 2017 Murano. I felt our business was valued and went above and beyond customer satisfaction when they drove nearly 6 hours to bring us our new SUV! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ANGELA! I will most definitely recommend and refer people to Sherwood Nissan.
The ONLY issue I have is minor, when you are scheduled in for oil changes don't expect to be in and out in a hurry. It averages about an hour and a half each time I'm there. BUT the workmanship done right - the first time.

TJ is the most professional sales consultant I have ever met, who really took the time to understand my needs and wants in a new vehicle. I bought nissan altima 2009 2.5SL, after first service in my car noise comes from the front base, then i mention in second services they reply me back no nosie find road test ok this happen continue upto 4 5 services then i show the mechanic after he finished my car services then they change speaker,
but still noise comes i go there for service almost 6 to 7 times in 1 year they arenot able to fix it

really its bad experience for me & i really disspointed.in future i never recommend anybody to buy from this location worst service

I just bought a 2018 Nissan from this dealership. Let me tell you - what a phenomenal experience. TJ approached me once I arrived in the dealership not really knowing which suv would be right for me. He entertained me while I sat in each and figured which one I would be most confortable in. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the product and helpful throughout the entire process. When my husband and I sat in the one I ended up buying and noted how we really liked it he offered a test drive right away. He came along and made sure to show me some pretty cool features. Illya did the financing close on the evening I picked it up. Much like TJ, super easy to talk to, entertaining and made the process seamless. These two have both been with the dealership for a while - it shows! Everything was as expected at delivery. What a great experience. Blew the engine in my truck had it towed to the dealership, was unable to go into the shop myself so my wife whent, they talked her into an entire engine replacement for about $10,000 she listened to the dealership and now I have a truck that runs worse than when the engine blew I don't feel safe driving it let alone putting anyone in my family in it. Not to mention I had to take it back to the dealership ones a week for 2 solid months until they said there was nothing they could find wrong with it and now I'm stuck with a $10,000 bill and a barley functional vehicle. I drive a Nissan Titan that now shakes rattles makes all sorts of weird noises.that they tell me is normal like the really loud clicking noises the heater makes that I have never herd in another vehicle in my entire life and I worked as a detailer for a collision company so I have seen a lot. Basically this place is shady as all hell and I would suggest going to anywhere else but this place that just screw you over.
