Sherwood Nitzza Deluxe Pizza, Pasta & Donair

Absolutely one of the very best pizzas you can find. Excellent crust and loaded with toppings. Efficient, professional staff. Love this place.

Sherwood parks not so hidden gem. The original Nitzas. It's been around forever and they still deliver nothing but the highest quality and value pizza in the Edmonton area. (Just this location, the other Nitzas are unaffiliated and trash by comparison.)

I ordered my delivery this past friday, assuming the wait times would be super long, along with the kitchen being swamped. My pizza arrived to my doorstep in 25 minutes (as quoted), along with a polite young man do hand it to me. Very impressed with the staff and how well they handle their customers.

Effortless experience to say the least. Ordered my pizza online, it said 20 minutes, arrived in 20 minutes, it was hot, fresh, and ready to go.very impressed with the service, and the food was amazing.

Best pizza and wings we have had in a long time. The tomatoes were left off to the side so they did not get all soggy which I appreciate. We also tried the bacon cheese garlic bread. AMAZING! Staff is very friendly. Prices are good and food is delicious

Worst donair I've ever had. The meat is sliced sandwich meat that you could buy at the local deli and not chunks of meat cut off of a loaf on a rotating spit like it's supposed to be. The amount of meat was pathetic. They use shredded mozzarella cheese that when mixed with their sauce makes into a gross paste. 0/10. Do not order donair from here if you're looking for a good donair.

Do not confuse this location with any other Nitzza locations! This is the original in Sherwood Park. The menu is different, the service is different and the food is way different. The pizza is ten times better, more toppings and better cheese. The lasagna is also far superior, better flavour and more to it. Staff is also excellent.

Had pizza, donair, and lasagna. Pizza was okay, lasagna on the other hand was substandard, the sauce taste as if we're from can causing it to taste blah, & flavorless. Little light on the noodles, cheese was adequate. Guess someone changed the recipe, it use to be the best lasagna around. Not anymore. Forgot to mention the garlic bread, that's a joke. Donair was less than impressed. My likelyhood of spending my hard earned money there again is pretty slim. Pizza maybe Donair, or pasta not a hope.

Never tried their pizza, so this review only reflects their donairs, which apparently they don't know how to make. Received a piece of flat bread with some meat on it. Apparently (according to the young lady I spoke with when I called to complain) if you want lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, etc.you have to specifically request those ingredients. LOL. Funny how every other donair place on the planet just includes those things by default.

I've been eating here for nearly two decades, and the food, and service have always been excellent! I've never had a bad dish, or a bad experience here, and it is my favorite pizza in the Edmonton area!

I have for many years brought pizza and it is always consistently great. I gave five stars for this. I will say though for some reason, their donairs have gone down hill. The last two I have ordered have been cold and the donair meat is like that you would buy at a deli in a grocery store. I don’t know why, but it’s unfortunate as I use to really enjoy their donairs. I likely won’t order another donair from here but will continue to order their great pizzas.

This place has awesome customer service, and the food is amazing. The donair is by far my favorite I've had, I drive from edmonton to eat here. I love this place. Best donairs! And the prize is amazing

Just ordered from here off uber eats! Gotta say im pretty impressed. Loved the crust! For how cheap it was i wasnt expecting much but they definitely exceeded expectations. Only complaint I have is they didnt see my special instructions. But the food was great so we didnt mind much:)

Sherwood Nitza's has been our go to pizza place for over 20 years. Their pizza is consistently great with very reasonable prices.

Wow! Probably some of the best pizza we have ever ordered! Tons of topings! Pizza was hot. The pepperoni and cheese had a bold flavor! Pinapple was fresh. Our pizza was ready in 15 mins which was great! The place was very clean and everyone was friendly. We aren't from the AB area but if we return we will forsure order again!

Changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. Last 2 times they have completely screwed up our order. This time waited hour and 10 mins for my delivery called after hour and 10 and they said the driver dropped the pizza and will be another 45 mins. No sorry no compensation.been ordering from here for 12 years and I will no longer support.

Horrible delivery time always 20-30 min late never again not even any compensation just so sorry sir we are busy then don’t tell people it will be 45 min not 1hour 15 min

Honestly? One of the best pizza places in Edmonton and area. I'll drive out of Edmonton to get pizza here. I have a bunch of allergies and not only do they have allergen friendly ingredients (including a killer gluten free crust!), the staff are super accommodating and ready and willing to answer as many questions I have.

They're one of the business I made sure to support during the covid-19 shut downs, and I'm so so happy that they're still around after!

The most tasty pizza in town and also much more on their menu. I love chicken wings too. Friendly staff and they only serves fresh.

The staff here aren’t the friendliest. The service is horrible and slow, I would of liked a heads up of how long my order will take but they seemed to ignore me. Once I asked “how much longer” & they said “soon”, 30 minutes later & it finally is ready.wouldn’t recommend going to this location

Needed to order multiple pizzas for an out of town softball team. Pizza was excellent, the service ordering in the restaurant was super friendly and helpful. Was delivered sooner than estimated and the delivery driver was also really friendly. Overall great experience! Thanks!

Today was my first time having pizza from Nitzza, Omg is was amazing bye far one of the best pizza I had ever had & the price was equal amazing Will definitely be ordering again

Never heard of these guys before and my business is just up the road. Had the teriyaki chicken pizza and it was amazing. I'll be spreading the word but you guys need to do more marketing for sure. Hidden Gem!

Up until now this place has been stellar. Today though I ordered a pizza. Given eta 50mins. Np. Hour goes by.no pizza. Hour and a half goes by.no pizza. Hour 45 mins go by. No pizza no call. I live less than 3 mins away.
Was pretty hungry cause I hadn't eaten since early in the morning. Left a note on my door saying I couldn't wait any longer and had to go elsewhere. Driver phones after 2 hours. Conversation starts off pleasant then he gets snarky and says that "next time I shouldn't waste his time" His time? !
I hang up. Called the pizza place. The guy on the phone was very understanding even though he was out money on the pizzas he made. He explained that they were extremely busy. I apologized saying I may have over reacted but his driver was less than professional.
Heck if he had been more pleasant I may have just asked for him to drop by again if he got time and I would have paid and probably gave a tip but no his attitude ruined that route.
Anyway I don't think one bad driver should reflect the businesses reputation. They make amazing pizza and up until now I've received flawless service. However now I guess I have to wait to see if I catch some kid egging or vandalizing my house on the security cam I guess.

My goodness, Sunny and the gang, you have outdone yourselves again! Absolutely delicious pizza; delivered hot, fresh and fabulous! I have tried a lot of pizza in my time and you guys just know whats up. The dough, the crust, the generous toppings oh my! The prices are fair too My toddler son isn't huge on pizza, but devours yours every.single.time! Keep up the great work everyone! You definitely fulfilled my craving oh and did I mention the sweet donair sauce? ! OMG heaven!

Have heard about this place many times before but never got to try it as I'm not in sherwood park often. Luckily was in the area on other business and stopped in. I had no idea what to get so Anil recommended to me the most popular one, the donair pizza. It was fantastic! Lots of sauce, crispy crust. Thanks to Anil for his great recommendation and pizza skills!

Not as good as it used to be. Fresh and tasty though. Best of the 3 Nitzas in Sherwood Park for sure. My main complaint is you cannot do different 2 for 1 pizza when ordering online, you have to call in and I always ask for no Pinapple and sub mushrooms on not once have we gotten the mushrooms on the pizza. Fast delivery through the restaurant and still our #1 goto for pizza in the park.

If you like Donair pizza, these guys have one of the best in my and my wife's opinion. Have never been dissatisfied with anything we've had. Highly recommend.

Sherwood Nitzza IS the original Nitzas pizza and the best by far.don't listen to the radio commercials by the other Nitzas pizza

There is no comparison to this place. Weather its pizza or subs or other side order. I am ordering from last 3 years almost every week, never had any companints. Most reasonable price and incredible food. Keep the good work.

I just went past that place on Graham Road. Why does it have a sign that says Nitza's on the front of it?

There are 2 Nitza's Pizza's in Sherwood Park. One on Wye Road and
in Emerald Hills. Nitza's Pizza motto reads "The One, The Only, The Original". I checked out their history, they have been amazing supporters of this community.

Wow now this Graham Road place has added an extra Z and is using "Nitzza" on their website.zero integrity. I guess if you add another N and call yourself McDonnalds that's OK too. Why copy the name in any way shape or form? So much for truth in advertising. No respect or business ethics here!

I have ordered pizza from here since 99 when Omar owned it and it was a fine tuned oiled machine. We left Sherwood Park from Jan 18 to April 20 and when we returned it has totally gone down hill. The last four deliveries have arrived either wrong or cold.in the first 19 years it was premium but man has this pizza joint gone into the crapper!

We love Nitzza! My boyfriend's family has been going to them since the beginning and we will only buy our pizza from them! The owner is amazing and they offer curbside pickup and online ordering! ️

Wow! Better than any donair place! First poutine where not a single fry was soggy or damp. Fresh, crispy and tasty. Looked like it was made and packed with love. They have always been our go to for Pizza and now for Donairs too.

Grabbed some pizza and mozzarella sticks for the Oilers game and everybody loved the food! Fast fresh and hot! The people working were also very nice.

Very generous toppings and extremely good price and excellent customer service. I always order pizza and wings from them. Never disappoint. Keep the good work.

We ordered from Sherwood Nitzza's tonight. We've ordered here before in the past for their pizza but decided to get something different from them. I'm now wondering if management changed or if they just don't care anymore.

We ordered through the skip the dishes app. We got the 4pc chicken fingers with fries, garlic toast and plum sauce and the 25pc wings with fries and a few dips along with chocolate milk.

On the skip app it says you can order a flavor for the chicken fingers (we chose honey garlic) and the milk, not sure why the size wasn't specified but figured with the price it would be the 500 ml stuff. We were wrong.

The milk was the tiny 200 ml milk to go bottle which we feel is a an over charge with what's displayed in price considering its not even a full cup of milk and we don't understand why the size wouldn't even be displayed. With the price its charged, comes off as misleading considering M2G has 500 ml and larger.

My chicken fingers were plain. They were not honey garlic flavor like chosen. The chicken itself was horrible in taste and texture. It tasted like stale / spoiled molded mush twice refried chicken. Only ate one bite, could not eat the rest as it was inedible. The fries were also completely treacherous. Some were undercooked, some over cooked and the rest just soggy, limp and very bland in taste. The garlic toast was extremely dry and I even questioned if it had anything on it via barely any garlic or butter.

The only thing that turned out "okay" was the wings and dips and the wings seemed smaller than they use to be when we got them with pizza before. This I felt was pretty much Diner pricing but quality of a sub par McDonald's that was left out for half of the day. I would not even feed this to my dogs.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for their other menu items with where its currently at if you were looking to order anything else besides pizza. But then again it's been a while since we ordered pizza from here so I can't comment on what the pizza is like now (pizza was good last time we ordered).

Overall: Extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Awesome pizza. Service is fast and friendly. The Donair pizza is delicious, with generous sauce.the best I have had. Top three pizza places Edmonton/area. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend!

Every Saturday and Sunday they allow kids to make their own pizza between 11 and 3. All proceeds go to charity and costs only $5 per child. They will make and bake there own pizza, wash it down a slush and have there choice of popsicle or ice cream for dessert. You will not find a better deal, entertainment or staff!

WE Just moved to sherwood park.we ordered first time from sherwood nitzza graham road. It was the best pizza and wings.chicken bacon ranch and donair and wings. Found new place for pizza and wings.it was the best donair pizza I ever had.
